Oh wow, Cecelyne charms are a big warning sign on someone wearing blue.

When I made that Adjoran/Kimbery/Ebon Dragon Infernal, even they didn't go around wearing Blue all the time. Mostly because a consistent color scheme would get in the way of changing based on the current obsession, but still.

We've only got the two Images of her so far. (One done by Renu, and another by a different artist. ) If Reun is cool with it I can post Himiko's other picture hear.
