Replication: A megaman zero quest (20% less edgy)

Return: Taking over
You are Copy X. Due to extremely severe circumstances and to ensure peace and stability of the last city on earth, 3 days ago you took control of the Neo Arcadian government. So far, you have stumbled and struggled to keep appearances, learning on the spot vital information and trying to take decisions without the necessary knowledge.

This is no longer acceptable.

So, you start to think on a plan, a series of tasks you need to do to get the information you need to manage the city properly. It will take several days, but most of those tasks need to be done, and fast.

The first thing is, you need to learn all the basic information a Neo Arcadia citizen should know. With that purpose, you get out of your room and roam the halls for several minutes, until you find a guard stationed in front of a random door.

Several decades ago, after many years of relative peace and calm it was decided that having army men and reploids as glorified sentries was no longer necessary and that those people could serve best Neo Arcadia helping the reconstruction projects or keeping the borders safe from the marauders.

But, given the fact that guard duty was far more complex than what even the smartest mechaniloid could achieve, a compromise was made. And so were created the pantheons, low maintenance reploids with the specific task of obeying simple orders without doubt or fear.

The reploid standing in front of you is one of that kind. It has blue armor over a cyan "skin", a body plan greatly resembling Master X's own, and a mask with a cyclopean red eye in the center. You wait several seconds for him to notice you, and when that doesn't work you try addressing him.

"Pantheon model!" You say, as if waking up someone.

The reploid immediately looks at you, but no words come out of his mouth, assuming he has one. Perhaps they can't speak.

"I need you to search and bring to my quarters Disks containing all the basic study program of Neo Arcadia. Do you understand?"

At this, the pantheon slowly turns his head sideways, then nods and walks away. He appears to have understood you.

Next on line is to search Master X's room, to see if he has a diary or something similar that you can use. You figure that one can wait until afternoon, after you are done with your paperwork.

...

Inside your office, between approving and denying all sort of menial stuff you consider what are you going to say on your speech. You have access to some of Master X's previous public speeches, but beyond some rallies in time of adversity and declarations on defeated public enemies there is very little material to use.

You write several drafts, some more formal, others more emotive, most ending up on the bin. In the end, you go for a pretty standard speech, figuring out you can make something more though out later.

...

Is already late afternoon, and by your estimation you just have enough time to search among Master X's things before going to sleep.

Before entering your room, you see a pile of disks on the left side of the door. A closer look reveals they are indeed the school disks you asked for, but the pantheon who brought them here is nowhere to be seen.

You grab the pile of disks, open the door with your free hand and get inside the room.

After putting the disks aside you take a careful look at the room, seeing if you notice something useful. The room itself is a somewhat big structure, with a couple rooms attached to the sides, and several meters from floor to ceiling. The original map of the Tower lists it as "Maintenance Center 93", but it was heavily refurnished.

Attached to one wall is the sleeping pod and a small table, currently holding all your possessions, consisting in 13 disks and a small capsule.

There are several monitors on other walls and a few keyboards, and you suspect this arrangement was designed to serve as an emergency control center if needed be.

One of the rooms appear to be a simple medical facility, with an scanner/medical pod and some instruments you don't recognize. There is also a small shower, and several rough towels.

On another room there is a bunch of fairly old drawer/closet/safes, which you proceed to open to see if there is something useful. After some time, you end up empty-handed and a little frustrated. There are several hair combs, a megaphone, some schematics, a green spray can and a salmon-colored headphone, but nothing useful to you.

The last room is entirely empty, with the obvious exception of a tablet on the floor close to the main wall. You pick up the table, but it only contain a list of names.

You don't recognize most of them, but the presence of Dr. Cain, Sigma and Colonel makes you suspect it must be a list of historically important people.

...

