[X] Plan: Who wants to help the galaxy?
Name: Yver Democritus

Gender: Male

Description: Dark skinned with short cropped black air, athletic build, prefers to wear clothing that does not impair movement when working in the field.

Background: Yver was born on Atherena, the most notable of the "24", a group of worlds known for a quirk: their governments are all forms of an ancient system of ruling called "democracy". Inquisitive and caring since childhood, he developed a drive for helping people and so eventually became an Arbitrator of the Adeptus Arbites, where he distinguished himself for his skill in investigating crime scenes and tracking leads.

Recruitment: Yver's life took an unexpected turn when a human trafficking ring he was investigating turned out to actually be a cult worshipping the Prince of Pleasure. After eradicating the cult, the Inquisitor whom Yver had tipped off, impressed with his skills as an investigator, offered him a spot in his retinue. Like the average citizen, Yver didn't know much about the Inquisition, his limited experience with it building in his head the image of Inquisitors as essentially Arbitrators with powers over multiple planets. Yver accepted the offer without hesitation, convinced that in this ever darkening galaxy it was up to the good men and women of the Imperium to step up and help their fellows. And so he put himself at the service of the Inquisition, with the goal of one day becoming an Inquisitor himself , meet other like-minded individuals to work with and use his power to help as many people as possible. He understands that he cannot single-handedly save the galaxy but if there is anything at all he can do to make things better at least in the places he happens to pass by then by the Emperor he will try.

Psyker: No.

Origin: Adeptus Arbites.

Homeworld: Civilized World.

Philosophy: Puritan

Heresies:
- I have shown mercy to heretics.
- I have questioned the God-Emperor's divinely ordained hierarchy.
- I have substituted my own judgment for that of the God-Emperor's Representatives.

Ordo Majoris: Ordos Hereticus

Ship: Merchant House Ship.

A few notes: The reason Yver doesn't consider himself a Radical is that he doesn't think his concerns (which he knows better that to voice out loud) are anything outlandish. He's perfectly happy to work within the system he finds himself in so long as the letter of the law does not contrast the spirit of the law. He understands that the system is rotten, and since he can't do anything about that he might as well abuse the power it gives him to do good.

@Ponibius How does this look? Is it formatted right? Also, I've never done this kind of thing before so if anyone has any feedback feel free to share. (also also, Atherena and the 24 are a reference to another quest called The Long Founding)

Wait, @Ponibius question, can we still submit plans? I was asleep and wasn't able to submit my plan before vote begun.

You may if you like.

