I think maybe Els Tamin (?) manages to bind her a second time, but still doesn't take advantage of it by attacking?
Also, it's not "One Hit Knock Out" if you've already throw at least a dozen punches and/or kicks already.

Watching that clip above, I see that the fights are much better animated than ANYTHING in the original three seasons.

I recommend you take another look at the fight between Fate and Signum in episode 7 of A's.
And also using macros to beat superior skills.
Hotkeys are pretty OP used like that.