You wake up after that not-very-useful search, and continue your duties. In between reading all the news on Neo-Arcadia and filling an urgent request of water valves to be sent to Jin'en camp 53, you write a letter to apologize to Supreme Judge Kelverian for not being able to meet with him. You carefully explain that there were several projects you had to take care of and you could not find time to approach him. You also mention that you are willing to meet with him when he has the time to do so, if he's willing.

You also make several calls to all the generals of the 4 armies of Neo Arcadia, all the councilors and all the science project leaders to lead a special session, the reason being Project Rebirth. You point out that after said session you would like an in-depth analysis of short and long-term cost and consequences of said project.

You are pretty sure you just threw several dozen schedules out of the window, but you think the benefit of an informed decision outweighs the nuisances. Whether that is true or not, the session will be in 4 days, not counting this one.

...

You spend the rest of the afternoon studying the disks you requested yesterday. You learn several things about basic reploid models, the internal workings and what reploid DNA is. Long story short, a hundred odd years ago a scientist called Gate coined the term to refer to the inherent information code that every reploid contains, and allows them to self-repair, upgrade and transform their bodies.

You also read about botanic, history, sciences and several other topics. You are learning fast, but it will take more than a few afternoons to finish off those disks.

You also notice something peculiar. One of the disks the pantheon brought to you appears to contain a sticker on a side. You quickly grab the other disks and verify they are new, and wonder where the heck that pantheon got the used disk.

...

Another day begins, and the more you read about reploids the more doubts you have about one reploid in particular: You.

In situations of emergency, and sometimes on particularly risky tasks, Master X was always ready to fight and use his impressive combat skills to reduce the amount of casualties and keep Neo Arcadia safe. It would be natural to assume that if another emergency were to emerge, you should do the same.

The problem is, you don't know what you are able to do. You consider your options: There are personal training rooms you could use, but you don't know if there is some kind of surveillance. Or you could go some place nobody would look, but it would need to be far away enough so the effects of the blasts would not be noticeable.

While in your office on Area X, you notice something obvious. The floor you are currently in is at geosynchronous orbit, barely devoid of people, and very well fortified. That means, if you can find an empty room large enough, you could use it to test the extent of your powers and abilities.

And so, once finished with your daily duties you decide to walk around the facility searching for an empty room. It doesn't take too long until you find an old cargo bay, with a pair of gates giving way to an external platform. External as in, exposed to the void of space.

You carefully step out, and get flabbergasted by the view. A significant part of the earth is visible from here, the sun shining like a white orb over the starless firmament. Down there, you can distinguish the landmass Neo Arcadia is located in, by the contrast between the deserts and the ocean.

Is in this platform you begin to test your combat capabilities. You try several punches and kicks just to see how good you are at those. The results are not very impressive. Aiming is not better, and while you instinctively know how to form your arm into a buster and shot, some of your plasma blasts deviate from their intended target. Against a moving target you would not stand a chance.

You have no way to tell how strong are your buster shots, but at the very least they can destroy an empty, 100 years old metal crate in one shot. Your punches can dent metal, but against true armor the damage would be laughable.

Finally you test your agility. Your running and jumping speed are above civilian-model reploids, but not beyond what's expected of a regular combat model. You have no way of testing how good are your reflexes, and much less how much damage you can take, so you finish your "training" session there.

...

Later that afternoon, you travel to the Holy Ground on a sour mood. It seems that your combat abilities are very much not adequate, you have no way to test your resistance outside true combat and few ways to improve your aim.

But, you figure there is an easy solution to this problem. The 4 reploids you and Ciel studied the other day contained fragments of Master X's DNA. Maybe some of that data could be integrated into you, making you a more powerful reploid.

You were going to call Dr. Ciel anyway, might as well ask her about it.

As always, you check if someone is watching you before calling.

"Hello?" She doesn't seem to have this number stored. Might be for safety reasons, You think.

"Hello, it's me" You answer, hoping she will recognize your voice.

"Copy X? Is everything all right?"

"Yes. I called to ask you a couple things, if that's alright with you" You answer.

