But of course. What better way to tempt it than to confidently announce that the status quo won't change. And then we get another, even bigger battleship a couple hours later. You just had to tempt fate, didn't you?

Still without a Sub counter though...Yes, join me. With those Curtiss-class floatplanes on you, the Flying Boat legion grows stronger
It also means we get more Capital ships to put those Destroyers in line
At this rate it's going to be a 2 v. 2 match-up between the carriers and the battleships...
We uh, might have to consider a different way of determining the flagship for this one
So we have two new probable contenders for flagship! It's shaping up to be an interesting contest! Get your concessions by asking the subs! We have everything you could want and then some!

Don't think so. Maybe things in a less... plentiful supply. Food might be able to sway Destroyers, but I like to think we're a bit more refined. Though it might be possible to get the german one with some alcohol.I can promise the Subs food. Is that enough to secure their allegiance?

that is... not a sentence I expected to see. I forgot timeshares were a thing. But, you have my attention, at least. The subs can join my fairies at my timeshare in Cabo if they support me
We've got three subs, if the Limeys could manage this… so can we.
To be fair, considering the other cruisers are also probably going to be in charge of destroyer/sub wrangling with me, getting y'all on my side will likely get themthat is... not a sentence I expected to see. I forgot timeshares were a thing. But, you have my attention, at least.
Edit:
I love how this has come from a 1-1 carrier showdown for the position of flagship, to trying to bribe the main fleet in various ways instead. I do notice that nobody's trying to sway the Cruisers though. It's all sub and destroyer bribing/disciplining.
Only applicable if you've swayed a sub and there's another that you need to bap. We've got three subs, if the Limeys could manage this… so can we.
Fair. Entirely fair.To be fair, considering the other cruisers are also probably going to be in charge of destroyer/sub wrangling with me, getting y'all on my side will likely get them
Ninja'd. Twice
Well, I figure they'd be studying with you and basically be like groupmates in getting things done.

Take whatever you would have around the middle of the war (or as commissioned if you entered the war later).Hey Dark, I forget if we touched on this, but if one of us got a wartime refit, which rigging do we use, onset of the war, or ending of it?
I like brussel sprouts. So you better think twice before getting up to any mischief, you hear? Or else I'm feeding you brussel sprouts alongside your beef

high-fives
Noooooooo…!Every time I find something to discipline the fleet with they just end up enjoying it
Fine then, no more games

43ish. I'm still working out all the details, and am more focused right now on getting this stupid opening post together. Damn you, my inconsistent muse!
