What sort of limits for sanity and sense are we talking about for Quirks here?

I don't do expies, so that's not an issue here.

...also, that's a categorisation that ranges from 'pyrokinesis' to 'I use gravity to accelerate time everywhere to reset the universe'.

If you take a look at the manga... a lot of the Quirks are pretty marginal as superpowers. Like some dude being able to grow eyes on his hands, that kind of thing.

Huh, another Hero Academia RP. Will Lichte Justice be allowed, or is this going to be a 'real' justice only game? :V

My first idea for this is a quirk that lets its user (a) kill themselves at will, and (b) create a new body (in perfect health) for themselves in their immediate vicinity any time they die.

Cue the battle tactic I have tentatively nicknamed 'the corpse-alanche'.

Hence my question about the limits of sense and sanity.

That works. There is a guy that can clone himself.

It will be heavily scrutinized by the shadow council though.

Excellent. Now where did I leave the notes for Override...
You ruined teleportation for me, so I had to do this instead. :V

Name: Emi Kujo
Alignment: Hero

Costume: An armored two-piece white leather motorcycle suit with gunmetal grey trim.

Quirk: Override

A self-targeting healing effect able to perfectly restore Emi's body to healthy working order. She regularly exploits this to push her otherwise normal body beyond its limits, achieving a limited degree of super strength and speed by pushing herself hard enough to damage her muscles and bones and rapidly repairing them between strikes.

Skills: High Pain Tolerance

Bio: Emi lost her father when she was still young, too early to have any lasting memories of the man. Without him, the task of raising her fell to her mother, a professional hero with bio-manipulation abilities. She set a firm example of what it meant to be a hero, of what it meant to have power: to do whatever you wanted, crushing any who disagreed with you.

When Emi was ten years old, her mother finally went too far, too openly. She was apprehended and sent to prison, and Emi was shuffled into the foster system. There, she exploited her Quirk to become a leader among a small group of delinquents, but she was in a small pond. The only way she could really know where she stood was to pit herself against the best of the best, and if there was anywhere they could be counted on to gather, it was at Yuuei.
Got ya covered bro.

Huh. Neat! :)

I'm still undecided as to whether or not I'll go for that as of yet, though- it was just my first idea.
