Well, considering how potent blue life fibers are when fighting red ones, and the fact that Ryuko is a red life fiber hybride that fights in a red life fiber Kamui, it's probably a good idea for you to keep track of em.
Now……………where would you put a bunch blue life fibers if you were an evil school based dictatorship?

It took you a bit of time to actually find the storage facility. Satsuki can be good at hiding things when she feels they're important.
Still you're about a decade more experienced and have some insight into how she thinks so you do manage to find it in the end.
It's a pretty high security area all things considered. Plenty of relatively competent guard's lots, of cameras, a massive number of traps that you'd call overkill if it weren't for your ability to almost casually get past them. They've even gone out of the way to make sure that all of the Goku uniform users present where at least two star level, good for them, you'll make sure to compliment they're paranoia if you decide to demolish this place.
Hmmmm they appear to have making decent progress with the blue life fiber, if those extremely primitive blue life fiber bullets and lone prototype blue life fiber one star uniform are anything to go by. You suppose it makes sense, even if they're harder to work with blue life fibers are safer than their red cousins, and the academy already has prior experience with life fiber technology.
Still…….what do you do about it?

Satsuki considers them assets rather than threats, and hinders Ryuko specifically to promote her to get stronger so she can help fight Ragyo. The problem is Ragyo, and she'd definitely need blue life fiber technology to be mature before her coup.

Well Satsuki is working against the end if the world, even if you dislike cooperate dictatorships on principle.
It's an almost trivial matter to sneak into the reassert facility and add some corrections to her scientist notes. Not you your well-mannered about your corrections, you make sure to use a neon green colored peen so it hurts to read it and include several lines insulting they're collective mothers. Satsuki's mom gets hit with the most scathing of your insults, but for some reasons you're betting that she'd agree with you on most of them.
You hope Ryuko's going fine, because you're having way too much fun with this.

As it turns out things did not go well for Ryuko at all. Apparently after his initial defeat the three star she put the smackdown got an update and then came back to beat her within an inch of the afterlife.
You're…….not happy to say the least.
You spend most of the night dusting Ryuko back to health and hospitalizing one stars for revenge, a part of you knows it's wrong to take it out on the cannon fodder like that, but your anger quickly shushes the part in question.
What do you do?