[X] Plan: Princess Daemon Slayer
-[ ][NAME] Elizabeth Gellar
-[ ][GENDER] Female
-[ ][DESCRIPTION]: Tall, soft spoken with a demure posture, she is the image of a sheltered noblewoman. Her preferred outfit of a long dress and a few pieces of jewelry furthur contributes to that appearance. The foolish Enemy that underestimates her will be cut down by her adamantium will and ruthless mind. Her deep Faith in the Emperor is only matched by her hatred of Chaos. However she has seen enough darkness in the minds of those that claim to represent the Emperor to doubt the Imperium's hierarchy is divinely ordained.
--[ ]
-[ ][BACKGROUND] Born the third daughter of the King of Worshester, she was fourteen when she accompanied her brother the Crown Prince as he toured the kingdom. At one of the wealthy merchant estates they visited she regurgitated and then summoned the Royal Guard. She led the Guard to private areas of the estate where they were horrified at the perversions on display, and they slaughtered what was later identified as a Slaanesh cult.
Elizabeth Gellar was identified as possessing the Sight (aka Psyker) and if she was not a princess she would have been sent to a Monastery. Instead Faithful priests were assigned to her escort. Shortly after her sixteenth birthday the hidden cults on Avalon began active recruitment and summoning Daemonic Beasts, by the time she turned seventeen there was open war between the legitimate authories and the servants of Chaos. Her Royal blood and ablity to identify hidden corruption led to her recieving a leadership position, which rapidly became leadership of all the forces of Worshester. Over the next eight years she led the Royal Army from victory to victory, unfortunately her successes were not matched by other Royality and generals. Knives in the dark steadily elimated members of every royal family on Avalon.
One of the tragic events of the war was the capture of the capital of Worshester by a foreign Tzeentch cult, including Elizabeth's mother and sisters. Elizabeth's army arrived as quickly as possible but the cult had already begun summoning Lesser Daemons. She realised her family were likely among the first sacrifices, if they even survived the attack on the capital, but there was still a remote possibility that the were alive and could be rescued. Elizabeth also knew that every hour of delay would permit the summoning of more Daemons, and urban combat would be slow and cause devastating casualities to her army even in victory. She ordered the artillery bombardment of the capital, using incendiaries and gunpowder to reduce the city and everything within to ash.
-[ ][RECRUITMENT] The Inquisitor arrived in orbit of her homeworld in a Explorator Ship. They quickly detected Immaterium incursions and determined the planet was in the earliest precusor stage of becoming a Daemon World. The Inquisitorial strike team landed in the Kingdom of Worshester just in time to deal with a newly summoned Herald of Khorne. She threw her support behind the Inquisitor, and with her army swelling with refugees and equipped by the Mechanicus (and orbital fire support) they successfully ended the threat of Chaos in mere months of vicious battles.
Her victorious army proclaimed her Queen of Avalon, she gracefully accepted and then promptly asked the Inquisitor if she could be taken off world. During the war she encouraged fanaticism, and regularly used her powers to project her Faith and thoughts of victory to her army. Elizabeth realised that if she stayed she would become an absolute dictator, her loyalists would accept nothing less. If she left promising to return in the distant future then Avalon could rebuild a version of their traditional government.
-[ ][PSYKER] Yes
--[ ] Telepath
-[ ][ORIGIN] Adeptus Ministorum
-[ ][HOMEWORLD] Other
-[ ]Once a Civilized World, contact with the Imperium was lost due to a paperwork error in the Adeptus Administratum. A newly discovered uninhabited world in the same sector was named Avalon and the Administratum replaced the records of Avalon with the details of the new world instead of creating a new file. The loss of technological imports from a nearby Forge world placed great strain on Avalon. Nobles increased taxation to maintain their livestyles while becoming less responsible without Imperial supervison.
The corrupt tyranny of the planetary governor was the single biggest cause of the rebellion/civil war, and the destuction of that conflict resulted in the final collapse of the planetary civilisation on Avalon. Native predators, long considered a minor nuisance, had a population explosion once they could freely prey on humans.
Eventually warlords arose that led armies to cull predators, and then establish their own nations. Within three generations of the first warlord the planet Avalon was divided into a dozen consititutional monarchies. Over the centuries wars were few and small, as the Royal Armies needed to be constantly patrolling. Native predators would eagerly take advantage of opennings created by a war, and all the Royal families position and influence was based on the protection they provided.

We are mostly the same I can't lie to you

[X] Plan: Xenophile Chaos-slayer.
-[X] Name: Xares Werr Morreo.
-[X] Gender: Male.
-[X] Description: Of diminutive stature but broad shouldered and athletic, Xares has striking pale skin, milky-white hair and even white eyes, results of his gloomy homeworld. Xares visage possesses angular chin, thin lips and thin, short if pointy nose and awful burn mark covering the left side of his face. His hair is arranged according to traditional fashion of his planet, shaven face and eyebrows, and braided hair falling down his shoulders. His practical by nature, trait that resulted in his justified actions as he claims, and will wear wear whatever necessary at the moment but in the few moments of respite, he prefers clothing befitting his status, silken, decorated with colorful feathers robes reaching just below his knees and with jewelled buttons tying both the upper part and the sleeves of the garment, furred, decorated with silver threads and buttons boots and the whole attire complemented by jewelled rings adorning his hair.