"Of course it is. Give me a sec." You think you hear several devices turning off. Well, she said it was alright to ask her now.

"All right. What is it?" She mention, after half a minute of random noises coming over the phone.

"I wanted to ask you that, hypothetically speaking, if you were given the necessary resources, would you be able to make a better energy source?" You ask.

"Is there something wrong with the current energy system?" She asks, more puzzled than anything.

"Not right now" You answer, trying to recall the last meeting, "But the current system is very taxed, and it depends in part on energy cells extracted from other cities. If we were to expand, that system would not be up for that task. I just want to ask if you have in mind a solution, since you are good at solving those"

"Sorry, but I don't think I would be of help there," She answers "I really don't know much about large scale energy generation. I guess I could investigate a bit about it, if you want me to..."

"Thanks anyway. It was just a question, nothing to be worried about" You say, trying to make her feel better. You were made to carry such worries, not her. "There was another thing I wished to ask you about"

"What is it?"

"Well..." You ask, a little more hesitantly than before "When we were on the laboratory, you mentioned that the 4 reploids being made there contained fragments of Master X's DNA"

"Um...Yes?" She says. You take a moment to look around you, confirming there is no-one around you.

"Would it be possible to use those fragments on me? Would it be safe?"

"...I forgot to mention it, didn't I?" She asks, more towards herself than anything "Well, implanting DNA from one reploid to another is a very risky procedure. The first person to do it went crazy some weeks later, and is almost never done. But, you of all people would not need such thing"

"What do you mean by that?"

"Well, in order to make you I borrowed some things that my grand grandmother used on her research" She says, switching to her "professor" tone. "Among those things there was a complete schematics of Master X's body, his energy signatures and his DNA. I used all those things to make you"

You figure out the implications almost instantly, and the realization gets you speechless for a few moments. Ciel waits a few seconds, and when you don't answer decides to keep talking.

"When I made you, I knew that not anyone could replace Master X, and I worked very hard on making you the best I could, and with data only I could access. You are a perfect copy of Master X, down to the smallest detail. That's why I know in my heart that you can do this."

You... really don't know what to say about that. You are going to need more time to think about this.

After a few moments you end the call and go back to your quarters. You had planned to study each afternoon and on your free time, but this time you can make an exception to think about things.

Well, that was longer than expected. Also later than expected (sorry). The intro chapter is almost over, and soon there should come a few time-skips. I'll warn you when those come.
Also, if you think I'm doing something wrong (grammar errors included) or have any commentary, those are always welcome.

Well, there's a typo here, funnily enough. :p
However, I do have some questions about your Quest and the setting, if you don't mind:

1. If we or Copy X screw up and forget to take into account/do something that the "real" Megaman should know and therefore we are outed as a fake, would that mean instant game-over for us? Both the players and the character are trying their best to cover all of the possible bases, but it is an unfortunate truth that sooner or later we'll make a mistake, if we haven't already.

2. Can reploids skip their need to sleep somehow? Can't CX connect himself to a battery or something in order to do that? I ask because in order to read these disks and prepare everything else, perhaps it will be necessary for CX to force himself beyond his limits, if only a little. Hopefully that will only be necessary now that we're just starting and we can afford it.

3. Speaking of said disks, how are they used? Can reploids insert these objects inside their own bodies to read them like a regular computer would, or do they have to use another machine to access their contents?

4. Seeing that Copy X's lack of combat experience is just a matter of practising and fighting in real battles, would it be possible to do something daring but risky to quickly fix this issue? I mean something like going outside and ambush a Mechaniloid or two. After some practice doing this, CX could try to target harder enemies, like these bigger Mechaniloids hiding in the old military bases mentioned before. If things go as well as expected, perhaps CX can end up absorbing/cannibalizing their weapon system from fighting these "bosses", just like the real X was able to do.

