Damnit Badhabits you ruined the surprise! Oh well here's my attempt at that

-The Awakening of Wily Pt 1-

Wily felt as if reality just sent several gigawatts of electricity through him. Here he was in his base of operations after Blastman broke him out of jail but he distinctly remembers Shinji and Rei getting him out of jail legally. Wait who where Shinji and Rei? They where his children who helped him get his revenge! On Thomas? No who was Thomas, his vengeance was on that bastard Gendo!

Wily/Albert's mind was fighting itself before he managed to shake himself out of it, his genius intellect coming into play. Somehow time had rewound itself, but it was not like he remembered. Shinji and Rei were not here, and that bastard Gendo Ikari wasn't either, instead there was one Dr. Thomas Light and his children DLN-001 Rock and DLN-002 Roll, of course DLN-000 Blues also helped those two thwart his plans. But why did he want revenge on this Dr. Light, the only thing he did was simply be more outspoken and charismatic at the time, he was sure that Thomas was simply feeling to elighted at the successes that were made, it would fit the man his mind had memories on. Thomas Light was nothing like Gendo Ikari, Light was also a genius and cared for his creations while also working simply for the next big discovery he didn't care about fame. Gendo wanted fame and money in order to attempt to bring his dead wife back to life, trampling on everyone to do so.

Slowly Albert's mind was adjusting itself to the additional memories. Someone must know about what is going on, and he will find out who and what is responsible, and he will get his family back even if he has to destroy the world to do so!

No, this could work, even if Wily isn't actually Awake. This is just a particularly "lucid" dream, for lack of a better term. He won't necessarily remember it in future Loops, but I can see this being a reasonable reaction to him suddenly remembering a family he never had.

Okay, so this Wily will occasionally pop up not as a true blue looper, but a series of highly lucid dreams that just seems like he can be awake which can scare the bejeebus out of the Lights.

Also thanks for the idea's Crisis and LordCirce.
 
He's part 2 not sure how long I'm going to make it probably 3-5 at most because I want to include Bass, Rock, Roll, Blues, and Dr. Light's reactions though maybe some help on idea's for the last four.

-Wily's 'Awakening' Part 2-

Bass was stunned. He had woken up shortly after Wily was set free by Blastman and was expecting a standard loop for them, but to his surprise Wily had suddenly grabbed his head and was muttering to himself, though Bass managed to pick up the bits and pieces of what he was muttering.

'Shinji? Rei? Aren't those two Loopers from that Evangelion loop? And why is Wily comparing Light with Gendo "I'm a motherfragging bastard" Ikari? Unless Wily's Awake!' That conclusion shocked Bass even more so when he saw Wily's eyes when he looked at him; they were more like a father who cared for his children rather than the standard Wily look.

"Bass? Is that you son?" Wily asked, more so to himself apparently but Bass was shocked that Wily not only called him his son, but in a tone that implied that he cared for Bass. Wily kept talking, "Oh I'm so glad you are here, even if your older brother and sister aren't."

"Brother?! Sister?!" Bass couldn't help but exclaim in a shocked tone.

"Yes, Shinji and Rei. Oh what good kids those two were, not only helping me get my revenge on that bastard Gendo by helping me make my robot masters but they took care of me, and even got me legally released from jail after my vengeance was complete. After that I built you and Treable to help protect those two as I cared for them and the help they gave me to let them fight; they enjoyed playing with you. Oh the three of you were all like the children I wished for," replied Wily in a nostalgic loving tone. His eyes looked as if he was Dreaming to Bass; he'd seen that look plenty of time's Wily wasn't truly Awake, but rather Dreaming again but of better days. Bass listened as Wily went around the lab, talking moreso to himself; probably in an instinctive attempt to make sure the memories he was dreaming of stuck, and to Bass it seemed to be working, as Wily's eyes seemed to gain focus as he kept going on. Though he was intrigued to find out that apparently in the Loop that Wi-no, Dad was Dreaming of he was pretty much a natural on the piano, which gave him some idea's for his next date with Roll.

The thought of his date with Roll seemed to cause Bass to realize something, 'If Dad isn't evil and out for revenge on Light then that means I don't have to worry about dad interfering with my date's with Roll!'

This shocked Bass. This version of his father was apparently one that would support his romance with Roll, and that wasn't all. This Wily seemed more stable; maybe if he explained the Loops to him, he might be able to figure out either how a)how to have this version of himself appear more often, b) how to retrieve Rock's, Roll's, and Blue's missing memory of a Loop, or even c)how to fix it so the Loops aren't needed anymore. After all Wily does the impossible for a freaking hobby.

