No, it's actually (14/14) now that it's been counted out with the normal options. It's adding the subvotes that separates them, but it would be such a small modification that I think it shouldn't decide the entire vote.

After thinking for a moment, you've decided to hang out with Robin. You tell both Shirley and Elisabeth that you have something else to do via the iMage, promising to them to hang out with them later. Then, you send a message to Robin that you'll hang out with her, and she tells you that she'll be waiting for you near the front gate of the academy.
So, you leave your room, heading towards the front gate, where you can see Robin waiting for you. When she spots you, she immediately smiles and waves her hand to you.
"Hello, Kazuto!" The white-haired Student Council Secretary greets you warmly. "Thanks for agreeing to hang out with me today. Celica's being a sourpuss as he's always been, and he finished all my jobs, so I'm free today. So, how are you?" She asks.
"I'm fine," you answer. "So, what's the plan for today?"
"I'm very glad you asked, Kazuto," Robin says. "Today, we're going to Wild Cat Casino!" She announces energetically.
"Wild Cat... Casino?" You blink. You somehow remember that one particular casino that Elisabeth showed to you the day before yesterday. From Elisabeth's description, it sounds like a rather shady establishment. Also, from the message that you received from the Rumor Peddlers this morning, it's been speculated that Wild Cat Casino isn't really a casino. That sounds a tad suspicious, if you think about it for a moment.
"So, what do you think?" Robin asks. "At Wild Cat Casino, we can have fun and earn some Credits. Also, they won't drive dark-users away, you know? It's a place that accepts everyone..." She says.
"But I won't guarantee the patrons are as accepting as the owner of the casino, though, so there's that..." Robin adds. "But I'll be there for you, so please count on me..."
"Even so, it's a good place to unwind and have fun! And if you're feeling a little naughty, you may find some chicks to score with!" Robin says cheerfully.
"W-what sort of place is that?!"
"A fun sort of place!" She chirps happily.
