Scientific Ninja Tools are a thing in Boruto. Doesint say how it works but some of it works off of Fuinjutsu so chakra tech and engineering is a thing.

So we got a poor mans version of Inspired Inventor.
Inspired Inventor in the CYOA worm says all fields of knowledge from math, physics AND martial arts. That is why I personally enjoy it since
Fuinjutsu could work.
BUT it is you story you can do what you want and I will read and see were it goes. I also cane see why you would not want to use
Inspired Inventor that way since it would end the story in a week in quest. Just wish to of known the limit before hand.

In the end I decided to put all 5 charges into Project Engeeneering.
And the Possibilities opened up within my mind.
I could easily build a W-16 by myself provided I had the resources and If I poured in more charges it would only grow more powerful. Though I would need a few days to get enough charges into this to reach Tony Stark Levels.
Holy crap.
I could imagine it. Turning Konoha into the most advanced technological continent in all the Elemental Nations making even Kumo and the snow country look like amateur's years ahead of it's time.
It was going to be fun.
First though according to my Memories Orochimaru hadn't defected yet. Which means I had a chance to make him Loyal to me...
And as a man of Science if I could design something that would make Orochimaru amazed I could gain his interest.
From my memories I could tell he had just started Kidnapping children for his experiments.
That was not good.
Perhaps I could change his attention else where? To a diffenrent field?

I called out and the ANBU appeared in front of me in a blur, kneeling down.
"Hokage-sama?"
"I want you to Summon Orochimaru. Tell him to come to my office as soon as he is free and that I have something that he might be interested in."
"HAI!" The ANBU saluted and vanished in a Shunshin.
I took out a blank sheet of paper and took out my quill and began to draw out a blueprint of...

( In Naruto All computers were very low end. 8bit at most. Since the world mostly focuses on Biology and Medicine. Kishimoto specified the computers would "maybe" be eight-bit and that they would "definitely not" be sixteen-bit.. )

The SR71 can fly 3.3 times the speed of sound, or 4,074 kmph and a height of 100,000 feet nearly leaving the atmosphere it's a Spyplane allowing to gather Valuable intelligence without risking the life of someone.

I was summoned by sensei today. I wonder why?
It has been a Long time since I had last seen him. He has been busy rebuilding the village in the aftermath of the Nine-tails attack and Minato had died.
Serves that Bastard right for taking sensei's attention away.
Sensei even made HIM Hokage instead of me! His most trusted student!
How could he?
Did sensei find out about the kidnappings? He wondered as he climbed the stairs.
It could not be helped he needed test subjects, so he had chosen those who had no future.
Children who were crippled or those who would not live long.
All of them were given a choice.
He had not forced any of them. They could die worthlessly and no one would remember them. They would be insignificant. Or they could come with him and have atleast a chance of surviving. And even if they fail they would have made progress in the scientific community.
As he opened the door and walked in he was greeted by his sensei.
"Ah, Orochimaru-kun. I haven't seen you in quite a while. How have you been?"
"I'm fine Sensei."
Something was different with sensei. He couldn't quite place it.
"Well take a seat, I have something you might be interested in."
As he took the offer an sat down he sensed for his Sensei's Chakra signature.
It was the same.
So sensei was not replaced by an impostor, then why did his instincts tell him that something was different?
"Take a look at this Orochimaru-kun, what do you think of it?"
As he accepted the sheet of paper and began to look over what seemed to be a blue print of some...kind...

He began to go through the diagram carefully as taking in every detail as he marvelled at the strange thing....no this was... a processor?!
But it's theoretical computational power would be incredible!
4 Billion Clock cycles? What in the? Wait what was this?.. 32 processors? 128 Billion Total instructions! All were connected in...
"Sensei! Who designed this?"
He needed to know who designed this brilliant piece of technology. Whoever had designed this must be a Genius! He needed to meet them, he had so many questions to ASK!
How in the world can someone build this? The size shown in the blueprint that a core could be about the size of a FINGERNAIL! HOW?!
