Silica from Sword Art Online if she was in Soul Sacrifice. Her arm looks avian in reference to Pina (her fluffy dragon). I might make a serie with the other characters, so if you have an idea for the look of their arms, do tell =D.

I'll probably do a quest with that idea when I have the time...
