That doesn't mean it's something you should do, especially literally in the last 10 minutes! Like, why can't we actually have a non-frantic EoD for once? At best, forcing a tie is neutral because both Town and Scum have incentives to stay alive. At worst, it is actively anti-Town because GMs tend to punish Town if they are the ones who started the tie in the first place!

It's the way of things. I've been bemoaning this since forever, and whenever I play Mafia I lose sleep because I can't sleep when the Day is ending.

Gonna say, I'm noting a difference between the two. Deathvon seems to be copying other people, Meso seems to be a little more powered than Deathvon is.

    The figure flicks his hand and again a beam that is a void of light shoots out and strikes the accused, as they drop dead the visage is revealed.

    I mean, you didn't really say that much either way. You...have kinda been a lurker for the majority of the game.

    So Shadell is dead now, but at least they are still around as a Soul for the moment whilst two of the scum souls have faded and can't give their vote.

    Mentioned possibly being asleep by day start in the Discord server. That said, I suspect that regardless of the truth of the matter he's going to claim being jailed/RB'd, since either (a) that happened or (b) he's Scum and needs to cover. Outside chance that there's a Doctor who somehow managed to miss every Scum kill so far while also blocking a Town vig kill, but they'd have to be pretty fucking clumsy to land us in this situation, so I'm figuring it's probably (a) or (b). Anyone seeing something I'm not?

    Also, @Shadell do you want to share who you were guarding (assuming your bodyguard claim was honest, given that you turned out to be Town)? They're not 100% cleared as Town, since we may still have a 3P or second Scum team running around, but with only a single kill last night those are looking less likely.

    Is everyone alive, I think.

    So what does everyone think about Deathvon? He claimed JoaTs, the same power as Meso, and it does seem to match his flavor. So it is likely that Deathvon was the scum JoaTs which means a town one is not farfetched. I think I'll moderately townread Meso for the moment, pending him having more to say.

    I was hoping we had caught the (I think scum) roleblocker. First, if anyone was roleblocked please claim it asap. I was not.

    If Ice mage is town Claim it now, please.
     
    Also, I think the lack of a SKer kill last night along with the fading times of QT and Nictis tells us that Nanook was indeed Ondine's killer - town scum seem to fade at the end of the day and scum at night, so Nanook fading at night says he was not following the pattern the others have.

    As for why he got the NK power: I suspect that it wasn't that Ondine was vt, but that was she was the first town to die at night, so got a day-kill power. As Nanook was the first town to die during the day, so got a NK power. Maybe.
     
    I think you may have forgotten to take Ondine fading midday into account and instead used the count from the start of day 3.

    Nope. Nope nope nope. This is part of what I was trying to allude to with my "can't talk about it" post - we want to let meso claim what happened last night before revealing any info that could contradict him, so we can catch him out with it if he's Scum and tries to claim something impossible.
