On a side note, there are two votes here folks. The Strategy/Tactics of the assault and the ranking of the setting choice. Just in case folks have somehow missed it. As of now, Shadowrun is 2081, not 2090, due to me wanting to make a few changes. Also, Fallout will be in 2299, meaning after Fallout 4 happens by 12 years. But yes, you're in the arctic still.
Already written describes how what you picked happened. It's kinda weird, but I mentioned before the update that I did that because of how well Red Skull rolled so you can control the devastation and gain a trait.
Bombs making it into the Valkyrie, yes. Also won't be able to be used before the ice, yes.
Nope. No X-Men due to my own unfamiliarity and the MCU not having them.
Outcome is the same as regular Siege, with a little higher chance of HYDRA being crippled.
