Until Madoka learns how to manipulate the chain of memories safely with the Keyblade's Lock/Unlock powers, best to avoid dragging Hitomi in. Seems like Kyubey would make a stink about people knowing the Keyblade.
Hey, tygerbright, is it possible to get Sayaka a Keyblade too? Madoka clearly seems pure of heart, and Sayaka is all about Justice. I see no reason for Keyblades to reject her, even if Madoka has to train some first. Plus, already gonna be a pain keeping Homura & Mami from Witching Out / Turning Heartless. All the Bosses would end up costing a lot of Corruption.

The Keyblade is a convoluted and fickle thing. First one must obtain the ability either from the Keyblade Inheritance Ceremony preformed by one who is on the level of a Keyblade Master or by sharing ones heart with someone who already has a Keyblade. Next you have to be accepted by the Keyblade as a worthy wielder who has a strong heart. Sayaka may qualify on the second but for the first Madoka is a long way from being a master and there are scant few masters to begin with.
At the same time there are great weapons and magical powers other than that of the Keyblade or the Magical Girl.
Oh, is it possible to get the Moogle Shop to include Madoka's party? Seems like Sayaka could get a Magic Weapon there. Speaking of, do they update their wares?

Getting everyone together would be a good thing to do. Yesterday's talk had gone so seriously that there was no chance for anyone to get to know each other. Gathering everyone is as simple as telling Sayaka, sending a telepathic message to Mami, and pulling Homura out of the crowd that forms around her whenever class ends. Upon the rooftop, Mami is already waiting by the time you, Homura, and Sayaka arrive.
"So," Sayaka asks, "should we like talk what we're doing later?"
"I was thinking we could just spend some time together, but um that sounds like a good idea. Could we save it for the end though?"
You talk, you joke, you laugh, Homura and Mami share some stories and everyone seems more relaxed in each other's company.
Mami lets out a wistful sigh, "It's been a while since the last time I've done something like this. But I think it's time to get down to business. Sayaka, do you have anything you can use to defend yourself? "
"I already managed to grab a bat from the Phys-Ed room!" Sayaka says smugly.
"Hm, I may have to infuse it with my magic for it to be truly effective."
"Oh!" you exclaim, "That new store at the mall was selling some magical things maybe they have something Sayaka could use." Mami and Homura both give you strange looks.
"That is simply impossible, I've never heard of a Magical Girl selling items they made with their magic.
"It wasn't a magical girl, he called himself a Moogle." You pull off one of the rings and hand it over to Homura who passes it front of her soul gem.
"There is a small amount magic imbued into the ring, though it is nothing like the power of a Witch or Magical Girl. Such a place might prove to be useful."
"Gah!" Sayaka throws her hands up in frustration. "I already spent most of my allowance on getting some CDs." Immediately, Sayaka turns expectantly to you.
"I may have spent a bit too much at that shop…" Half-heartedly Sayaka turns to Mami.
"I live on a moderately fixed budget, so not this week at least." Very reluctantly, Sayaka turns her pleading eyes onto Homura.
There is a moment of silence before she replies, "I can spare some Yen."
"Transfer student, what in the world is a Yen? Did you hit your head or something? Everybody knows you buy stuff with Munny."
This line of questioning might be awkward for Homura, so you decide to change the subject. "Mami, there was something I wanted to ask you. I'm not that good at dodging things, could you help me with that?"
"Ah, I have just the thing in mind. I will now impart to you a secret Magical Girl technique that was passed down to me by someone that helped me out when I was just getting started. It doesn't actually use magic so you should be able to use it. Now watch closely." Mami stands up and in a single graceful movement rolls forward ten feet and then without turning around rolls backward into her initial spot where she finishes with a small curtsy. You and Sayaka both clap at the display. Mami motions for you to try it yourself, and surprisingly it comes naturally to you and you get it on the first try. Sayaka is not far behind you taking three tries before she does it right.
Madoka and Sayaka learned Dodge Roll
"Now, let the first lesson of a Magical girl's daily life begin!" Mami says, shortly after you all leave school. "Homura-san if you don't mind, I'll track the Witch."
"No, you're more talented in that area."
Mami twirls her soul gem from its chain around her finger. She tosses it up into the air and catches it upon her finger and a light shines from the soul gem. The light leads to an abandoned office building. As you arrive a woman throws herself from the building's roof. In a flash, Mami transforms and a set of ribbons slowly lower the woman to the ground. She points out a butterfly-shaped mark on the unconscious woman's neck. "A Witch's Kiss. We're in the right place."
The four of you step into the building Mami leading the way, you and Sayaka side by side in the middle and a freshly transformed Homura in the rear. As if on cue Mami's and Homura's soul gems flash and a portal opens. You call the Keyblade to your hand as a ribbon wraps around Sayaka's bat.

