Something that could be relevant. @Nitro How does Shield of Faith work?
Is it a directional Shield? A Force Bubble around the User?
I think we should talk with Eri, learn what we can and then decide if we want to tell Almight about it right now, or make some Miracle to help.
Maybe learn about Quirks, I'm curious if we could controll Eris Quirk if we use Possession on her.
Anyway if we want to keep her save, we could use Shield of Faith and if we buy it Sanctuary and Divine Resilience.
That should keep her save during the Raid. If we want more we need to make a Miracle.
It's a bubble around the user, it would be very weak on a brand new worshipper.
Since this is a fairly important update, I'll let the voting period be extended to tomorrow totally not to give myself more prep time or anything to let you all have a chance to hash out your general strategy and send in/edit votes as you feel necessary.
So, Eri could use Sanctuary on her Room and then sit behind Shield of Faith for a hour without anyone draging her out, because Shield of Faith is a Bubble around the User and you either need to break the Bubble or wait till it runs out.
Note on Shield of faith. It's strength is proportional to the casters worshipper rating. A brand new worshipper would start at the lowest rating, thus the shield would be at its weakest. It would only be strong enough to stand up to one maybe two gunshots.
Like I said, figure out a stealth/concealment miracle and a transport miracle. The pair is whats needed. Until we have that we just do our best to ease the suffering.

