Legacies (Ben 10/MHA Cross Quest)

[X]Plan: Dialing the Commission
-[X] Half a Year
--[X] She spent most of the time trying to help Tsukiko with using The Necklace.
-[X] Dial
-[X] A member of the Commission. Her predecessor made the commission, so Tsukiko thought it was her responsibility to make sure it continued with her predecessor's mission. (Perk-Government Information & Funding, Flaw-Commission's Origins Known)
-[X] The scientist who her predecessor wasn't able to stop, Animo, decided he needed more DNA. As such, he went after Tsukiko to get more.
-[X] A group of people named The Meta Liberation Army

Question, relating to forms: will you be utilizing old concept art for the nemetrix or noncanon forms?

I ask to see if we can do submissions so future users are not stuck with the same 10( even if focusing on 10 would probably generate more information on proper application). Like I think these fanarts of the Cats of Saturn would fit.

the best answer I can give to this is-wait. I have some stuff coming up soon that'll answer these questions (and when I say soon I mean soon soon). Biggest thing I'll say is that it will most definitely not be stuck at only 10.

We have a tie between two plans currently, I'm going to give it one more day before I write the next chapter, but if it's still a tie by then, then I'll flip a coin on which will be the one we use

[X] plan space cop

Tsukiko loved space. She never exactly knew why other than perhaps her Quirk having something to do with gravity, and that having a connection to Sci-Fi themes. Despite the unknowing of why Tsukiko still loved space. So, when Mrs. Levin gave her a watch that let her turn into monsters, she instantly started calling them aliens. Even if her mentor told her during the month they trained that she thought they were some kind of familiars. However, she'd never expected them to end up actually being aliens! Originally, she was planning on becoming either a hero or similar to her mentor, but that left a strange feeling in her gut. Then, her mentor's cousin, Ben came to her with a proposition. Even if Tsukiko could tell that Mr. Tennyson just wanted to watch over her, she couldn't turn down the proposition. It was just too cool! She felt bad originally because her mentor would probably want her to follow in her footsteps, but she took her name to keep her legacy going. Even if she was being an alien cop of some sort. Anyways, the proposition she ended up taking was-

[ ] She was basically an independent agent that worked with the Plumbers most of the time. (Reputation: Independent)
[ ] She was practically just another soldier of the Plumbers (Reputation: Tool of the Plumbers)
[ ] She was the leader of a group of 'unusual' Plumbers (Reputation: Special Forces Plumber)
[ ] She started as more of a partner of the Plumbers, but she slowly worked her way into being a Magister of the Plumbers (Reputation: Magister)
[ ] She started as more of a partner of the plumbers but worked her way all the way to the top. She became the Magistrata of the Plumbers (Reputation: Magistrata)

When she first took the proposition, the Plumbers took her into training. Mr. Tennyson was the main one teaching her, apparently, his grandfather taught him and he was one of the best Plumbers. Anyways, while Mr. Tennyson was a good teacher, neither he nor Tsukiko could be prepared for what would happen to the Nemetrix (Mr. Tennyson told her that was The Necklace's real name).

[ ] It gained more 'Alien Forms'. They were more Predators, so Tsukiko had to be careful
-[ ] Write-In Ten more Alien Forms. They will have to be Predators to aliens from the Ben 10 series, have a provided looks (either in picture or description), and abilities that are not super overpowered (No Space Manipulation, Time Manipulation, etc.).
[ ] It gained more 'Alien Forms'. These weren't actually predators, so Tsukiko could use them without worrying about losing control.
-[ ] Write-In which ten aliens from the Omnitrix are for the loadout. Alien X, Clockwork, Way Big, & Atomix are all not allowed
[ ] It gained a new feature
-[ ] Her forms could all 'evolve' in a way. However, this made them harder to control.
-[ ] She could transform with but a thought, even able to rapidly change between transformations
-[ ] She could now combine her alien forms into some kind of hybrid forms, but it would harm her own DNA

The Nemetrix had changed, and so would Tsukiko. As time went on, she decided to figure out exactly what she'd prioritize. Would she protect Earth, or focus on space? Would she kill, or capture?

