Because of Star Wars references and it being vague enough that there is some wiggle room. Don't worry I have ....characters lined up that are more than capable of giving everyone a challenge, not to mention there are literal armies running around in this city.

Myself, I've never been particularly satisfied with the official or semi-official themes for Chara, so I like to use The Fallen and Final Battle for writing their fight scenes, and Rebirth for more emotional ones.
That and Battle Against A True Hero, but that piece is just great in general.
It's fall in Morioh, hence the coat. Imagine the cat tie with this and the picture is complete.
Origin: JoJo
Personality and Life Philosophy:
Yoshikage Kira just wants a quiet life
Backstory:
On that fateful day that felt like a picnic, it was not Shigekiyo Yangu who accidentally took Kira's girlfriend, but Shinobu Kawajiri. Kira managed to confront her a stealthily resolve the issue. However, the two of them ended up deep in conversation that, try as he might, Kira could not escape from. Things only worsened when he dealt rather handily and slyly with some thugs that tried to rob them in an alleyway, defending Shinobu in the ensuing fight without throwing a single punch. It was then that Shinubo became infatuated with him and begun pining for him like a teenage girl with a crush, and Kira's desire to conform and not stand out made him unable to push her away for fear of causing a scene.
Thus began their affair and over time Kira begun to accidentally care for the woman. He wished to keep her safe and happy, despite never having cared for anyone or anything but himself. Their relationship progressed to the point where Kira would keep her company at home when Kosuaku was working overhours. However, they were not as alone as they believed themselves to be. Hayato's hidden cameras captured all of their escapades around the house, and in an effort to protect his family he decided to tell Kosaku about his wife's cheating. The next time Kira and Shinobu met, Shinobu was covered in bruises courtesy of Kosaku's anger. Enraged by this, Kira took Shinobu by the hand and dragged her back home. There he unleashed the terrible power of Killer Queen, erasing both father and son from the world without a trace. Shinubo witnessed it all and recoiled in fear, certain that she would be next. Kira was indeed planning to kill her for knowing his secret, but out of his love for her, although he did not consciously recognize it as such, he begun explaining his full life story to her as he drew closer.
Shinobu listened to it all in amazement and fear, and right before he was about to change her hand into a bomb she cried out. She didn't care that Kira was a murderer, that he had killed her loveless husband and son. She just wanted to live a happy quiet life with him as well. Half bargaining for her life, half completely sincere, she even said she'd help him satisfy his urges if that meant she'd get to spend her life with him. At this Kira halted in shock, unprepared for these oh so unexpected words filled with love and desperation. Not one of his victims had ever loved him before, let alone embraced him as he was about to kill them or made him love them in return. And so they made a pact of true love in the sterile murderscene where once a family had lived.
To support his newly wed wife Kira saw himself force to stop holding back just a little to get himself promoted from unassuming and boring office worker to unassuming and boring middle manager. (Around the same time Kira started eloping with Shinobu Killer Queen developed a personality, which made his job a fair bit more hectic than it had any right to be) Shinobu would stay at home and take care of the house, as well as compile lists of information on women that fit Kira's types for when his urges started playing up again so they could go out on a "date".
Kira's perfect life was not to last, however. Through unknown means he has been whisked away from home and thrown into a literal warzone. With his perfect, quiet life on the line, Kira Yoshikage is determined to find his way back home and will let nothing stand in his way.
After all, Luck is on Yoshikage Kira's side...
Abilities: 「Killer Queen」: Killer Queen is the same as always, having access to bombs one and two only. Killer Queen can be hurt by Force or Force enhanced attacks, though it's still impervious to all non-mystical damage. In addition, this is not the FTL interpretation, but merely the very supersonic one.
Killer Queen also seems to have developed a degree of independent thought and acts like a shitty housecat/asshole assistant whenever the moods strikes him.
Obscured in the Force:
Force users or similar people using their abilities to try and discern something about Kira's person will see nothing but an ordinary human with no sign of esoteric abilities or homicidal urges at all.
Generally very good at acting and unlikely to have his facade seen through unless caught in the act.
The Fucking Strong:
Yoshikage "I really need to go to the gym more because I'm out of shape" Kira is considerably stronger and has more stamina than an average person, being roughly on the level of a top tier athlete. It is in toughness where he truly shines, being capable of tanking the steel crushing fists of Star Platinum and not exploding.
Mathematical Mind: Kira is great at calculating things and just a really smart guy in general. Perming complex distance and time calculations in mere seconds is literal child's play to him.
Cat Person: All feline creatures naturally like Kira and unless provoked or heavily compelled will not be aggressive towards him.
Equipment:
The clothes on his back, and a wallet filled with money and a picture of Shinobu.
Name: The Hundred Knight
Appearance:
Origin: The Witch and The Hundred Knight
Personality and Life Philosophy: The Hundred Knight, to put it lightly is a bit of a happy idiot. If someone he has no issue with need some help, he'll be happy to provide it. If there's something that he believes needs to be done, he'll be focusing on it. And if you happen to pick a fight with him, he'll not stop himself from cracking your skull if the fight happen to go that way. He's simply not one to think that far ahead in the future, so he's happy just helping out those he happen to care about.
Backstory: An ancient demon of legend who is said to be a almighty and unstoppable.
Or at least, that's what he was SUPPOSED to be. In truth, he's only a little thing. An unexpected powerhouse to be sure, but a dumb one that annot even speak for itself. a lack of vocal cords doesn't help either. He was summoned by Metallia, the Swamp Witch, and was made her familiar. From that point started a series of chaotic events and unexpected friendships, as he acted in Metallia's stead and on her orders, the Witch unable to leave the swamp...
Abilities: Extreme omnivore: Can eat ANYTHING. He'll have no hesitation chowing things even bigger than himself if he's hungry! Of course, some things are more filling than others. Gotta have least have SOME organics parts.
Incidentally, he can also use his stomach to store items to grab back later. Obviously weird if you think about it and his size, but he's a magical creature to begin with.
Tochka abilities: The Hundred Knight can summon some helpers, whenever it's for fighting or travelling. Those are...
-Type-0 Jumpy: Summon a spring board to make bigger jumps.
-Type-1 Mini-Knights: Exactly what it says. Summon tiny knights that will go bash foes with themselves. They honestly look like small rocks with arms and legs however. But they were spiked helms as well, so don't think they cannot hurt!
-Type-8 Time Bomb: Summon a bomb that will explode after a set time or triggered.
-Type-10 Diallo: A flying anchor that act like a boomerang once thrown.
-Type-16 Dekoimo: Summon a stationnary decoy foes will be lured to attack. Ideal for a distraction!
-Type-42 Casserio: Summoning a big, rotating cannon tower that fire homing energy shots.
-Type-42 Protem: Summong a tower to amplify the Hundred Knight's strength, so long as he's clsoe enough to it. No one would miss it in a fight, but how many can afford to go after it if the Hundred Knight is on them?
-Type-72 Wikuk: A scout-type that will walk ahead for the Hundred Knight. The Hundred Knight control it and not move while doing so, but it serves as his eyes to observe without compromising his location.
Of course, there's a limit to how much he can call up and a cooldown is also needed.
They can be said to be 'parts' of him that he call forth, thought the Hundred Knight lose nothing himself. Once they vanish, either by no longer being needed, being out too long or destroyed, they vanish and return to him. While theirs forms vary depending on theirs functions, they all share a common feature: the eyes. Whenever it has only one like the Mini-Knight or multiple like the Casserio, the eyes look the same as the Hundred Knight. They also all seem to feature some limited intelligence to assist the Hundred Knight, even if only the Mini-Knights and the Casserio can act on it.
Chaos Revelation: The flame on his head turns to sparks as the Hundred Knight amplify his own power. It comes at the cost of draining his stamina severally faster as well, however. It isn't meant for long battles, but more to strike decisive blows and end a fight. Should the Hundred Knight runs out of stamina, he'll turn even weaker than normal until he can rest and recharge.
Equipment: The Hundred Knight carry various weapons on him. Swords, hammers, spears and even magical staffs. Where does he keep them? Who know? Still, they will remain available for him whenever he's in a fight.

