    So you live in Japan, but aren't Japanese? I don't get those very often. What's it like?

    It's a land of money, sin, and desperation? Where lives are staked on a single coin and the underworld runs red with dirty blood? Like a John Woo film on speed? That sounds...rather exciting. Dangerous, but exciting. Inanna would love it there.

    Dead and buried, huh? That's never good to hear. I guess in a world of blood and gunpowder, dreams are in short supply.

    You know, a lot of boys that come through here are like you. Hopes dashed, lives essentially over. Not all of them come from violent worlds. Some come from pretty safe, comfortable world-line Earths. But they're dead inside. The Japanese ones tell me if a truck hadn't done them in, they would've taken matters into their own hands.

    How would I get to all of them? I'm a goddess, silly. I have my ways. It just takes a smidge more work to send someone to Earth than pull someone from Earth. There are so many world-lines and quantum instances and big science-y things, and I'm a simple fantasy goddess.