Problem with that, making a power takes at a minimum 4 actions. That would mean we'd have leave her high and dry, suffering effective torture and what not, for a week before we save her. And that would still leave the other baddies in the world, ignoring the second half of her prayer to us.
Heres the problem, they want to escape with Eri, the police wants to capture them and All-Might would want to save her first.
For your plan to work they would have to run away whitout prioritizing carring Eri, the police would have to move too fast to actualy make sure to capture then all and All-Might would have to act on his nature an then ignore it.
Yes the good guys have multiple non-harmfull means of capture, but them gathering those specificaly would take time.
And you plan depends on a sactuary keeping her safe and helping the good guys while not helping the bad ones to stall when there will be at least four actors able and willing to destroy the building depending on the situation.
That is why your plan falls apart, it it full of points of failure were you assume thinfs will go in a convenient way even when that doesn't make sense.
I am not saying to ignore her situation but rushing in as we are is bound to go wrong.
On one hand that theory is wrong, we know he was quirkless, that the mucle form was his original base form and it was even mentione recently how his talent to using One For All wasn't a quirk.
On the other the idea that some quirks help with others is also one of ther reason why I think All for one would quicly figue Eris quirck.
First the wiki only mentions quirks he explicitly used, he is the source of all the nomus quirks, he has been coleting quirks for longer than a century, he has a vastly larger stockpile than what we have seen already, that is just a fact.
And a better question is why would he run away ? He would probably search for the enemy or make a run for Eri, but running away at the first sign of trouble is not something a final boss does, specialy since is used to all-mighty attacks, and also powers tend to have limits so if he is still standing end we stop he is likely to assume we just can't keep going, if we could smack him 5-6 times I could maybe see him cutting his loses, but our lack of follow up means when he gets over the weirderness of the situation we are back to step one.
No she didn't prioritize healing, that is not how it works becasue hers isn't a healing power.
Eris power is to rewind to a previous state, so Deku countered it be constantly fast fowarding from the state of healthy to mangled, while he was contantly turned to a previous state.
It should be noted that he was on the brink of being vanished, yet keep his olders scars, so Eri would kill All Might long before she healed him
I also got ir formt he wiki, and honestly not only would at that point be easier to ust have his underlingns grab people for him, but leaving tons of now quirckless people around is perfectly traceable when you are the only know method of quirk removal.
Well All Might master was killed, so I assume the same happened to all the others.
My plan only has 1 point of failure, with lots of backups. The Sancturary is a backup, so is the "Smack them down" plan, so is the getting the police and the other Heroes. The main plan is "All-Might saves Eri". Everything else is to make that part easier, or to assist in secondary objectives.
As for All-Might ignoring his nature, I kinda doubt this is his first time dealing with someone he couldn't physically touch, for one reason or another. He probably has some ways to deal with such a situation, maybe he could scoop her up on a giant couch, maybe he could send her flying with a giant burst of air, maybe one of a dozen other plans.
Also, noteworthy, while they have a bunch of people who could bring the Sancturary down, it's important to note their thought processes as they go about doing it. IF they are thinking "I'm going to crush those suckers by bringing the building down!" he would be stopped. He would have to not intend any harm on anyone when he does the action to be able to follow through on it. Which, while it can happen, doesn't seem like something they would be prone to thinking mid fight.
We know that All-Might thought he was Quirkless. Wouldn't be the first time someone thought they were, but it turned out they actually did have a quirk that was originally completely useless but synergized very well with this new ability they just got. Just this time around, he still thinks that fact, attributing the Bulk Up part to One For All even though by his own words he can't access it anymore.
As for seeing younger him, we actually see two different versions of younger him. One kinda slim though still muscular, one rather big and muscle bound. This could still be his transformation that he undergoes when he channels All For One's power.
Who was it that recently mentioned that his talent was not a quirk?
He has a large stockpile, but there is presumably a limit to how many he can carry. Otherwise, why would he have gone into that final fight with only a few strength enhancement quirks? Why not dozens?
He'd run away because the very first smack really hurt, and he has no way to know that a dozen more won't follow. Quirks have limits, but he'd be staking his own life on the gamble that our limit is within the bounds he can bear. He'd at least withdraw, make sure whatever super-strong force that smacked him wasn't All Might or someone (talking about split second reaction, All Might is probably among the few people he knows who can hit that hard and is someone that All For One would know would be gunning for him), rather than completely ignore it and continue advancing on Eri. And after he withdraws, he'd be utterly unable to locate his attacker. So, ok, maybe he'll decide to press his luck, and WHAM, we smack him again. Why in Our Name would he decide to stick around when there is an unknown assailant with unknown powers hanging around? It's not like Eri is gonna suddenly dissappear off the face of the earth, nor is he gonna lose all of his contacts (so he thinks) so he'd be needlessly risking his life if he didn't retreat to try again later, when he knows what the heck is going on and there aren't any unknown parties with unknown powers.
She doesn't, but her power apparently does. It kept rewinding him a scant few mili-seconds, instead of the years it's capable of. Because, why should it matter if he kept shattering his body? It has the potential to rewind everything back to zero, but it kept putting that off because he kept hurting himself.
He's leaving behind quirkless people anyways when he steals a quirk. It's not like having them kidnapped would make it so he wasn't leaving behind a quirkless person. He probably has them disposed of discretely.
As for having his minions kidnap them in his stead, not really. Having them do the kidnapping would make things take much longer, and introduce far more points of potential failure. Even in his super crippled state, he's probably the most effective and competent person in his employ. No one else can get it done as quickly and discretely and as assuredly as he can. He just needs a quick way in and out, provided to him with the warping quirk.
But they ALL managed to pass on their power before biting the dust. Meaning, they all managed to evade him at least long enough to find and some-what train a new disciple. I doubt they had next to any fights beyond their dying one, considering the fact that they were all objectively worse than All Might was at using One For All.

Something to keep in mind is that while quirks are super-power they are also biological, they have limits, requirements, drawbacks and none is exactly , there is also diminishing returns, it doesn't matter how many quirks that turn the ody into steel you use if you just become steel anyway. Like with Todoroki some quirks work realy well together, but it wouldn't be strange if mostly didn't.
Ultimately he isn't limited be his carry capacity but the quality of what he was carrying, he only used those quirks because that was the strongest combo he had and changing anything would be less effective.

Who was it that recently mentioned that his talent was not a quirk?
The problem is that we don't know when we power is passed foward, de diference could as well be due to the training so endure the quirk.
It was Deku actualy, basicaly while All Might was helping him figure out how to use One for All izuku managed to perceive something of why he was so good with the quirk due to how he moved in his emaciated form.

Think less in terms of time and more in terms of States, that is important since otherwise the whole nulification of quirks would make no sense.
She keep bringing him to a previous state and he keep creating new states just as fast, she didn't prioritize healing but the most recent state change. And the moment he stoped destroying his body twenty times per second he almost vanished.
Sunken Cost Falacy and Ignorance.
See to attack he would have to spend resources, whatever force attacked him would still be here the next time, and the security is bound to be tigher, and he probably lost some resources and is going to be hunted for some time anyway.
On the other there is ignorance, because him knowing nothing works both ways, why should he run ? It hurts yes, but the prize is close and whitout information he is as likely to be smaked down retreating and pressing fowards, because why would his misterious attacker just let him leave ?