These are good ideas I was wondering if there was a way to develop the elemental armor from the first game or if we could steal one of Fenrirs big fuck off cannons. Or just rebuild any of these

It wouln't be instant game-over, but it would make things a lot harder. Your victory condition is to make things end better than canon. If you can still do that, is not game over.

Is perfectly possible to skip sleep to a degree. However, you get progresively sloppy if you do so. One all-nighter should be fine, one week without sleep is not. And sleep is not the same as charging, they just happen at the same thing in a pod for convenience.

3. Speaking of said disks, how are they used? Can reploids insert these objects inside their own bodies to read them like a regular computer would, or do they have to use another machine to access their contents?
They can access the information on their heads like a HUD, but otherwise they read it like a human would. There are some specialized reploids that can download information to learn, but that is not common.

Ambushing a mechaniloid on the street would be awkward. If you can figure out a way to fight against mechaniloids discreetely, you can learn by experience.

As far as Copy X knows, the wastes are filled with those things, except for the area around Neo Arcadia. Under Arcadia has a few hidden ones, supposedly.

Well, I was under the impression being caught impersonating Master X was an instant death sentence. Good thing this isn't the case then.

Yeah, when I said "outside", I was referring to the Mad Max-esque desert wastes surrounding the city.

Anyway, let's see if this plan works:

EDIT:
[X] Plan Taking over pt.2

I think this should do for now. The stuff about limited resources and energy can be dealt with later, once we have our base of operations fully ready. Thoughts?

Well, that's a bummer. Do you have a better idea to waste less time with paperwork then, ShadowAngelBeta?

Not at the current time. It depends on what the paperwork is really. Waking up the Four means we could probably hand off some of the chunks pertaining to the various branches they're going to be controlling is something we can do. Making sure we're not getting extra paperwork that really should be taken care of by someone else.

Part of us doing paperwork is that it gives us power. Delegating that away means losing that power and handing it off to others, and we don't really know anyone right now or if they're trustworthy enough.

[X] Plan Taking over pt.2
[] Once your introspection is over, continue studying these disks. It will probably necessary to dedicate an entire night to speed up the process, but don't overdo it.
- [] Check that labeled disk if you have the time.
[] Then, search Master X's room again. Perhaps there's a hidden switch somewhere that unlocks a secret area with goodies.
- [] Investigate if some people from that tablet are actually alive today and present in Neo Arcadia. Who knows, perhaps you get a surprise.
[] Continue preparing the speech for your future "reintroduction". Consider what kind of answers would Master X give in order to avoid being caught off-guard.
[] Since it seems the only way to improve your combat experience is by doing actual combat, you'll have to improvise. However, that doesn't mean you can't cheat a little: look for what Neo Arcadia has equivalent to an armory, then see if you can copy the designs and the functions of the weapons here. If Master X was able to do something like that, you certainly should be able to do so as well.
- [] If someone asks, admit that you are a little rusty in regards to combat after being out for so long.
-- [] After that, take a Pantheon bot or two with you and practice fighting with these. Later on it might be a good idea to search for these Mechaniloids hiding under Neo Arcadia, or those stalking the Wastes.
-[X] Think of ways to cover our weakness maybe design some kind of armor or special shield.

I think we should keep doing paperwork it helps us understand the city since we're relatively new. Plus I'm sure we're getting faster since it's a daily thing.

Well, ChildishChimera's plan is identical to mine, but adding the option for CX to get/develop/steal an armor like Iron Man, so I'll swap my vote to his to break the tie. Speaking of armors, funnily enough, in spite of X's adaptive DNA and such, his true power lays in the multiple power armors developed by Dr. Light, which at some point gained the ability to predict the future and thought it best to build several packs of custom armors for X.

Return: Tidying up
You are currently on your room, thinking about things. As it turns out, you are not just a reploid to happens to look exactly like Master X, but the reploid equivalent to a clone.

Several different ideas come and leave your mind. It occurs to you that you may have evaded some security systems just by having Master X's DNA, that you may be able to become just as good at things as he is with time and that you should possess the intrinsic aspects of his personality.

