Taylor narrated the events that happened to her since she came to Iraq. How Simurgh convinced her of something (without elaborating that she doesn't believe in Myth because Bahamut is also there listening), how the people from at least on Eastern Baghdad receives it positively, how when they came back, the whole world is totally against it's existence and many factions claiming that they will hunt down Simurgh and anyone involved in this. After that, she explained about the mysterious and her sudden attack.
She also explained about other things like the events on Earth Bet, the Endbringers, S Class Threats, and many other things like the Boat Graveyard, this declining city, the gangs, and even her label as a villain.
"... Can I ask for advice?" She finally said after explaining all of it.
She asked that sincerely, seeing that she is talking to a real god. She didn't want to sound so demanding even if she said she will obey her to the best of her abilities.
Vishnu took a moment to think about it before answering her.
"You didn't specify what kind of advice do you want, but I can see what you intend to do with it so I will give you an advice." She said.
With that. She begins telling her advice... Taylor woke up early in the morning. As she wakes up, she quickly changes to her clothes before going downstairs.
She saw her Dad and her summons are there already. Simurgh is cooking something for them again.
It seems like the Goddess has already introduced herself to her Dad, seeing that her Dad is looking at her with a weird expression.
"... So..."
"Yes." Taylor already knows what he is going to say.
It was really surprising, summoning a god. Someone who can literally do everything.
And Taylor believes it. When she heard her advice yesterday, she has been convinced that Vishnu is truly who she claims to be.
'Simurgh is enough to take care of all of this. Vishnu's help is unneeded.' She recalled what is the one of the things she told her.
Based on Vishnu, Simurgh can calm the whole world with just her voice. There are a lot of people who is even worshipping her right now. Most of those are Simurgh victims.
It seems like many Master effects worldwide were affected by her hymn to the world. It didn't really take out the Master effects, but dampened most of it that they become a bit coherent to their situation.
With just Simurgh's words, most people from those affected by Masters will support her, along with the families and friends of those who were Mastered.
There is also the eastern Baghdad. It seems like the citizens there are worshipping the tree and Simurgh, thinking that a messiah has come to save them from their decline.
Though, they are praising Allah instead of the Christian God. But Simurgh claims that it was one of her God's aliases, along with the many monotheistic religions on West Asia so she is not bothered by it. Even Bahamut is not bothered by it.
It seems like the whole Iraq, along with Saudi Arabia, are conspiring to take that tree to themselves on profit off of it. Only the Eastern Baghdad are sincere on their desire to protect it.
Vishnu stated that Simurgh can take care of all of it.
About the Endbringers, Vishnu stated that Bahamut can throw them out of the solar system. They will be forced to use their full power, which is pretty dangerous to this planet, but won't matter anymore because they will be floating on the void of space before they can do that.
It seems like Endbringers can only operate on Earth. Their capabilities become weaker as they go farther than it. So taking them out of the solar system will surely take care of them. Unless they encountered a black hole, which seems to be something that they can use to recuperate their energies so they can get back to Earth.
Vishnu stated that there is a core within those Endbringers and Bahamut can destroy them without going through their layers of skin. She just needs to use her full potential. She stated that, if throwing them out of the solar system is not enough, she should punch them with her hardest, the strength that can essentially break a gas giant, and focus all of the force of her attack to their body using her capability to defy physics. The core will be surely destroyed.
About her label as a villain, Vishnu stated to hire a lawyer. Specifically, someone named Quinn Calle from Boston. He can take care of all the legal proceedings. As for the payment, they still have the jewelry that Bahamut created put on the warehouse. Vishnu said that Quinn Calle accepts those as payments, more so if it's a permanent thing.
Then about the city, Vishnu stated that someone named Coil can help her with that. She said, that he was a misguided villain who derailed from the path of Dharma, and stated that he first planned on kidnapping her if not for her timely summoning. It seems like after summoning Vishnu, she took care of him because he is threatening her Master, thus humbling him and giving him time to right himself.
Vishnu has also took care of the evil thoughts plaguing that guy, along with the dormant parasite that seems to be the one exacerbating his bad traits.
