Well one of the awesome stuff about very elaborated mythos, is that a lot of things can be interpreted differently, and Sauron before becoming a dark lord was indead the greatest crafter. And will he wasn't necessary evil he was proud and arrogant because of his talent and Melkor used it to corrupt him, (there's also a lot of other stuff, but there's a reason why people now even the maiar fear him and don't like to remember the time he was part of the song, lots of regret).

    • You indeed were quite enthused. A new body, your craft returned to your mind form the fugue state you'd been stuck within. And now a new world, with inhabitants completely unawares of the threat you posed ah! The simplicity in such a glorious land ripe for exploitation.

    They were fine enough fellows. A caravan of men of various lineages that had formed an impromptu caravan of traders, guards, and civilians. They came from all walks of life, all kingdoms of men, and they asked no questions to ones origin, and brokered no meddling in their caravans business.

    It was just...so beautiful, so much opportunity at hand. And indeed you'd gone to work talking to all the groups within the camp. They had those crafters responsible for the creation and maintenance of weapons and equipment for the camp, the merchants, the guards, the gatherers, and so forth.

    You learned your destination was to a "country" ruled by the border princes. Apparently a vast and diminutive band of snobby barely lords. Squabbiling over control of a territory they have not the bodies or skill to hold. To the east dwarves and orcs, excellent they would bow to you!...except they were vastly stronger, numerous, and beyond your owns capability for magic. How unfortunate, and dwarves, ugh clearly the bearded runts existed to be a constant pain to your plans and wishes for all eternity.

    The caravan set up a market place near a number of cities, villages, and homesteads in the area, attracting a crowd to this location that seemed to be their usual market place in the region.

    This is your first body, you are deciding upon the restrictions of your Maiar power that can flow through it.

    Ala Balrog (But worse)

    You can alter this in your next body or once you adjust yourself through an action that will be available. Perception wise the higher it is the more interesting people will notice.

    Guys let's not go Morgoth here, that leads to chaos and is anti-thesis for our guy to do.

    And we don't want to follow his path do we? The flame of creation is Eru's work. We may never surpass him but we can surpass the Valar if we put our minds and efforts to it.
     
    To clarify the only one that inherently sets your path is saurons original form as you MUST strive for order. If you go Morgoth you are able to develop unrivalled power of discord, but you can still work towards order.

    okay a 61 is decent...problem is were going Melkor's path...thanks guys...this is going to end in tears.

    But I want to understand...why the heck did you guys chose that path particularly? Wanting order is nothing wrong, plus its the middle ground of sort that we can work with the forces of order while still being the magnificent bastard That cannon Marion was before he got corrupted by Morgoth.

    To clarify I took the subtraction of 20 out already so it's a 71 out of 100 on a magic item...on a scale of 1-100 xD.

    Choosing Morgoth would have been Discord focus.

    Marion 100% ORDER over all focus

    And Sauron being the manipulative sneaky bastard who is a coward against any real threat.

    Btw I'll be treating Discord as different from Chaos seeing as one is the most rational orderly version of evil I've seen in awhile, and Chaos is just....not orderly at all in it's methods lol.

    okay so were going to look for the flame of creation...no way that can end with fire and tears :cry::V

    anyway will see why we are taking Discord...and if this is a Dark elf...well we have our first contender for perfect version of Uruk-Hai already!

    the reason why I was taking the border prince was to start up the Nazgul project for our generals again. Slowly subvert 9 border prince's into a alliance and the take over the newly found confederation into a kingdom, proceed to conquer rivals and set up fortresses and orderly made structures.

    Insure blacksmiths are taught some arts of making "decent" gear (at least low level magic weapons and armor for our foot soldiers, high rank you get the better gear you get).
    Proceed to take over the region while powering ourselves up. Meet with dwarves...find out about this worlds version of dwarves...proceed to magnificently bastard our way into becoming allies with said dwarves.

    Especially since they actually have souls and aren't worshipping our old neglectful patron back in the day. We will show him just who can be better at shit! proceed to "aid" the dwarves in some reconquering their lands, get treasure and other interesting artifacts.

    Find out about fire-arms...get REAL NASTY ideas that would make skaven cringe in terror and bow before our feet.

    (As a side project: kill all skaven...they are a pain in the ass...make use of Uruk-Hai and/or adventurers to do our dirty work)

    insure our new kingdom is a thriving community of order and industry. Kill all the forces of chaos, re-learn sorcery...proceed to one day screw over the dark elves plans to take over elf home land. Proceed to deliver several rings of power to help keep the world from being eaten by chaos, which in turn empowers their best mages to REALLY screw over chaos. Sneak by to grab a dragon or two...or at least get as much info on this worlds dragons as possible. Cant go wrong with having a few dragons on your side!

    proceed to insure we conquer the entire border lands while again building up power. Rebuild the black Gate...but multiple versions of them across out new domain and our new armada to insure Pirates pay the "appropriate Tax"...I.E their lives or as Privateers under our flag as raiders against the forces of disorder.

    Start plan for God-Hood...proceed to insure the Gods of order wont try to fuck us over with careful plans to receive their cooperation, after all we may be a dick but were the asshole on their side that could potentially mess over the indecisive mollusks plans. Plus armies of highly trained and powerful Uruk-Hai going around killing the forces of Disorder where they can find them and burning the bodies in massive bonfires in the shape of our Eye.
    (would be a dick move against chaos if we deface their shit with our Eye of power!)
