Then consider i spend 10 pointsa to make the Avariel subrace.They are Fire and life mages, winged and hollow boned.... they develop from members of the order who settle in mountain ranges (Near volcanoes?) and study the Magics of fire and life...are there mountains near waters in reasonable distance?
A more extensive descriprion to follow...also, as a gift from their maker, may i grant them bronzeworking?

Shield, could you perhaps modify the map? mark Sessile, the other avara city, the goranta settlements and the source island?

It can speak now, yes.

As for Strength, it could ripped a tank in half and can run faster than 30mps

I'm not sure if my actions IC require points to be used, of if I can just use what I can consider akin to a use of gravity and time to slow down my opponent. Gravity due to being connected to an astral body, if you need to know why I got to that conclusion.
Is it acceptable as well?

Well, If if I must, I will. It will be weird...just sort of staring it down for years. It will be angry for certain...and probably confused why I am not killing it.

I do not think anything was missed. You covered the things that needed to get done from the Gods. I think next turn the subraces that Anariel will make might be a thing, but that is next turn.