Something else crosses your mind. If you are a perfect copy of Master X, then every mistake and blunder you have made since your activation is a mistake you made in spite of being a perfect copy of Master X.

But then, Master X must have made mistakes sometimes too. By what degree are your errors consequence of your decisions directly? By what degree are your victories consequence of your decisions?

You spend an hour or two in this mental back and forth, until you arrive at no conclusion in particular. Then, you pick up a disc to focus on other things, and start reading about the history of artificial satellites.

After you are done with the chapter, you get ready to sleep when an idea occurs to you. Technically speaking, you could spare two or three hours more to study and go to "bed" later, without hurting your performance too much. Maybe you can compensate on Saturdays, if you get too sleepy or something.

...

Another day, another dozen things to do. You wake up rather sleepy, but between going to your office and getting to read all the papers you have to the tired sensation goes away.

In between documents and the odd teleconference, you have some time to keep working on you speech. Based on what you know about Master X and the few previous speeches he did in peacetime, you manage to create 2 drafts.

The first one is a formal speech, in which you address the necessity of your departure, apologize for taking so long and assure the people that you will continue to do your best to ensure that the current safety, prosperity and way of life be maintained.

The second one is also a formal speech, but it have a slightly stronger emotional content, it speaks about the current hardships and the necessity to fight, as a people, to ensure that the current safety, prosperity and way of life be maintained.

Both drafts are in-character, and both should be able to calm the people and return the city to normalcy. The only thing you have left is to choose which one you prefer.

...

After being done with today's documents, you travel to your room, convinced there must be some kind of secret room or something in there.

Master X fought for almost two hundred years against mavericks, in all that time he should have stored some weapon of value, or some armor, or some something. So you begin to look at every corner, behind every monitor and even in the ceiling.

After all of that doesn't work, you try comparing maps of the room with the dimensions you can measure inside it. If there is any secret room, a discrepancy between available space and measured space should show it. But there is none.

You then try tapping at all the walls, at the tiles on the floor and at the ceiling (again) for good measure. Still nothing.

At last, after evaluating the direction of the electrical cables and speaking loud synonyms of "open secret door" in all the rooms, you give up. If there is some kind of "secret X vault", you suspect it must be on another location, maybe even outside the city.

Among the first places you searched for hidden stashes was the empty room with the tablet. You didn't find anything there, but the list of names drawn your attention towards said tablet again.

Reaching the tablet, you decide to look at the names it contains, on the off chance some of those people are still alive. It would be interesting if they were around, and it also would be of vital importance for you to know where they are.

It takes an hour, but the only conclusion you can draw is that the list is a very strange one. It has in it maverick hunters, mavericks and civilians, it mixes historical figures with individuals not found in any database, and what the list includes is not as confusing as what it excludes.

You open a writing program in one of the monitors, and take note of the names on the list, writting in red the ones you know to be dead and in white the ones you can't find anything about.

Sigma
C. Penguin
Middy
Techno
Mac
V. Catfish
Cain
Colonel

Iris
S. Adler
Douglas
Layer
Ciel
M. elf
Pallete
Signas
Marino
Alia
Axl

Many names remain a mystery, and you suppose you can thank the elf wars for that. Much of the world's databases were lost in those years.

After spending an hour on mostly confusing investigations, you grab a disc from the pile and begin to read it. Today's theme is polynomials, and as the hours pass you begin to regret having brought a pen instead of a pencil to solve those exercises.

Out of idle curiosity, and totally not frustration at your talent for wasting paper, you take a look at the book with the bear sticker. It contains an address, a name you don't recognize, and all the content this model of disks should have.

The conclusion to draw is obvious. Out of some reasoning process, or lack of reasoning process, the pantheon you ordered to bring you the disks decided to take a disk belonging to another person.

