so, uh, with the delay, any chance I could get my character in? [X] Grug -[X] Description: An oversized man-beast thing with mottled brown and white fur growing over leathery skin, usually seen wearing the tattered remains of overalls, as well as whatever clothes can be adapted to fit his malformed frame. Tends to slouch, causing his knuckles to almost drag on the ground, but is over eight feet tall when standing at his full height. Think a humanoid version of this. -[X]-[X] PT allocation: --[X] Mutation: Thick Hide - Grug has thick, leathery skin that forms a sort of natural armour. It is further covered in a layer of animalistic hair. --[X] Mutation: Bulky - Grug's body is much larger and more muscular than normal, closer to an ox or a bear than a human. While this makes him stronger and faster than a normal man, it also makes it quite inconvenient for him to use human-sized tools or equipment, instead requiring them to be sized specially for him. --[X] Mutation: Density - Grug's bones and muscles are much denser than those of a human, allowing him to exert greater physical force than he should be able to, as well as endure harder hits, but in exchange he is also noticeably heavier than he should be. Transporting him in any vehicle not built to haul great weight, such as a van or a truck, will prove a struggle. --[X] Mutation: Sharpened Senses - Grug's senses are each sharper than those of a normal human I was going for a kind of cross between a wildman and a beast of burden with this idea, is this acceptable?Once, Grug was human, that is the only thing of his past that he is sure of. In the advent of the apocalypse, his body was mutated far beyond most, his memories blurring in the process. He was found by the rest of the group passed out in his torn overalls, flesh still twitching from the change. By the time he woke up, he couldn't even remember his own name, instead being nicknamed Grug, due to his Pseudo-Neanderthal stance. While what skills he presumably had were gone, he finds himself with an odd inclination towards manual labour, bolstered by his new incredible physique.
After turn one is completed, there will be a chance for new players to join, but I think I'm going to limit it to 20 players, just to test this and make sure it's manageable. If it is, I'll up the number of slots. Right now we have 18 players.