Taylor felt a bit hesitant to take her to her words, which Vishnu easily notices and told her that she have many options other than him.
For one, she can call the PRT branch and point them where all the villains will meet up. She can also hunt them down using Bahamut or Simurgh and put them all to jail. It even follows the unwritten rules because they will take care of them in costume, not their civilian ones.
About the S Class Threats, it seems like she is waiting for Taylor whether she should take care of it or not. Vishnu stated that if Taylor truly desires it, she will take care of the S Class Threats, stating that most of them are irredeemable. It seems like there are some S Class Threats that she thinks capable of changing for the good.
If Taylor hopes to take care of them without her help, she stated that she should take Bahamut and Simurgh's help. If she can, she should also summon other Myths, like Chronos or Thanatos, to quickly deal with them if she wanted to.
She stated that Chronos is a pretty chill girl who is not even that evil, just acts like it, while Thanatos just want silence and peace and she is pretty amiable to those who don't disturb her for petty things.
Mithra and the others from Yazata can help her, the Five Cardinal Beast can also help her. In fact, a lot of Myths can help her with her goals.
Though, it seems like Vishnu doesn't want her to summon Azh Dahak if she can. She said that woman will just turn anything for the worst, and twist Taylor's orders to achieve her agendas.
If she somehow summons Azh Dahak, Vishnu declared her intention to fight the evil dragon. Though, she said she will only fight her with one of her avatars.
It seems like Vishnu really doesn't like taking part of things and prefer doing things with her avatars. She stated that a divine intervention is unnecessary and heroes must be the one to lead humanity to the good path.
Taylor have noticed that Vishnu seems to like heroes. She always gives her an option in which she should be the one to do things instead of her summons. Because she is a summoner, she wanted her to think like a summoner. Essentially, trust her summons and do things from behind.
Though, she also heard Vishnu muttering about preferring her to take an active role.
Anyway, there are many things that Vishnu suggested to her. Most of them are all about the problems that she told Vishnu.
Though, as for those who strikes her, Vishnu said that they are still redeemable. They are just heavily misguided. She said that she will still give them chance, unless Taylor hopes to stop them.
It seems like, while Vishnu easily forgives them, she also sees them as someone who have derailed enough that even disposing of them is not an issue for her. They are totally a grey zone for Vishnu, seeing them as both good and bad. Their fate is now in her hands, and she can say when she wants her to take care of them.
She will still do it with her avatars though...
After a long time of talking about it, Taylor slept on her bed. And now she is here.
Vishnu is calm and is just standing there with a serene air with her. It's like she is inviolable, just like a divine presence that even this old house can't taint her pure image.
Taylor is curious why she is just standing there, though it seems like Simurgh notices her curiosity as she answered her.
"She is meditating." Simurgh said.
Taylor finally understood, though she is still confuse. She wonders why a god still needs to meditate?
"Well then, the food is ready." Simurgh said.
Taylor decided to stop thinking about it for now and take the time to eat her breakfast. After that, it will be time to take care of her problems.
The first thing she will do after this is...
[]Tell Simurgh to announced her presence to the world, and let her go to Baghdad alone.
[]Make an appointment with Quinn Calle, and put your villain label out.
[]Take Vishnu's advice and get Coil's help.
[]Call this city's branch of PRT and point out all the meeting points of the villains.
[]Don't forgive your assailants. Destroy them!
[]Ignore your assailants. Let Vishnu decide their fate!
[]Take your three summons and go on a hunt against the S Class Threat.
[]Find the Endbringers and let Bahamut throw them out of the solar system.
[]Write-In
Sorry for the long delay. I didn't notice that I fell asleep.
So some clarifications...
Vishnu literally sees everything, including all the Entities dotting the whole universe and it's alternate versions.
But she deemed them not enough to break the balance and order of the universe. Scion, his shards, and Eden's shards are close to doing that, but Vishnu decided to observe until something big really happens, like say destroying a whole continent.
You can see this on the Myths too. Most of Vishnu's avatars only appears during a world ending crisis. They don't appear first, they appear after the event took place already.