You would think this is funny, if it weren't for the fact that you are too angry to be amused. As far as you know, pantheons are designed to help people, not to rob them.

Several ideas cross your mind, from ordering the book to be returned to the address to punching the dumb excuse of a reploid in his face, assuming it has one of those. The fact it took you 3 days to notice the problem doesn't help to improve your mood.

But is already late, and if you don't sleep soon you could make a mistake tomorrow, so you drop the matter until you find a satisfactory solution and go to sleep.

...

You wake up, check a message about the current situation in Neo Arcadia, and after that you walk towards the closest transerver room. The new routine leaves you a little more tired on the mornings, but it doesn't appears to affect you too much. Then again, it has only been 2 days.

At your office, you spend the few moments not approving all the things studying. Given your lack of battle experience, if you finish your lesson earlier you can spend some time today "practicing".

Or, using the fact that you are a copy of Master X, you could "cheat" a little to sped up the process...

OK, you don't feel very comfortable using the world "cheat". Still, the idea is a sound one, and the less time you are useless at combat the more secure Neo Arcadia will be.

After a quick reading on the maps, it turns out Neo Arcadia does not have an armory. It has dozens, but the 5 main ones are the personal Combat Upgrading Centers of the armies, and the police equipment station close to the tower.

You chose to visit the Jin'en center, partly because between the upgrading centers this one is the least specialized, and partly because it is the closest one.

The interior of the center is what you would expect from such facility: There are massive hangars filled with war vehicles, most of them half open and very clearly on maintenance.

There are a fair amount of troops and personnel passing by, carrying all sorts of boxes and sometimes individual pieces from some places to others.

You can alse see multiple queues in different areas, and even some reploids testing the servos on their arms, or simply studying their most recent modifications.

You approach a Jin'en officer behind a counter. If nothing else, she should be able to tell you where is the main storage area.

Said officer, however, looks like is busy listening to some transmission, so you decide to wait a moment.

After a minute and half, you begin to suspect she is listening to music. You have very important things to do tomorrow, and today for that matter, so you opt to risk interrupting a conversation and call the officer.

The officer snap out of her musical trance, looks around to see who called her, and then spots you.

Immediately, her eyes start to open to a worrying degree, and her expression changes from one of surprise to one of utter glee. You begin to think approaching this particular counter was not a good idea, when she speaks.

"Master X! Is Master X in person! O my gosh I didn't think something like this would happen today, I didn't even brought my camera, not that my superior would allow it but still"

"Um... Officer?" You say, trying to make her listen to you.

"and then I would be court martialed for smuggling, which would suck, but I still can believe this is happening! Am I dreaming? No, that's not it, I'm awake. Okay, breath in, breath" The officer says, not even stopping to breath, face alternating between surprise and... another kind of surprise, you guess.

You are also pretty sure the army does psychological checks before accepting people in, so maybe she will calm down in a few moments. At the very least she doesn't look armed.

"This is happening, this is really happening, this is absolutely, totally"

"Officer!" You say on a higher tone.

Her body language immediately changes, and she stands firm and rigid like a plank.

"Yes, Master X commander sir?"

"Could you please indicate me where are the reploid grade weapons stockpiled? I would like to see them" You say, calmly.

"Of course. Right. Follow me." She says, and immediately goes towards the building. You follow after her at a brisk pace, until you are both in front of a robust-looking building, with a heavy door in front.

You proceed to enter the building. There are many, many racks, all several meters high and all full of different weapon models. Most of them are handguns and semiautomatic rifles, but you can spot higher-grade weapons here and there.

As you approach one of the bigger-looking ones, you place your hand in the composite missile launcher and wait. And then you wait some more. Nothing seems to be happening...

You try with different weapons, hand models and elemental cannons, but still nothing.

Several possibilities come into your mind. Perhaps you need to be on a life or death situation for your ability to work? Or maybe it only works on reploids? Whatever the case, this obviously is not working.

