As if rats weren't bad enough already, now they're commies too? How do I log off of this life?

Squeakers - Jumping gerbils
…I think shoes.
Which puts you in a pickle, because we don't design shoes for feet that long/flexible…
But that's me spitballing blindly without knowing your annoyances with the critters.

Yeah, basically there are face down tiles on the field that can either be hazards or good stuff. The squirrels allow you to check them at range, then have your gerbils yeet people into them.

The faction is still in very early testing, so it remains to be seen if it works, but that's the plan at least.

Not what I thought they'd have to facilitate the keeping their distance but hey, it works.
So impression I'm getting is the Mushrooms are kind of a mob faction with 'bosses' you need to focus on as their opponent, these guys are more about playing the board smartly…

You'm be a foxer. Moler be dissurven pudden. Fighting? Burr no! (You are a sly beast. Moles are deserving pudding. Fighting? Certainly not! (I had to look up a guide to Redwall to type it out since I haven't read those books in awhile.))

Joking aside, and I can't remember if Abbey moles did much fighting outside holes, this army reminds me of Redwall, AKA small creatures versus their various, usually larger, foes. It's mainly because my mind connects groups of mice, squirrels, and moles to Redwall, though.

Edit: Added the parts about needing an online Redwall language guide and why I thought of Redwall.

Well, the shrooms were the first faction so they're mostly generic at the moment, but their main idea is interacting with dead bodies, either yours to do spore thingies, or the enemies to manipulate stress (just finished an illustration about that mechanic, it should be up in a week or so).

Redwall was definitely an inspiration yeah.

The fact that Capybaras are in this game really makes me want to play it now.

You've done an excellent job showing all the emotion and personality of all these little guys.

I was stoked about the mushrooms but now you've got me stoked+ for the leftist revolutionary rodentia so keep us posted on how the game's development is coming along or something? Please?
