I just bought The One Who Eats Monsters, becuase it seems right up my alley with what sounds like an amoral main character, and even better, a queer one. By any chance do you have more fics like this with a similar main character?

The One Who Eats Monsters is spectacular. The characters are great, the author does a fantastic job of making both the hyper socially skilled character and the character that has no idea how to people point's of view feel natural while your in them. The story is also great, and even more rarely no charicter is ever presented as less then they've been billed as and the author still manages to make believable conflict. The only bad thing I have to say about it is that the author has been 'just about to' put out a sequel for the last year.
 
The One Who Eats Monsters was a wonderful read. I would heartily recommend it to any who are interested in xenofiction. Those adverse to darker stories would be well advised to give this one a pass though.

Unfortunately, lesbian monster romance is a pretty rare genre, so I'm having trouble thinking of other examples. The only one that's coming to mind right now is Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, and that's a madcap comedy with a very different tone.

Although if the "monster" part isn't a necessity, one of the reasons that The One Who Eats Monsters appealed to me is that I have a fondness for characters, like Ryn, who have spent their whole life fighting and don't know how to function in normal life, and my interest in that archetype and in yuri both trace back to an anime from 2001 called Noir.
 
Also, as an update, I bought and just finished The One Who Eats Monsters and it is like someone designed a book to appeal to me. Emotionally stunted murder-happy main character, in a queer romance, with libertarian/anti-Government themes? Jesus Christ, they couldn't have chosen better.

The later novels of the Ascendant series have a similar kind of vibe.

That was also one of the first that came to mind for me:

The Princess and the Dragon by Dinas Emrys.
This is enough of an AU that knowledge of RWBY isn't needed to follow it. It's set in Ancient Greece or a fantasy counterpart thereof. A princess who is about to be sacrificed by populace terrified of a dragon instead gets rescued by that dragon and the two start living together. The dragon is female, of course.

Other instances that come to mind:

Belladonna Lilies by Dezopenguin
A personal favorite of mine. Another RWBY AU that doesn't require any knowledge of RWBY to enjoy. In a steampunk version of Victorian London, an heiress finds a female thief stealing documents from her father's safe and becomes increasingly driven to track her down. But when she does, she finds that the thief had good reason to do so, is also not human, and is her best chance for surviving their mutual enemies and learning the truth about her own family's corruption.

Dragon Tales by Tamoline
This got recommended here a while back. A short fic that I wish was much longer. A female dragon who has a side business pretending to get slain by knights so they can win the hand of a princess meets a female knight who's been sent to slay her--or more likely die trying--under false pretenses. When the knight realizes the truth and quits, the dragon offers her a new job.

That new anime Eizouken has captured my attention, so I have to ask: is there any good yuri of it?

On the subject of manga, Dynasty Scans is mostly yuri works and has a "Monster girl" tag. I don't think we're allowed to link directly to scanlations, but I'm sure you can find it.

Let's see how many of them I recognize....
  • Goblin-san is Very Strong (Girl x Goblin). Mostly humor in an MMO-esque setting. Okay, but not really to my taste.
  • Kobayashi-san chi no Maid Dragon (Girl x Dragon). Slice-of-life and wacky humor. I recced this already by its English name Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. Has an anime.
  • Unicorn and Sabishigariya Girl (Girl x Unicorn). More wacky comedy. Okay, but I find it a little cringe-inducing at times.
  • A Slime Became My Companion (Girl x Slime). Very short but decent.
  • Alien Girl (Girl x Alien). Not really a story so much as a collection of concept art. I have no strong feelings one way or another regarding this one.
  • Yuri Between a Werewolf and a High School Girl (Girl x Werewolf). Seems to be a collection of vignettes without much plot. Not bad, but not much substance to it.
  • Snake Woman and Offering-chan (Girl x Giant Snake). Very low-key, mildly comedic. Another one without much plot.
  • I Don't Need Promises (Girl x Dragon). Fairly serious drama, a bit dark in places. Pretty interesting.
  • Tears of Pearl (Girl x Mermaid). Short and basically a straightforward romance story. Decent but not memorable.
  • Song of the Sea (Girl x Mermaid). Another mermaid romance story, but longer and with some more drama. Again, it's decent.
  • Slave-chan and Tentacle-san (Girl x Tentacles). Surprisingly not an NSFW story. Very short and mildly amusing.
  • Freeloading Demon Lord (Girl x Demon). One-shot domestic comedy. It's fine, I guess?
  • Demons Harem (Girl x Demon x Fallen Angel). I guess it's comedy? Kinda meh.
  • Anko-san of the Deep Sea Fish (Girl x Mermaids). High school comedy. Mildly amusing. Not much relationship.
  • Ayakashiko (Girl x Various Monsters). More slice-of-life domestic comedy. Not bad. Hasn't progressed beyond subtext, tho.
It's a mixed bag. Not a lot of serious stories on the topic.

A Story About Doing XX To Girls From Different Species, which is a high school comedy about a girl making somewhat lewd advances towards various monster girls she encounters.
 
Sorry for the topic change but does anyone know any good Carol & Tuesday fics? I just finished the first half and I feel this has to have fanfiction somewhere.

I tried to think of some more examples by skimming the relevant tropes on TVTropes, but I came up pretty empty. For whatever reason, monster romance and lesbian romance seem to rarely intersect.
 
I just remembered an obvious one and I don't know how it slipped my mind.

I Am Not A Succubus, about a human girl that gets mistaken for a succubus and goes to a monster girl school, where she accidentally starts getting a harem. Includes the usual suspects of Harpy, Lamia, Centaur and Cyclops. It gets lewd.
 
I kind of wish more of these were stories with actual plot instead of just wacky comedies.

There is one on Dynasty called Dear NOMAN, about a girl who can see spirits and ends up bonded to one that hunts other spirits when they turn malevolent. Only a few chapters have been translated, tho, so it's hard to say if it's going to turn out to be any good or not.