[ ] She killed (Reputation: Soldier)
[ ] She captured (Reputation: Hero of Plumbers)

[ ] She would focus on protecting Earth, it was her home after all (Reputation: Protector of Earth)
[ ] She focused on Space, wanting to see everything she could (Reputation: Explorer of Space)
[ ] She decided to become a symbol, a symbol of the Plumbers, of Peace, and cooperation in space (Reputation: Symbol of the Plumbers)
[ ] She decided to work towards Human/Alien Cooperation (Reputation: Hero of Space and Earth)

That wasn't even all the changes that Tsukiko was dealing with. As she grew, she started to find feelings for some of the people she was working with.

[ ] Her teacher, Mr. Tennyson, also took on her Mentor's child, Devlin. As the two trained together and grew, Tsukiko found an attraction to the boy. (The Uraraka's Quirk Line Changes)
[ ] She met a boy at a part-time job she had taken. His quirk was 'Upwards Movement' which allowed him to shoot himself into the sky. He also got queasy due to his quirk usage, which they bonded over. (The Uraraka's Quirk Line stays the same)

The final change she really ended up dealing with was having enemies. These enemies were hard, no matter what. Her first enemy was the mad scientist that her own predecessor couldn't defeat. Tsukiko and the Plumbers knew they couldn't leave him alone, so they decided to stage an assault

[ ] They won. Animo's beasts were a threat and hard to fight, but with the Plumbers, Tsukiko, Mr. Tennyson, and Devlin, they were able to take down his beasts.
[ ] They won, but it was a hard fight. In the end, it affected the Nemetrix, and now Tsukiko's transformations would randomly mix together into different forms.
[ ] They lost, they couldn't do anything against the armies of alien combinations and Animo's normal animal mutants. At least they were able to retreat before Animo got any more from the Nemetrix
[ ] They lost, and Tsukiko was captured for a small amount of time. Animo stole more DNA from the Nemetrix during this time, with the effects of its growth affecting the mutants.

However, Animo wasn't the only threat that Tsukiko had to deal with. Despite how much it hurt her, Tsukiko had another foe in the form of Kevin 'Eleven'. He wanted The Nemetrix because he saw it as the last piece of his dead wife.

[ ] Tsukiko won, in a nontraditional way. With Mr. Tennyson and Devlin's help, they were able to calm Kevin after many long and hard fights.
[ ] Tsukiko won, she was able to bring Kevin in. While there's still a long process to him getting better, at least he isn't hurting anyone else
[ ] Tsukiko won, but there was only one way. It was either him or her and in the moment she didn't even have the power of choice. Devlin never looked at her in the same way again.
[ ] Tsukiko lost. She was able to retreat, but Kevin grabbed hold of the Nemetrix and became a strange amalgamation of the forms.
[ ] Tsukiko lost, and would've taken the Nemetrix. If it wasn't for someone jumping in, stopping Kevin. In the end, they died doing that.
-[ ] Ben Tennyson is the one that jumped in to stop him
-[ ] Devlin Levin is the one that jumped in to stop him

You know, this could be a nicer fate then Gwen. I'm thinking the highest she should go is Tool of the Plumbers or Special Forces. I don't really want to saddle her with a organizational leadership role.

I want something different from the other plans. I want something a bit more happy and bright with our second user and have her be a real baddie beater. In the future we can also have Vilgax and All For One as enemies, so letting Animo lose early isn't too bad.

Second User's End
[X] Plan Ultimate Space Cop

Tsukiko Uraraka was the newly made Magistrata of the Plumbers. She had never thought this would be her future, but she wasn't exactly upset. With the device her mentor gave her years ago, she now saved the universe on a daily basis. Especially with that new upgrade she still has no idea how she got. Being able to transform with a thought helped a lot not only with combat but controlling the forms. Which she needed to be able to do to keep her reputation, which she needed to continue with Human/Alien Relations. Even if she couldn't exactly tell the public all about aliens yet, she set up a good path towards it. However, she wasn't alone. She had allies, besides her now-husband, helping her at every step.

Choose 2
[ ] There was Devlin Levin. He was the son of her Mentor and a Plumber in training with her mentor as well. Of course, the two would become quick friends, and this only increased when she helped him get his father back.
[ ] There was a broken Galvanic Mechamorph named Malware. He originally was volatile, even attacking Galvan Prime. However, Tsukiko was able to get through to him that his differences weren't something bad, but something unique about him, that he could use to help people.
[ ] There was a young Technopath named Cooper that helped her against Animo anonymously. She found the young boy and started training him to be one of the best plumbers the force had seen.
[ ] There was a small creature she had saved from a secret organization's experiments. Apparently, the creature was some kind of animal with an intelligence quirk. He decided to name himself Nezu.
[ ] There was a young girl who was the daughter of a plumber that snuck into the base. She had the unique power to charge up electricity from her fingertips. Tsukiko's mentor asked her to train the girl to see if she could be a good teacher. The girl's name was Akira Kaminari.

