Just so you know, if the Minato Arisato/Makoto Yuki path gets chosen it will most likely be in the same hypothetical world as the Makoto Niijima path which is a world in which various DC characters are more or less replaced by various other fictional characters. For example Auqaman=Ariel or Wonder women= Xena . Stuff like that. Think like SB's DC: TV Derived not restricted to medium. "Gotham" will be mostly focused on the Persona series though there will be other characters mixed in as well. Personas will also be used differently. It should be on the crazier side things just so you are aware. And this in will be after the events of Persona 3 so Minato will be acting as the seal at the start of the story. But he won't be for long... Hopefully, that should help your decision.

Huh if he wins, he will probably be immensely powerful...assuming Persona have even a fraction of there power in the real world. Though that must mean an alternate version of Persona occurred, wonder how he'd stack up to the big powers, the Justice League replacements and higher.

Man, the votes are really fragmented right now...

I'd be willing to vote Bruce Wayne, but I'd like to try something else.

I'd be open to Cobblepot, but honestly Grayson's more appealing.

If we're going to be a villain/AU hero version of a villain, my vote would be Ivy, Scarecrow, Freeze, or Riddler. There have been a couple of short-lived Hero-Joker quests, and I'd like to see something new...

Hm. @MysticSeer would you accept Jason Todd as an option? That might give us crossover on the Hero and Villain fans, since he's been treading that line for several years now.

The fragmentation's probably my fault for bringing out so many options though at least that means the participants are thinking for themselves. And definitely a yes for Jason. All of the Batfamily is fine but my list was too bloated so I didn't put them on. Also, Freeze and Ridder seem like good choices as well. I particularly like Riddler as I could see that being a sort of from laughingstock to legend sort of quest.
 
I'd almost like to see a version where Victor Fries gets sick so Nora becomes Freeze.
 
Sorry, I'm late. I have hit a bit of a rough patch lately emotionally in regards to news about our current environment have just read the recent UN report. Aside from Bruce Wayne is the winner by a landslide so there's that and I'll be writing it up that section shortly. I do hope all of you will try to do something to protect the environment and reduce global warming or otherwise to try to make the world a better place. It may seem a bit preachy but it makes me feel better while fiddling while the world burns.

    Why change what's worked? Perhaps put a new spin on it, yes, but not directly change it.