Darths and Droids General Grievous. Within the power limits (...I think), but comes with a lot of in-universe baggage I'm not sure I want to deal with.
Red Mage Statscowski from 8-bit Theatre. Power could definitely be an issue here depending on when in the series he's taken from, though his general incompetence does for the most part somewhatlargely completely negate that.
Anduriel('s coin) from the Dresden Files. Little/no ability to project power personally, but I think it'd fun to try and corrupt somebody to the side of evil (side note: if I apply with this character and get accepted, I request to be dropped on somebody like Gentaro for the irony factor).
Alex Verus, from his own series. He's not too high up in personal power (being a baseline human in ability with no offensive/defensive powers), but he is a diviner (basically: constant precog solely for his own potential future experiences) so he would be hard to actually deal with from an RP sense. I'm not actually expecting him to be allowed for that reason, but I'm listing him anyway on the off-chance.
Does anybody have any suggestions on which one to go for, and @Sinsystems, are any outright vetoed?

Red Mage is alright so long as it's not from the point where he had the blueprints to destroy everything that exists or could exist. The coin guy is alright but I'd prefer it if the players can act on their own. The Alex though wouldn't be an issue since the galaxy has the whole "Dark side clouds everything" ritual going on which would nerf his diviner powers.
Darths Grievous would be allowed, just remember that you aren't as strong as the canon Grievous since you weren't a Kalee warlord before becoming a cyborg.
