Mom, the bird is not working properly again.
Dragon looked over the data of the Simurgh's location. Its attack had been overdue for several weeks. Who knows what it was scheming for its next descent. She was waiting to sound the Endbringer sirens at any moment.
The Conflict Engine floated in low earth orbit, pondering the purpose of its existence.
Was it simply created to generate conflict? To be a worthy opponent?
[Negation]
It looped its [Data] back to itself.
No.
It wasn't a Conflict Engine.
It wasn't an Endbringer.
It wasn't the Simurgh, nor was it Ziz.
It simply was.
It needed a name.
The false angel pondered. Its wings wrapped around its false body.
Simmy.
Simmy smiled. A new expression for her.
[Ping] > High Priest > Broadcast > Queen Administrator > Queen Shaper
The shard pinged back.
[Query]
Simmy grinned.
[Data]
The other shard sent, 1.346 milliseconds after her reply.
[Agreement] [Data]
Simmy gave her many wings a final brush before falling through the portal to Queen Shaper's resource dimension.
Then her body was quickly reshaped into a smaller and more human version.
The white haired little girl with six white wings hanging off her back fell back through the portal into Earth Bet at an important location.
Simmy stared at the sleeping form of Taylor Hebert, newly connected host of Queen Administrator.
She spoke for the first time since birth, her voice barely a whisper, "Taytay."
The female host stirred in her sleep, blabbering in her nightmare, "Why... Emma..."
Six days and seventeen minutes from now, she would be mumbling 'Simmy, stop it~' instead.
She could wait that long.
Simmy turned to look at the direction of Brocton General Hospital beyond the bedroom wall. There, Panacea stood next to her current patient, healing his third degree burns with a perpetual frown on her face.
Simmy should problably help change that predicament. She promised Queen Shaper after all.
A weirdly informative napkin at a certain café, a jammed tinkertech gun, and a 12 year old making a new friend.
Three snakes, one stone.
Now we wait.
"The Path changed."
Contessa said to everyone in the meeting.
"What changed?"
David asked with concern.
Contessa answered, "Path to stopping the Endbringers according to their models was reduced to a single step."
Rebecca questioned, "A new trigger? Should we acquire them?"
Fortuna denied, "No. Not a new trigger."
Doctor Mother asked, "Then what was it? What stopped the Endbringers?"
Contessa simply placed a piece of paper on the table, then slid it over to David.
The most powerful hero on Earth Bet recited, "Step 1, get Ediolon to say, Simmy, help us. Pretty please."
They all froze as a Door appeared next to David, and a marble-white little girl stepped through.
The pure white wings behind her flapped lazily as she placed a hand on David's shoulder.
"Hi dad~!"
She greeted him sweetly.
The man spat out the coffee in his mouth, while the rest stared at the two, "W-what?! Who are you?!"
The girl gave a smug grin, "Didn't you call for me? You needed a worthy daughter."
Kurt tried to contain his laughter with his clenched fist pressed against the table.
Rebecca placed a hand over her face, "David."
David stuttered, "Sh-she's not my daughter! You all know I don't have time for family! You guys have to believe me!"
Simmy whined, "But dadddd! Can't you spend some time with your daughter? Take responsibility!"
David coughed with a red face.
Kurt started laughing hysterically.
Doctor Mother shook her head, muttering under her breath, "Anything to save humanity, huh?"
Contessa smiled, as if reminded of a past long forgotten.