-[X] Background: From Zanithurr III in Zenith Star System, gloomy and cold world just close enough to it's sun to sustain conventional carbon-based life, Xares was born as the eleventh son of eleventh son of eleventh son of the reigning planetary governor Nathares Xen Hawres The Eleventh Werr Morreo.

His youth, Xares spend learning the harsh lessons of the court and learning them well, always skulking in the shadows, Xares observed and analyzed the intrigues of the planetary court unfolding before him, always keeping himself beneath notice of the players and stealing whatever scraps of power and influence that were left, slowly accumulating power over the years as well as investing in the planetary industry and trade and in certain...spheres of knowledge as well as forming certain relations, that he was able to afford to make only thanks to remoteness of Zenith System from other regions of The Imperium. His goal was to form small but sturdy power base in the court, tied first, but not only, to the interests of the throne, carve his own niche in the local inter-System trade and ultimately form strong ties with...unjustly persecuted entrepreneurs.
Then Nathares was assassinated by his ninth son and the rebellion started.

-[X] Recruitment: The fires of war raged across Zanithurr III. The Ninth son Ivres, killed his father and declared himself the rightful planetary lord, the royalists backing up the firstborn immediately taken up arms against the patricide committing madman and Xares without much choice, throw his lot with them. Unfortunately, Ivres knew how to start a coup, and the planet, from the aristocratic houses both big and small, from administratum clerks, and from the lowest of scum, was teeming with his supporters, his strategies were brutal, swift and merciless, for every royalist victory there were three of the rebels and strange happenings started plaguing royalist forces, from generals dying in strange and gruesome ways, entire battalions disappeared and even stories of wraiths stalking the nights started circulating among the populace.

In desperation Xares decided that he needs to call for help his peculiar acquaintances. From the sky did they fall, strange, mighty and invincible, each worth a hundred mortal warriors, death was their trade, death was their mission and death was their destiny placed upon them, they know no mercy, they know no fear and they know no Humanity. Xenos mercenaries in all their alien multitudes has fallen upon Zanithurr III, heading the call of Xares Werr Morreo. The Aliens slaughtered their way across the rebel controlled cities and fortresses, the white landmasses of the world stained red with the blood of her wayward children. Royalists taken aback at first, ultimately decided the daemon they don't know is better than the one they do, and using the momentum gained by the inhuman warriors, proceeded to gain initiative over Ivres forces.

Rebels in turn, given their all, horrid storms and beasts started raging across the planet, entire armies both Human and Xenos dropped dead, their bodies dissolving into unnatural mush and entire fortresses were won by blood, sweat and sheer rage only to discover gore of self-sacrificed rebels and twisted equations of runes that were painful to look upon. Finally only one fortress remained, the ninth son hiding within it, protected by swarms of crazed rebels and horrid warp-craft. The Alien mercenaries acting as the spearhead of the siege were followed by the royalists, day after day and night after night did siege rage, until suddenly the gates were opened, royalists not thinking much swarmed the halls of the rebels bastion, slaughtering the unprepared rebels and their warp-touched abominations.

Xares was one of the many, commanding generals during the siege and together with his warriors he too swarmed the dreadful fort, unlike others however he managed to breach the ritual chamber of the ninth son, only to discover his corpse and the Inquisitor with their retinue who were investigating the happenings on the planet. Inquisitor congratulated the royalist valiant battle against heretics, saying that if not for Xares gamble, the world could had already fallen to the Enemy. Many of Xares bloodline were executed either for allowing themselves to be tainted by The Enemy or Xenos, mercenaries themselves were purged as well with only small number of them being able to escape the Inquisitorial death traps set across and beyond Zenith System, the planetary throne was given to another House, Morreo lineage having fallen from grace in the eyes of the God-Emperor Who's judgment was given through the Inquisitor. Xares was one of the few spared, the Inquisitor seeing potential in the nobleman, offer which Xares hardly could refuse.
