I can tell you that none of the schooling options constrain your ideology, and you might in fact have more ideological free reign without being directly under the party's eye, though that of course also means less political connections.

It's really up to you how you want to approach it. There's pockets of radical political activity everywhere, whether that's party students disillusioned at the state of the current orthodoxy, cultivator-workers getting together to organize underground unions, western students and their own versions of the Red Star teachings, traditional communal practices of the countryside, or even revolutionary minded street gangs. The revolution broke down a lot of barriers and created a lot of radical ties that never faded even as the party normalized, then opened up to the hermetic world's ideas about cultivator organizations.

Seizing the Power of the State only to stop at the lowest stage of Communism is only recreating the state, with new Masters and inevitably, New Vertical Hierarchies which cannot be trusted to act with the interests of the people, but only in The State Which Maintains That Power. I agree that the state must be seized, but only to immediately and unequivocally dismantle the State, as quickly as possible.
