Some of those questions seem kind of redundant.

She obviously got her powers from Kyubey and was hunting for seeds. She doesn't even know Tatsuya's last name so how would she even know whether or not she intends to hurt his sister, and would why would she even say yes if she wanted to? He also just met her, would he really want to consider her an ally so soon? Especially since she vaguely reminded him of the Devil?
