Hey Renu, did you just threadmark an old drawing of yours? Cause i must say clicking on the newest thread update and getting sent back to 2021 was very weird

I get you're the one that actually drew them all, but still personally weird to see Beatrice as one of the Anime Style Illustrations. That and I don't understand the difference between Illustration & Character Sheet/Design. Also what exactly causes the price to go up, having to spend 300 every time would not work for me.

"Price influenced by complexity and background". 300 would be with a background and generally complex stuff.

But I never had to spend 300 before, so I'm still confused what kind of stuff specifically would cause a price increase. I was never all that concerned with the background, is that just for specific requests? Cause I feel like a lot of the artwork I had commissioned before would probably be considered "has a background".

I don't remember one that has tbh? Like for exemple Beatrice is just on a gradient. The 300 were for if I had to do something in that vein.

I mean, anyway, all that won't affect SV comms, it's just an easy exemple of various things I can do.

Inflation is a merciless beast. :V

But, speaking as someone who's gotten a lot of commissions from Renu, I think I can provide some context as to price variances between pieces (all of my requests were done directly through SV, for the record).

Note that all of these would be considered "anime style illustrations", using Renu's own categories:

///and even those with just two characters has a wide range given differences in detail and complexity (as seen with Asuka and her Persona Matilda, versus Misato and her Persona Tokoyo)
 
It's really nice when artworks commissioned get the ok for public showing. This turned out real good, I especially like the cloud pattern on the sash over the Infernal's left leg.