Damn really wish you show Homura's reaction to how the world changed without her knowing, would be an complete WTF face upon seeing Munny!
Hope you include more Kingdom Heart changes to the local setting and portray her reactions with Madoka and the locals accepting it as normal as you update.

Homuras POV would be amazing. 'A secret technique that doesn't use magic? Is Tomoe grief spiral-what. How are they even generating momentum to-and now they're going backwards?!'

Part of me wanted to write something from Homura about those two things but she isn't the type to outwardly express suprise or confusion too often. Also a pov shift mid update just to get her internal monologue wouldn't have been the best move in my book.
That being said if anyone wants to write an omake feel free to do so.
The labyrinth is totally different from yesterday, gone are the fences and leering cutouts, replacing them are endless staircases and walkways covered in the puffball familiars. However, almost all of the familiars along the path that Mami leads you down are twisted black clumps of butterflies covered in drawings of human eyes. Dozens of familiars fall to the combined firepower of Mami and Homura. You hold yourself at the ready for one of the familiars to slip past Mami and get close enough for you for you to strike at but every time one does, it is riddled with bullets from Homura before you can do anything. The fourth time this happens you stop and turn around to glare at Homura she meets your gaze and wordlessly nods.

Soon after, a familiar flies down from a higher walkway. It comes down on Sayaka's side, and her bat makes a solid impact. Before the butterfly can recover you just clear over Sayaka and with an overhead swing cut the familiar in two. As the creature fades away, from the remains a small crescent-shaped shard of bright blue crystal forms. Snatching it out of the air it feels like it is pulsating with power.

"Homura!" You call out as you land. "One of the familiars dropped this, is it safe?" You hold out the shard for her to look at.
"It can't be a Grief Seed, a familiar wouldn't drop one. But to be safe I will hold onto it." With a nod, you hand it over and she pushes it into her shield.
Not long after, a cloud of the butterfly familiars barrels down a staircase while a cluster of puffballs springs up from the ground behind you. Mami practically dances against the tide, each step punctuated by a gunshot and each spin capped with the smack of a ribbon against a familiar. Behind you, you can hear the steady staccato of Homura's ringing out unwavering and constant. Another staircase appears to your side folding out like a picture from a child popup book. A smaller swarm of the butterflies surge up and you run forward to meet them. Two hits, it only takes two hits to get rid of one of the familiars. You may not have Mami's natural grace or Homura's unwavering presence but just swinging the Keyblade and rolling back whenever one gets too close for comfort is enough to get you through the battle. Against the very last one on your side you make a mistake, you misjudge your roll and begin to tumble off the edge, Sayaka grabs you before you can fall and Homura is right beside her to help you up, almost casually she shoots behind her to finish the last butterfly.

As you continue deeper into the labyrinth a dome of twinkling green glass begins to loom over the other structures even from the distant walkway you are on you can see the familiars carrying flowers into the building. You expect Mami to lead you all in the direction of the dome but instead, she turns down a hallway leading the in opposite direction. She then pulls open a seemingly random door that if this place made any sense would have led to open air. From the darkness beyond the threshold, a storm of scissors springs forth. Thankfully everyone is close enough together for the barrier of Reflect to protect everyone. You, Mami and Sayaka beat back the tendrils holding the scissors. Peering into the darkness reveals a pit filled with the puffball familiars. Mami just walks up to the edge and twenty guns appear in the air. With a single volley, all the familiars are torn to shreds.