Of course he is the most capable person in his employ, that is why he is the Boss, and do you know why he became a boss and build an oranization ? Because there aren't enouht hours in the day to do everything himself. Could he do it better ? Probably, but good enought is good enought and he has other stuff to do with his time, like Nomu experimentation.
Voting is now closed! The tally got a little screwy on this one, but I went back through and counted manually just to be on the safe side. For the sake of a smoother continuity, Izuku's vote option will be delayed until after the current interrupt is resolved.

You spring into action, as much as you can ever be said to spring at least. Your presence shifting across the city in an instant, going from observing the gentle suburban area around your disciples domain to a small concrete room. Kneeling next to her bed, you spot the little girl praying to you. Short, light-haired, red-eyed and with a tiny horn sticking out from the right side of her forehead. Her bandaged hands remain clasped together tightly in front of herself though she's stopped speaking, her eyes still squeezed shut.
You're almost tempted to obliterate the walls around her and simply carry her out by manifesting your divine spark, but you restrain yourself, opting to study her environments instead. She seems to be in a basement, or possibly even further underground so you don't know if your domain could reach far enough to strike through the whole building above her to get to the room she is in now. The room itself is a fairly bare concrete cube, a smattering of toys and dolls, most still in their wrappings scattered throughout the room, with a simple bed in the center of it.
You want to explore more, but you don't want to leave her hanging on her prayer until she falls asleep to contact her, so you do what deities have done for millennia and send her a vague sign instead. The lamp in the ceiling sputters for a moment, throwing soot against the glass, leaving a circle wide enough for the light to escape that just happens to illuminate the girls currently kneeling form. It's not much, but you know a desperate mortals can take the smallest things as a sign.
You don't stick around to see her reaction, even though she does not seem to be in any immediate threat time might still be a precious resource. Shifting your attention through walls, you quickly remove 'basement' from your list of suspects, the underground area is far larger than you can explore with the meager presence provides, a labyrinthine assortment of bare concrete corridors with some piping going along the walls here and there. Going for a different strategy, you return to her room and raise yourself directly upwards, through several meters of concrete, soil and asphalt before finally emerging from what appears to be the street of a rather upscale area, several walled-in estates being the closest neighbors and most likely culprits to leading to your new worshippers current location.
You briefly consider using their phones to summon the two heroes you have the numbers of to come rescue a kidnapping victim, but immediately discard the idea. You just don't have enough information, for all you know she might be executed at the first sign of trouble.
Instead you return back down to the small room, splitting off parts of yourself to watch the nearby hallways for anyone approaching while you settle in to wait for her to fall asleep. Lacking any electronic equipment, her dreams are your only means of direct communication with her, and thus your only way to get more information. Well, you could manifest your divine spark to write a message on the concrete, but that would cost you essence you ill want to spend when there might be trouble brewing.
New miracle added to the XP shop thanks to Deus' frustration! Visions: Allows Deus to speak to an awake mortal in a trance-like hallucination for up to one minute!
Eventually, she does fall asleep. Not on the bed but curled up in the beam of light you engineered, curled up in a tight ball on the floor next to her bed. You waste no time, letting parts of yourself remain outside to keep watch as you submerge yourself into her subconscious. The stuff of her dreams proves a lot less cooperative than Izuku's, a sign of her troubled psyche. Instead of the usual flat, grey plane you prefer to introduce yourself on, you are forced to create an endless stretch of dark, roiling storm clouds, rumbling noiselessly underneath and above you as you assemble your avatar of floating, twinkling orbs of nondescript light.
With everything prepared, you stretch out and bring her to you. Worryingly, her dream-self also has the bandages on her arms and legs that she wears in reality, hinting on long-term abuse if she has begun to associate her image of self with it. You give her a moment to look around in wide-eyed wonder, and a little bit of fear, before you begin to speak. Your bassy voice seeming to rumble from the storm-clouds.
"Do not be afraid child. You prayed for salvation and I have come to deliver it."
She startles, but turns to face you with a wide smile on her lips. "You came! Just like he said you would!"
This throws you for a loop, someone predicted your coming? "Who did?"
"The creepy man in my dreams. He said if I prayed real hard someone would come to save me!"
That is an unexpected complication. You do not know if it is simply a mortal with a dream-walking quirk giving her hope of heroic rescue, or the improbable situation of someone else being aware of your existence. If that is the case, it throws up all manner of warning flags for you. Unfortunately, now is not an appropriate time to pursue that line of inquiry, a mortal this young can only endure your presence for so long, even in her dreams.
"I am Deus, what is your name child?"
"I-I am Eri!" She swallows, before reaching out a hand towards you, as if about to initiate a handshake, looking determined. "Nice to meet you Deus!"
You just observe the hand for a moment before deciding to indulge her, manifesting an ethereal hand of her size to grasp hers delicately, giving it a couple of pumps up and down before vanishing. Something that makes her absolutely delighted.
"I will save you Eri. But first I require knowledge. Tell me about your situation, your surroundings, and the people who hold you here."
She begins to tell you, haltingly, how her 'uncle' Chisaki is the one taking 'care' of her. Keeping her down in this underground complex and assigning one of his underlings to make sure she is healthy enough for him to come and use his quirk to break her apart and rebuild her to harvest her blood. She falters in the retelling, tears welling up in the corners of her eyes at the memory, clearly not a pleasant experience but she presses on with her explanation. She tells you about the times she'd tried to run, only to be found and punished, either herself or by having some innocent killed to keep her complacent.
She also tells you of the quirks of some of her captors, of one who manipulates the walls and passages to keep this place unpredictable and hard to breach or escape, of her uncle who can break things down to their most basic elements then reconstruct them as he pleases. By the time she's gotten through it all, she's swaying a little on her feet, fading a little as her unconscious mind seeks to reclaim her conscious mind for some proper sleep.
What you have learned leaves you positively simmering with anger. Someone so young subjected to such torture, and wanton murder of innocents to keep her complacent. This 'Chisaki' is truly the scum of the earth, a vermin who has no place in your world.
What do you do? You can Give Eri a short message and ensure she remembers it (but only it) when she wakes up.
Write in an action (or several actions) for Deus. But as deus is presently a good-aligned deity with heroic leanings, any plan that demands he leave Eri in the hands of her captors for three days or longer will require a roll of 70 or greater on a d100, failure reverting to the next most voted plan involving immediate (or semi-immediate) action.

