"I'm telling you, he's not dead, Wydr. He's breathing!"
"Leave him alone, brother. And you too, girl. He might be a rakghoul."
"Of course he's not a rakghoul, he would've turned by now."
"Like you know!"
"Shut up, you mongrels."
"But Ffon..."
"Shut up, or I'll kill him, you and anyone who dares disturb my rest. That clear?"
"Hey, can you hear me?"
You're finally able to focus. You are in a shuttle, surrounded by young people in familiar robes. Next to you is a redhead girl with blue eyes and a nasty scar on her left cheek. She stares at you with a visible concern.
"Yes... Yes, I can hear you." You shake your head and get up into the seat. "What happened to me?"
"I'm not sure, you fell off your seat and started twitching." Someone sniffs in disgust, but girl ignores it. "Then you just stared in the ceiling for a couple of minutes. Did you have such seizures before?"
"I'll gladly cause him another one if you both keep talking."
This is a Sith. And not just the darksider — he's an actual Sith, whose species should be long extinct by now. Where are you even flying to?
"Look, you have to see a medic when we reach the Academy." Whispers girl, getting back to her seat. "It's not normal to just collapse and--"
Shuttle suddenly comes in for landing, forcing both you and girl to hold tight onto the seats. The door opens, and some dust is carried inside with the wind. You get up and move out along with others.
Your whereabouts become clear the moment you leave shuttle — bad old Korriban, in all its dusty glory. You're still not sure why the Academy is here, since remnants of Malak's army nearly tore it in half after the Star Forge...
Passing by, Sith casually punches you in the shoulder and walks on. Well, at least the acolytes didn't change. You sign and rush towards other acolytes, who got way ahead of you.
"Ah, the last one to arrive is finally here. I hope you don't think you're special." The man in overseer garb gives you a disgustful glare as the Sith walks past him and goes into the Academy's building. "It would be a shame if freedom got into your head, or you somehow got the idea you didin't need to pass your trials to become Sith."
Given all the havoc you wrecked on Korriban during your first trials, going for a second run wouldn't be a bad idea.
Overseer mumbles something about your trials while others leave. To be brief, there's a hermit named Spindrall in Ajunta Pall's tomb who should test you. Oh, and you're pathetic. At some point you switch off, keeping an ear out for something really interesting and giving answers in autopilot mode.
"...Don't make Spindrall wait, slave".
Relieved, you leave and venture inside the Academy only to find yourself face to face with a shuttle girl in one of the corridors.
"Glad to see you're fine, I thought overseer zapped you or something." She offers you a hand. "I'm Kory".
