She always wears a plaint white mask with two big eyeholes with nothing seen under, three yellow stripes in each cheek, an "w" as a mouth, she has two brown mouse ears on her blue hair, and always wears big black headphones.

There is no face underneath the mask, the face is the mask.

Species: Former Magical Girl who's bonded with a symbiote (like Venom but not Venom)
Universe of origin: an OC setting which has magical girls, demigods, and eldritch beings.

Pew Pew Pew!: she has a versatile knowledge on using guns from pistols to rifles.

I am one with the alien symbiote: she has bonded with a sort of symbiotic alien, not much of OP-ness, since he's just a baby, right now, it can only shape-shift itself (it's the clothes) and create tentacles from itself,which it can use to attack, hold stuff, and swing itself, it can also create stuff out of itself, though only things it consumes and thus knows how to make, non biological stuff, stuff that is not complicated (so no computers or anything like that) and the material comes from its mass, which means it eats regularly (around an hour, after using this ability)

Om nom Om: both Rat and the symbiote can eat stuff from wood, to bones, to flesh, to steel, they can bite a part of a a car, but they can't bite into anything that is a tank or above, it is nutrition for the symbiote but not Rat.


The monster in me: when Rat becomes overtly mad or takes off her mask, she becomes a raging monster shaped in a girls body (it's actually her MG form, but after the symbiosis, that's her form after that), is hard to take down cause in that state she feels no pain, can take hit against a tank, and can carry up to 3.5 tonnes (around an average van), only lasts around 5 minutes (she must also eat a lot otherwise after the transformation, she dies)

A pocket inventory for me!: the eldritch being can contain many stuff into it, but only around 20 or so items, and nothing bigger than a human.

Ok, well that's still too vague. What's "not too hard"? You can't just be nomming down on anything, after all. Eating a computer or something isn't going to allow you to produce a working copy, either. Gonna need more definition for this ability.

Speed is fine, I'm assuming you mean Tattletale-level deduction, which is still pretty high, but I'm going to need confirmation what you mean by that - TT's power in canon is very useful but also gives her raging migraines as a nerf, so having the same level of capability while also being a supersoldier with no drawbacks is...well, you're going to have to sell me on it.

Hm. I'm generally not a huge fan of something very game mechanic-y, why not just give him enhanced durability in general? Captain America's shield is also basically indestructible, which is giving me some level of doubt.
It can be banged up and deformed, just looking to be super tanky (upper bracket) but to a degree that is allowed by the DM.

An offensive spell or poison is fine. A warhead designed to rip spacetime a new one in the process of detonating is not.
  • Mimicry: Replicate the target's appearance. The skills and abilities used by the target can also be used. However, this depends on the successful analysis and acquisition of relative information regarding the target. Should the mimicked entity be larger than the user, magic energy will be expended to create a black mist which will be promptly assembled into the extra mass needed.
Analyst (Unique Skill):
  • Thought Acceleration: Increases the speed of Predator's Analysis ability by approximately a factor of 60, so hours into minutes and minutes into seconds. HOWEVER, to archive such an effect the user enters a state of hyperfocus where awareness of anything beyond the analysis target is largely shut off, leaving him highly vulnerable for the duration. Otherwise, it is able to act in a much diminished capacity by allowing the user to perform analysis at Predator's baseline speed without any loss of situational awareness and overall attention.
  • Appraiser: Allows the user to perform a preliminary analysis of a target at a glance. It will provide a rudimentary description of the target coupled with a rough idea of their power, complexity, analysis time and how safe to absorb they are. For example using it on an unknown spell would output this: "Misfortune Curse, low power and complexity, analysis time measured in minutes, safe absorption guaranteed". Particularly subtle or outright concealed elements in a target will throw off the appraising, while having performed analysis on similar targets such as members of the same species or spells of the same school will improve the detail and accuracy of the appraising via cross-referencing.
  • Voided Incantation: Allows the user to forgo any and all incantations when using magic. HOWEVER, doing such on a spell that isn't completely mastered incurs a loss in efficiency, resulting in a weaker spell unless additional magic energy is spent to make up for it.

Slime Physiology: Slimes lack hunger and simply dine on magical energy, and thus have no need for physical nourishment. In areas with poor magical energy concentration, monsters and small animals serve as an alternative. Slime bodies are a composition of identical cells. Every cell can serve as a brain cell, nerve ending, and muscle at the same time. Thus, as thought process is undertaken by different cells at different times, sleep is unnecessary. Slime bodies move with magical energy. Since oxygen is unnecessary, no form of breathing occurs. When feeding on physical matter, they merely envelop it for subsequent dissolution and absorption. They passively regenerate at a quick pace. They have no sense of sight, hearing or smell.

Magic Sense: Allows the user to passively perceive their surroundings through magic. With this skill one can see 360 degrees around them, without a single blindspot. With this, even if one's eyes and ears are crushed, one can continue combat. Also provides hearing and, at least in this instance, smell. It goes without saying that it is far from infallible, especially when esoteric means of concealment come into play.