She is not really omniscient, but because she is present on every facets of this Multiverse, she easily managed to learn anything she needs to know.
This includes simulations and human imagination. She also exist there so she manage to counter Coil's simulated realities and even give him warning. She also took care of his evil thoughts and his connection to shard is still operational, but is not geared for conflict anymore.
Also, Vishnu being someone who loves heroes is Canon at least to Moekuri. You can see that just by her priestess there, someone who have a typical protagonist mindset. You know, the "Justice is me" or something like that.
That's why, I made a creative interpretation and made it so that Vishnu wanted to watch for things instead of intervening with it. She will mostly do things with her Avatars. All of her avatars are females now by the way...
.... Sorry if I am not making sense anymore... I am still trying to wake myself up. I'm still too sleepy...
[X] Follow Vishnu's advice in this order
-[X]Take Vishnu's advice and get Coil's help.
-[X]Make an appointment with Quinn Calle, and put your villain label out.
-[X]Call this city's branch of PRT and point out all the meeting points of the villains.

-[X]Take your three summons and go on a hunt against the S Class Threat.
So we first off get Coil. See whats up with him. His support will help a lot.
Next off legal Advice and then city clean up. Finally we take care of pressing things like the the tree while the PRT is busy and then finish off the Endbringers and other S-class threats.
I think that these things can be done at the same time
It would likely be very effective if we present a case of 'we aren't villains, and we would like to reserve have these three names, ooh wait they have been taken already lets take care of that then' while at the same time that Bahamut throws the endbringers out the door.
[X] Plan We are the heroes and We will prove it.
-[X] Make an appointment with Quinn Calle, and put your villain label out.
-[X] Tell Simurgh to announced her presence to the world, and let her go to Baghdad alone. And have her announce that you will prove your heroic status by by banashing the Endbringers and take their names.
-[X] Find the Endbringers and let Bahamut throw them out of the solar system.
-[X] Ignore your assailants. Let Vishnu decide their fate!
Hm, one supposes that at least some of these matters can be handled now. Although, before anything else, might it be possible to first ask Vishnu to wear Padma for a few moments and then glance upon Kaustubha? If not now, one would like Taylor to don Vaijayanti as soon as possible to begin her education.
[X] Enlightenment and Problem Solving
-[X]Ask Vishnu about all her abilities and possessions.
-[X]For the sake of self-improvement and spiritual progression, humbly ask that Vishnu permit Taylor to wear Padma, at least until the second request is complete.
-[X]Ask if Vishnu might be kind and generous enough to allow Taylor to glance upon Kaustubha.
-[X]Take Vishnu's advice and get Coil's help.
-[X]Make an appointment with Quinn Calle, and put your villain label out.

Hm, if necessary, one could add a line about asking Vishnu about her full abilities and possessions, in the hopes that they might be able to help Taylor improve herself.
Vishnu wants Taylor to take a more active role as a summoner. A fundamental part of such, before embarking on all these grand ventures, is to improve herself. It is not only as a summoner, Taylor should be constantly improving herself as a human as much as possible.
It matters not to me which plan wins, so long as it includes lines about asking Vishnu about her abilities and possessions, then asking to wear Padma and glance upon Kaustubha.
@Levelgap, at this time, could Taylor ask Vishnu to wear Padma, gaze upon Kaustubha, and learn from Vaijayanti? Also, how much time would be required for the deity within Vaijayanti to teach Taylor everything, including magic?
@Yzarc, @WallFlower, might you both consider adding the first three steps of my modified plan to your own? Before doing anything else, it is logical to step back and ask Vishnu of her full capabilities and possessions, in the event that Taylor does want Vishnu to intervene. Furthermore, a solid foundation is needed, and before improving anything about the world, Taylor should start by improving herself. Those three steps should not take much time.

Because she will be teaching her in Vaikuntha (Which Vishnu can invoke on the world instantly), it will be an instant on the outside world. Though, that'll be a hundred years inside Vaikuntha.

Lets not ask to much of the GM this is a nice simple list for an update. And asking Vishnu what she can do is pointless the answer is yes to all.