[X] Plan Spiriting Away
-[X] Observe the area, locate each of the people she mentioned and try to identify their daily routine. Specifically, attempt to figure out what times of day she'd be left alone and unwatched the longest.
-[X] Contact Izuku, tell him to take care of himself for a few days while you save a child in need. You will need to conserve your energy, so he should use healing sparingly.
-[X] Leave a message, "Stay strong, take the opportunity when it comes. Go upwards and then as far away as you can"

The former should be as strong as possible. If it would help make it last longer or fit within your ability, make them specifically only usable on her.

Well, nothing else we can buy or do other than summon All Might that won't make things worse, and we have no way to get him to breach this location by force.

@Nitro The Avatar miracle, how tough is it? Like, is it completely invulnerable and immortal, like we are? Or is it as weak as your normal human, and thus easily "killed"? Or what?
I doubt it'll be good for this sitation, but it's a good thing to know regardless.
Also, speaking of "good to know", can you put Omniscience 2 in the XP shop, so we can see what that costs?

Good start, but what do you think of getting Sanctuary, and having Eri sanctify what she can, to help protect her and anyone else who enters the areas she managed to sanctify?

The Avatar is just as sturdy as a human, but lacks any biological weaknesses as it doesn't have any organs. Instead it simply disintegrates if it sustains damage to more than half of its body, or if the head is destroyed/removed from the body.
And no, you are unable to see the price of Omniscience 2 until your divinity ranking Reaches C- or higher.

Omakes are allowed and very welcome, with well written/thought out ones earning themselves canon status. Regardless, an omake of non-insignificant length rewards a small amount of XP.

If the cameras are connected directly to where the video files are stored, it would be possible. If it's on a separate network or different server entirely, it would take too long.