Thus, the small hopeful part of Bass that he and his father could be a true family started to plan, but first Bass had to talk about this with Rock and Roll. No need to stir up a hornet's nest incase Wily Dreams of the 'Welcome to the Loops' speech if it is unneeded right?

I like it. Some polish needed, but I feel this could be a good reaction from Bass. I do feel that Bass might be waiting for the other shoe to drop, especially when he remembers that Evangelion has giant robot-analogues, and he starts to wonder what else his father might dream up from that Loop.

Dr. Albert W. Wily, Mad Scientist Extraordinaire, was currently dapping his eyes. He had finally gotten his vengeance upon the bastard. Although he ended up being arrested, Shinji and Rei had stuck with him. They even maintained his lab and the Robot Master's while he was locked up. They also visited him in jail daily and said they were working on getting him free. Wily had thought they were going to just break him out of prison, but what they actually did surprised him.

Instead of breaking him out, they appealed to the Courts with evidence of Gendo's amoral and manipulative actions. They even made a petition for him to be let free and redesignated themselves DWN-001 Rei and DWN-002 Shinji.

Albert only spent a month in jail. Even then he had been given the best care possible, due to Shinji's and Rei's efforts. They had made sure that by the time he stepsed out of jail it would be as a free citizen. He had received a lot of contracts for work from various businesses that Shinji and Rei assured him were trustworthy. They had helped in funding his work and getting him the recognition he deserved.

Shinji had also signed him up for classes to help boost his public speaking skills in order for him to not only maintain his image, but also obtain the funding he needed on his own.

However, Wily was worried about how Shinji and Rei would feel about Bass, who was technically their younger brother. But he was surprised when they openly accepted the combat robot. According to Shinji, "The only problem you might have is the fact that Bass tends to act like a rebellious teenager. He still looks up to you as a father figure, and he just wants your love and attention."

Wily really was surprised when he heard Bass playing Piano. Bass played like he had done so all his life, despite not being programmed with the knowledge
Even more shocking was the fact that Bass was a natural with the instrument and hadn't looked up or downloaded any information regarding playing it.

Wily was currently watching Bass play fetch with Treable, while Shinji played his Cello and Rei worked on a painting. His life couldn't get any better then this.

'Zero was finished a few days ago but... it doesn't feel like the time is right for him yet,' Wily mused. 'Hopefully some idiotic archeologist won't screw up his programming.... Where did that thought come from? Oh well, back to enjoying life with my children.'

With that thought on his mind, Dr. Albert W. Wily closed his eyes as he felt his body give way to the sway of time.
 
Plot bunny!

I was fixing a mistake in my change recommendations and my autocorrect changed Wiley to Albert for some reason.

why? No clue. However, I think that this is a very good idea.

the times when Dr Wily is remembering this loop and being whatever he winds up being, he thinks and refers to himself as Albert. this is both to show a change in his normal thought process and act as a form of shorthand to better communicate what's going on etc.

Thoughts? Cuz if anyone dislikes it, I'll go back and fix it.
 
Made some corrections given to me by Oath and Circe for part, will use Concep's idea of having the Dreaming-Looped/Good Wily be referred to as Albert. So will make some edits to part 1 of the 'Awaken' arc.

Tell me if I should delte the listing( a b c) in part 2.
 
Considering how much of Sonic is admittedly ganked from DBZ (the creator is apparently a huge fan), I'd be amazed if they haven't had a Worlds Collide fused Loop with it.
 
The reason I think they'd enjoy a DBZ fused loop is because one of the main themes of said series is redemption. IMO, DBZ probably has the highest number of reformed villains looping, because Goku

He seems more mentally stable than usual; maybe if I explained the Loops to him, he might be able to figure out how to: a) have this version of himself appear more often; b) retrieve Rock's, Roll's, and Blue's missing memory of a Loop; or even c) fix it so the Loops aren't needed anymore. After all, Dad does the impossible for a freaking hobby.'

Thus, a small part of Bass started to hope. Bass hoped that he and his father could be a true family for once. He wanted to start making plans right away, but first Bass had to talk about this with Rock and Roll. No need to stir up a hornet's nest by giving Dad the chance to Dream of the 'Welcome to the Loops' speech, especially if it is unnecessary.