Resistances: Part of the isekai package, much like unique skills, they are based on the last thoughts of the person in question before being dragged into the new world.
  • Thermal Fluctuation Resistance EX: Gained due to musing that his back felt hot where he had been stabbed, then that he felt cold due to blood loss. (Largely immune to heat and cold, to the point of no-selling most magic and esoteric effects reliant on such and having those able to get through act in a much reduced capacity. In canon no-sold one of the highest ranking fire spirit's flames, but this was partly due to the Equal Standing Naming with a True Dragon, which hasn't happened to this guy)
  • Physical Attack Resistance: Gained due to being killed via stabbing, quite straightforward. (coupled with a natural slime's resistance to such... yeah, you're getting nowhere with this unless you can put enough power that it really doesn't qualify as a purely physical attack anymore)
  • Pain Nullification: Gained due to musing on how he was feeling numb. (between this and his biochemistry and nervous system simply not having the required structures and systems to feel pain, trying to induce pain isn't really in the cards unless you have some REALLY esoteric and potent methods handy)
  • Electricity Resistance: Gained due to requesting to have his computer thrown into a bathtub full of water to short-circuit it and thus erase all his "research material". (about as good a conductor as rubber. And due to his thermal resistance, the side effect of the energy degrading into heat is a nonissue)
  • Paralysis Resistance: Gained due to realising he couldn't move anymore, both due to shock and a stab on the spine. (Between this and his non-standard nervous system, biochemistry and body structure, the same rules as pain inducement apply. Unless you have something REALLY esoteric and potent handy, you ain't doing shit)

Won't work on everything (certain materials and targets, you will simply be unable to analyze or replicate). I assume you require concentration to do it as well, and not just "I Analyze this object and fifty minutes of hanging around it doing random stuff it's done".

Thinking like hulk hogan when he gets angry and starts steamrolling people or 'champs' in Wrestlemania but applied to superhuman. Basically hax type stuff like esoteric work better on him and brute doesn't carry the same punch. Like if you put him on a railgun and fire him point blank at a mountain of diamond he will be ok but if you put chemicals in is face he will vomit a lot.

In order to use the ability, the user must know their target's full name and verbally dedicate the fight to them before landing a hit on their body. If the target is a Stand User, hitting the Stand will not activate the ability. While under the effects of Dedicated to, anyone who interacts with the target will find it easier to hate them, and any animosity they already feel towards the target will be amplified. In addition, they will feel a compulsion to blindly attack the target that grows in proportion with their hatred and will experience a boost in their physical abilities and any supernatural abilities they may have. Dedicated to can only affect a single person at a time, and will cancel itself should the target leave its range or if Eliza uses her Stand to directly harm a different person. Notably, the Eliza is not immune to the effects of this ability, in fact, she is more susceptible to it than anyone else. [Eliza is unaware of 「Dedicated to」 at the start]

In addition, Eliza is fairly skilled with her revolvers, and could potentially replicate Revolver Ocelot's fighting style should she put her mind to it.

Personality: A complete wallflower, Judas relies heavily on Eliza, to the point where she will completely shut down if someone questions her too hard. Judas dislikes fighting and usually has to be talked into it by her sister. If directly threatened, she will immediately try to run away, and will curl up into a ball and cry if she can't. Should Eliza be grievously injured or killed, Judas will become enraged and attempt to kill the ones responsible.

Similarly to Rainy Day Dream Away, People of the Earth takes the form of a thunderstorm that grows in intensity the closer one gets to the user. While unable to directly cause injury, People of the Earth is capable of inducing sensory hallucinations in anyone caught within its range. The hallucinations become stronger and more defined the closer one gets to the user, to the point where it becomes impossible to differentiate the hallucinations from reality once one is within ten meters of the user. However, the ability has a single, glaring weakness: the hallucinations function by "drowning out" other sensations, and as such even something as simple as an umbrella can heavily mitigate the effects of the hallucinations. [Judas can only reliability affect a single person along line of sight at the start, training can increase this limit, albeit very slowly. At higher levels of mastery (i.e. not likely to occur in the scope of this RP), Judas can share the senses of those under the influence of her Stand]

Gear: Binoculars. Not much else.

A humanoid Stand with its arms seemingly bound to its chest by barbed wires, it is reminiscent of a shark with several rows of serrated teeth and a long, shark-like tail. While normally on the level of Magician's Red in terms of combat ability, Death on Two Legs' lethality comes from its two abilities. Its first ability, Wire Trap, extends the coils around its torso to ensnare or propel, similarly to Love Deluxe. While I get the general gist of it, being a JoJo fan myself, I'm going to have to ask you to elaborate further on the stats because what constitutes "A" and what constitutes "B" can uh, vary a lot, and I'd rather not deal with some Star Platinum "my fists are FTL but I can't block a volley of knives" inconsistency :V

Aside from that, your Stands will not be invisible/intangible/normal stand BS to everyone - Paranormal Relations and The Society have people who can beat up ghosts, for example, and they will be able to see and interact with your Stands.

Give me a second to edit the stats. Though the stats don't tend to have a standard value, and Precision and Development tend to be meaningless. Also, I assumed that your second point was a given.

Plus people who know what to look for can find you by tracking the ley line or 'power grid' you drew from.]​