After a while, you decide to return to the Tower. You have still until night to test your combat some more, and recruiting a few pantheons to help you train should reveal more about your strengths and weaknesses.

[X]How do you plan to fight this time? (Eg: offensive, keep your distance)
[X]Which one of the discourses will you use?

Sorry for the delay, real life needed my attention. As always, comments are welcome and appreciated.

Sometimes, due to external causes or (like in this case) the length of the update, some actions won't be realized in the same update. Depending on the circunstances, they may be done in another update.

Okay, didn't get around to actual training, but we got most of the rest of it out of the way.

@bird_poison How much authority does Ciel have? Or connections? I want her/someone she trusts to go over the Pantheon coding very closely. Was it an error in just that unit or something else? Or maybe an error in that production line. (Yes, I know what it probably is, but that's being Meta).

I'd rather not dump more work on her personally though.

That, training, choosing our speech... we are keeping track of our schedule, right? With possible Senate meetings and such? Also, are we checking our messages for stuff? Like the response to our apology or updates on the cost research for Rebirth?

By what degree are your errors consequence of your decisions directly?.
Typo. That period shouldn't be here I think.
Heh. It seems she got better from dying. Too bad Zero never knew that. Or perhaps all info about this person is lost. Speaking of which, it's a bit odd that Zero himself isn't here on the list. Oh well.

That must Dr. Ciel's ancestor, or there must be something really wrong here. Either way, I expected CX would have reacted in some way upon spotting that name.

"Master X! Is Master X in person! O my gosh I didn't think something like this would happen today, I didn't even brought my camera, not that my superior would allow it but still"

Even in the grim future of Megaman Zero, fangirls are still a thing. By the way, that labelled disk doesn't have anything special besides the name and address then, right?

I'll vote later, another day.

Ciel is somewhat know, but mostly for being a designer baby, a descendant of one of the scientist involving in the creation of the cyber-elves and being involved in some projects.

You are keeping check on your schedule, yes.

No. Only the name, the address and the sticker.

Life is a battle of two fronts
[X]Go on the offensive be aggressive, we won't always have the liberty of distance.
-[X]Have multiple rounds keep uping the amount of pantheons by 3.
-[X]Start with 2 pantheon hunters and 1 guardian,
-[X]replace the Hunter's with 2 pantheon flyers and add 2 warriors and a guardian
-[X]Add 2 guardians and a Ace

[X]The First

[X]During breaks look up battles that Lord X was in try and find battles that ended with him receiving more weapons.
[X]Borrow one of the flying packs the Pantheons use.
-[X]Practice flying
[X]Try and find out if the city has any enemies.
[X]Try to get a understanding of the current Political situation before deciding which speech to use.
-[X]Try and figure out how people will react to each speech.

This is just a basic plan I'm hoping you guys can help improved it

He knows their buster and armor can be customized to a degree, and the rekku army is always requesting flyer packs for them. Besides that, copy x knows little else.
Okay thanks

-[X]Have multiple rounds keep uping the amount of pantheons by 3.
-[X]Start with 3 pantheons with guns

[X]The second

[X]During breaks look up battles that Lord X was in try and find battles that ended with him receiving more weapons.
[X]Try and find out which of the city's enemies you can take on in your current state.
[X]Try to get a understanding of the current Political situation before deciding which speech to use.
-[X]Try and figure out how people will react to each speech.
--[X] It'll probably come down to whether they are worried about their current situation or the missing Master X more.
[X] Delegate; Get a research and programming team to look into the oddity of what happened with the Pantheon. There should be a schedule or log of which Pantheon had been on guard duty at the door you grabbed it from. If its a small error its best to nip it in the bud either way.
-[X] It should be okay to admit some ignorance here, Master X has been gone for two years, so he could very well have lost track of who he was supposed to hand things off to or things might have changed and he wouldn't have wanted to make assumptions.

This is just a simple plan I'm hoping you guys can help make it better.
