[X] Check in with Kazuko

Gotta say, when the thread voted to ask for help, I sure wasn't expecting this. I'm glad we got to see it though.
Starting with small steps makes the most sense to me. Also this is polite, and Yuki so far has been quite courteous.

Not just the train but matchstick herself lent a hand as well........ it's kind of sweet when you think about it
Not surprised either, those 2 would get along if only due to the motifs involved

I've decided I'm going to stop feeling dread when Naron posts something ominous right after a vote, this chapter was awesome and so was the last one.

I've also voted for this quest in the nominations for User's Choice, it definitely deserves it.

the more extreme weights are gone
I remember this happening in In the name of love and hatred as well, it's a sign of significant character development. I love it when Naron does things like this.

Fun fact: A week or two ago, I gave in to the urge to replay Lobotomy Corporation. So I went and erased my save file to do it.

The first three Abnormalities I got, ignoring the mandatory One Sin, were Old Lady (loneliness), Scorched Girl (loneliness), and Mirror of Adjustment (change).

And just when I was playing earlier today, it threw Express Train to Hell at me.

That game is somehow aware

Now all you need is an opportune Plague doctor and everything will makes sense. :V

He actually did drop by together with the Train. But I was already planning to hop back to my last imprint after losing people during the Dusk Ordeal I needed for a mission. So Plague Doctor dropped by for a day and got the boot :V

yknow i didnt quite expect it to be this one sided a vote.

[X] Go see Oriko
Ill give oriko some pity points

How the hell do you explain what just happened to the others

Like "Oh yeah I had a existential crisis so I prayed and a train to he'll appeared and my mom was on it." What

Like "Oh yeah I had a existential crisis so I prayed and a train to he'll appeared and my mom was on it." What
Technically not Just her mom (the drawer of the Bucket at lobotomy Corp) but uh...her uh...Father(?) actually what IS Ayin to the Abnormalities? other than proof that even the most set in their ways Human can change with enough ego death?

Funny answer: the deadbeat dad :V

Actual answer:

I imagine that Abnormalities would actually have individual perceptions of Ayin, ironic as it sounds. Some do not even know him as an entity, others know him but do not care. Yuki here used to see him as a distant creator, more akin to a minor deity that one knows about but never meets. Now it would be more of a mentor, though that does not completely run counter to the creator god angle.

And there is, of course, Nothing There. Who very much loves the manager :V