Tsukiko remembered her allies with joy whenever she thought about them. There were many decisive victories they had, with the biggest being Animo and Kevin. Looking back, she had wondered what the universe thought about her. Turns out-

[ ] They saw her as a hero. The new Magistrata was able to take down many different alien criminals and refused to kill them even.
[ ] They saw her as a coward. She wouldn't do what was necessary to get rid of the scum of the universe.
[ ] They just saw her as another Magisrata. The Red Spots weren't well-liked in the universe, no matter the good they did.
[ ] Those that lived in the Undertown told stories of her predecessor. The universe was constantly scared that Tsukiko would snap one day and become like her predecessor.

But that was fine with her. She never did it for popularity. She always had done it simply to help people. Fame was never her intention. Despite her wanting to continue helping people, she knew she couldn't do it forever. She knew this intimately when-

[ ] She was on her final fight. A powerful foe appeared and she couldn't take him down, no matter what she did. She had to give away the power before she died.
[ ] She was dying, just like her mentor. The symptoms were the same, and it was taking the same amount of time. She realized she had to give it away before she died. (Makes this a constant)
[ ] She was having her retirement party from the plumbers. She realized that her frail bones were affecting her forms. She can't continue anymore, she was getting too old.
[ ] She had taken a large injury, she couldn't even walk anymore. It affected her transformations, and she knew she couldn't keep doing it then.
[ ] She started a family. She had her child, Sho Uraraka, and knew she couldn't keep going when she had a child then.
[ ] She failed to save one child. One small kineceleran child, that she wasn't fast enough to save. Her morals crumbled around her and she couldn't keep it anymore. She gave up.

In the end, it didn't matter. No matter what, Tsukiko had to give it away. So, she gave it to-

[ ] Her master's son, Devlin. He was around her age, but he'd know what to do with the device better than most. (Can not Take with Old Age)
Osmos/Anodite-Devlin not only has the abilities of an Anodite, having a vast sum of magical power and being a prodigy with magic but had Kevin's Quirk. This allows Kevin to also absorb and manipulate energy. This would allow him to use the Magic built up in the Nemetrix easily.
More Magical Destability-The Nemetrix will have to deal with someone who has a giant well of magical power, again. It will become even more unstable, especially when it comes to magic.
[ ] A Young Technopath named Cooper that helped her against Animo anonymously. She found the young boy and started training him to be one of the best plumbers the force had seen.
Technopath-Being a Technopath, Cooper can literally talk with the Nemetrix. This would allow him to work on fixing some of the flaws and improving it.
Tinkerer-Cooper likes to mess with technology. As such, when he's trying to improve the Nemetrix, there are multiple chances that he could mess up the Nemetrix.
[ ] A young girl who was the daughter of a plumber that snuck into the base. She had the unique power to charge up electricity from her fingertips. Tsukiko's mentor asked her to train the girl to see if she could be a good teacher. The girl's name was Akira Kaminari
Shocking Blasts-The Nemetrix has a programmed Defense Field, but can't use it as the mechanisms to do so wasn't built-in. Kaminari, however, can make the Nemetrix use it through her quirk. The Nemetrix would slowly build the defense around this for future users.
Time Slows-The amount of time needed to recharge ends up taking longer due to the amount of energy the Nemetrix now has to control. From the old Magical Energy to the new Quirk energy to the Nemetrix's own energy.
[ ] A young boy who was growing on the streets, but ended up starting to try and help people against the gangs in the world. The young boy had a 'Stupid' Quirk as people called it, as he made acid from his own eyes. Instead of normal tears, his tears are the strange acid. His name was Shoji Bakugo.
Acidic Liquid-Now, all the Alien forms can make the kind of Acid that Bakugo can make with his Quirk. How they do so depends on the form, but it is very useful no matter the form.
Temper-Bakugo has a bad temper, and this starts to carry over to the other forms. Now, anyone trying to control said forms would find it harder to do so than before.