As the Munny crystals float down, Mami takes a step off the edge and allows herself to fall. You were about to reach out to grab her when you noticed the ribbons anchoring themselves all along the pit.
"It's perfectly safe!" Mami shouts from below.
The last fall you were in didn't hurt at all and Mami made it down fine, but there is still just a natural fear of falling. Glancing to the side you see Sayaka flashing a cocky grin. She grasps your hand in a tight clutch and jumps off the edge. Homura appears next to you, and with surprising gentleness grabs ahold of your other hand. The fall feels longer than it has any right to be, but the ribbons slow you all as your approach the bottom gently letting you down to the ground.
"We're almost to the Witch." She scans across the small dark room, and her eyes alight one inconspicuous part of the wall. "Just, ah there!" With a harsh kick, the walls fall apart and you see that you are at the base of the dome. A wide set of stone steps wrap around the dome and a huge set of double doors set directly at the top. In front of the door are the three largest clusters of the butterflies you have seen so far.
You see Mami is already judging the distance to the familiars, but you just can't shake the feeling you haven't done enough. "Mami," you interrupt, "I want to fight one of them, I want to prove myself!"
You hear Homura sigh behind you while Mami looks contemplative. Finally, Mami smiles, "Alright, you can take the smallest one. Homura and I will handle the others. Now-"
"If," Homura interrupts, "you can't handle this, then I will destroy it myself. No arguments about that."
You flash a smile Homura's way and nod.
"Now let's get at it, girls." Mami commands.

[X] Get a few hits in to gauge its durability and speed/reach. If it seems too slow to hit both of you, alternate attacks with Sayaka- To keep it distracted, and so you can intercept with Reflect. If it seems like it'll go down quickly enough, fight aggressively yet cautiously. Otherwise, focus on evasion and gradually whittling it down.
Hey, how likely is it we can get Madoka to accidentally unlock Keyblade Morphing? Because MP-free ranged attacks would be really helpful really soon with the Witch.

Considering that the only characters to use keyblade morphing are the ones who spent either most of their life practicing to wield a keyblade, or are the protagonist after several games worth of adventuring, I really wouldn't put money on it. Transforming one's keyblade seems like an entirely separate skill tree from the standard skillset (Magic, limits, etc). If we can find someone to teach it, Madoka can no doubt learn it. But all signs point to it being something that you can't just learn without actual, specialized, training.
Is there supposed to be a reason for us to not equip scan now? Like, I realise it takes up AP, but it's not like we have anything else to put on right now, and we already have dodge roll on.
True, but much of what Sora learned was self-taught or very basic. It isn't until Dream Drop he receives proper training. Very least, Madoka could manage mangled and imperfect versions of the more advanced Keyblade Techniques. So one specific form that she can't do more than a Wisdom-esque Shoot action with seems reasonable. Two modes per Keychain that drastically alters her fighting style would be very unlikely.
Regarding Scan, there really is no reason to ignore. My attack plan benefits from it, and having Scan active means we can give Mami a sense of how much firepower she'll need to use.

Fair point. Madoka could definitely develop styles on her own. My only problem with that plan is that the MP-free ranged attacks that you described are only seen in a drive form, which has Donald (a very powerful and skilled mage) lending his power and experience. Madoka could likely finangle a shot command mid-fight, but it would almost certainly still require MP to fire. Probably not much unless she really charges it, but the drain would still be present.
Given a little time, we're pretty much guaranteed to develop something like Birth By Sleep's shotlocks, but that's a bit more innovation than I can see us pulling off on Madoka's first day and first boss fight. Given time and experience Madoka will probably outmatch anything PMMM has to offer, but right now she's fresh out of the tutorial.
My reasoning for her managing MP-free Wisdom Shots is that they wouldn't do more damage or even less than smacking fools. Still, if it is gonna cost MP, probably get several shots per MP. I could definitely see her impromptu and accidental Magus Bow being MP consuming due to being developed on the spot.
Shotlocks seems like something she'll unlock either as Boss Rewards, or as Synthesis items if not both. Though I think something more like Data-Sora's supermoves would make more sense, since Shotlocks are hilariously exploitable. I mean seriously, Remnant wouldn't be nearly as difficult otherwise.
