Ship name: HMS Glasgow
Ship class: Town-Class
Ship history: Laid down in April of '35, Glasgow (C21) spent the first half of the war with the home fleet acting as escorts to important vessels, until she was damaged by a near miss from a bomber. After her repairs she participated in the Norwegian campaign, evacuating the Norwegian king and a portion of the gold reserves. She then transferred to the Mediterranean where she continued to escort convoys and provide support, until she was damaged once again, and the port nearby could not repair her, so her duties were reassigned to the far east. She continued a tour of light repairs at every dock she could find, until she found her way to the US for a proper repairing just in time for the arctic convoys and operation Neptune, afterword's she became the flagship for the Commander-in-Chief in the East Indies. After completion she was called back to home for a modernization run that lasted tell June of '45, where she spent the rest of the war working up to operational service.
Civilian name: Alisa McGowan
Civilian occupation: Bartender
Personality:
Scottish. Glasgow spent quite a lot of time around the more... important... people of the world during her time in service. So, she picked up quite a lot of their mannerisms and ways of speaking just so she could appear more civilized outwardly. But, as soon as her emotions get away from her, or you get to know her in any way her heritage comes out at mach three. Sometimes violently.
