Pathfinder Campaign: Here, There Be Dragons.

Could I have a feat that lets my natural attacks count as Silver for the purposes of damage reduction?

Sure.

Feat: Silvered Scales. Your natural attacks count as silver for the purpose of bypassing damage reduction. Requirements: Base attack bonus +8, Silver Dragon.

Yes, but I find it odd that a god would go so far as to actually grant powers to a baby dragon. Though on the other hand, they might well have done it only after you were kidnapped, figuring that if you'd been forced into the big leagues, they might as well let you play in them.

Sorceror would add to natural spell casting, while anything else would advance in parallel.

Power attack you got for free, so you can pick a 4th racial feat.

Edit: Oh, and you're base saves should be +6, +7, and +6, as you get base save bonuses for your dragon racial hit dice.

Edit Edit: Oh, and you should have two claws, not two wings.
okay.Sorceress or magus.and its teen, i think.humanrihrteen to fourteen

What are the BSB I get from being a dragon, so I can add it in?

Edit: Oh, should I also add my Fearful presence and Spell resistance?

The base save progression for the dragon is good across the board, or +2 + half your racial hit dice. So you'd have +6 to each, which gets overidden for your reflex save at level 8 on account of you getting +2 from your first level of rogue, instead of the +1 you'd get from your racial hit dice that level.

And no, you're not old enough to get frightful presence or spell resistance. You would need 17 and 15 hit dice to get those, respectively.

Ok. I've edited the saves, but just realised I need to edit my skills. I should have 88 skill points total, not 11

You would actually have 9x7 +11, or 74, becuase you only get 6+int mod for your 7 dragon levels. Also you're actually a feat over becuase the feat you had taken from being a first level character usues the same progression as the four dragon feats. SO instead of having four dragon feats and a ist level character feat, you have four feats for being an 8th level character. Thus, you'll need to drop one. My apologies, I should have caught that sooner.

Done!

I would like to join this but since I mostly play D&D 3.5, I have some questions first.

1. What are the big changes from D&D 3.5 to pathfinder?
2. Is the level of the character Experience level 7=(dragon base CR + Age bonus CR) + Class level or Dragon base CR + Class level?

1. Pathfinder has some skill consolidations, faster feat progression (You get a feat every odd level), some changed spells, class revisions, etc. Basically, they fixed a number of long standing balance problems, though far from all of them, and gave everyone a bit of a boost. See here for a detailed breakdown.
2. Dragon base CR + Dragon racial hit dice gestalted with/Class levels. if that takes you up an age category, you get the stuff there for free. This should be well enough balanced because the higher CR dragons get better stats and abilities to start with, and get abilities faster as they level.

Base reflex is +6 from dragon, +2 from my level in rogue to make 8

Remember that your eighth level of dragon is gestalted with rogue, so the +2 reflex from rogue overrides it's +1 to reflex.

Yes. My +6 is from the previous seven levels, which using you're 2+1/2hit die is a +6 bonus. I do need to edit my Fort and will to have +7 due to my dragon progression though.

Edit: Whoops, you're right.
Edit 2, Electric Editloo: Done!!
Edit 3, the re editing: Should my weapon focus be natural weapons due to the Feat tax edits?

I believe that Golgarthan is ready. A young magma dragon that decided "fuck all demons and devils and evil outsiders!" and became extra tanky and able to splatter just about anything he taps.

So, anything more for me to do?

Just backstory down at the bottom of your sheet is all I can think of. I'll tell you if I see anything else.

You should have +8 fort and will saves, if I did my math correctly. And where did you get that earthbreaker from? The devils took all your stuff away.

Also you should only have four feats, as you only have 8 hit dice and no bonus feats from your class.

And that looks like a lot of HP. By my calcs you should have around 12 + 7d12 (around 45 or so) + 8x5 (40) = 97 or so.

Don't suppose I could have made it?

If not, I'll get rid of it, have to redo some customizations.

You can make it once you get out, (remember that you start the game in a cage with devils gloating over you) though you'll be at -4 if you have to use your breath weapon as a forge, and an additional -2 if you have to use your hands instead of a hammer and anvil. Though I'll let you take a feat to eliminate these, if you like.

You could also just steal weapons from the devils. They won't necessarily have an earthbreaker, but they will have some weapons you can make use of.

I'll steal something later. Made changes to reflect it.

Done! Justified Vadim's CG tendencies by claiming his entire family are CG eccentrics. Also, could you look at my previous post and see if my point made in the edit was correct? Thx.

For clarification:
1. Racial hit dice can be less than base for gestalt purposes?
2. Challenge rating + Class level for any age modifiers?
Also how do you roll dice on SV?

Edit: Should I also have 2 extra ability points due to my hit die ( getting +1 to of of my choice every 4 levels)

Oh, yes! You all get two +1 ability scores increases for having 8 Hit dice. Good catch.

On another note, how much should play up the "Devils are fucking evil" thing? I'm not going to have them be torturing you right off the bat, but if a situation like that comes up, should I try and avoid it or just plow straight ahead?

For clarification, dragon hit dice can be less than base for gestalt purposes right?

Your hit dice should be whatever it says under the base for your type of dragon. Like if you're a silver dragon, you start with 7 Dragon Hit dice and 1 level of dragon gestalted with a class of your choice. I don;t want to let people trade these back in for lowered level adjustment because the CR/level adjustment is for more than the racial hit dice, its also for having better immunities, breath weapons, abilities, etc, etc.

As for rolling dice, after you post look in the lower right and there should be a button labeled "More Options". Click it.
