Nora turned to Ren as they left Chief Carolina's office.
"Ren, since you're the boring one, I assume you want to get people to help us? For 'Safety Reasons'?"
Ren rolled his eyes. "This is life and death, Nora. We have to be careful about this."
"See? Boring."
Ren sighed, and Nora smiled.
"Don't worry, Ren. I will save you from the hellish fate of being boring!"
"Nora..."
"First thing's first." Nora continued. "We need to recruit Fun people. Let's go!"
Nora grabbed Ren's wrist and pulled him onward, towards the main lobby of the building.

The two heard the conversation as soon as they arrived.
"-m sorry, Yang." Said the red-haired woman, who appeared to originate from Mistral. "But we can't afford to keep providing our services to you for free any longer."
"Come on, Canace." The yellow-haired girl replied. "Just give me a week. I have a contact coming, and I can't just go out on a job before then, or-"
The redhead- Canace- shook her head. "I know, Yang. And if it were up to me, I'd give you the time. But the boss is getting pushy. If you don't have the credit soon, you're going to have to hire another investigator."
There was a moment's pause before Yang answered. "Yeah... Alright, Canace. I'll figure something out."
Canace gave Yang a short bow, and left.
Ren thought about the conversation.
She needed credit? Quickly?
The assignment given to Nora and he should be within that time frame. Perhaps they could hire her for the job?
Well, it couldn't hurt to ask.
Walking over to her, Ren tapped her shoulder. "Excuse me, miss?"
Yang spun around. "Hm?"
"I couldn't help but overhear your conversation." Ren continued. "You need credit?"
"Eavesdropping is rude, you know." Yang replied playfully.
Ren ignored the jab, and kept talking. "My partner and I are hiring help for an assignment. It's a quick Extermination job by Apple Peak. Shouldn't take more then a couple of days, and the pay's good. Assuming, of course, that you have the proper skills and experience."
Yang blinked at the offer. "You really got a job that good? Damn, you newbies get all the luck."
"Anyway, my qualifications..." Yang continued. "Did you hear about the Breman Town incident three months ago? That was me."
Ren's small smile was quickly replaced by an expression of horror, and Nora let out a squee.
"Ren! We're taking her." Nora declared. "And Blondie! You're teaching me that trick with the fire and Nevermore feathers."
"I'm dreaming." Ren whispered to himself. "This is all a nightmare, and I will look down in a moment to realize that I'm not wearing pants."
Unfortunately, he was not so lucky. After a moment passed, Ren was forced to accept this, and chose to change the topic.
"We should hire someone else." He interrupted. "Better safe then sorry."
It was then that he felt someone tapping his own shoulder. Ren turned around, then looked down, at the pint-sized girl.
She was an odd looking girl. Her hair was dark on the left, and on the right, pink with white stripes. Her eyes fit the color scheme, the one on the right being dark, the one on the left being pink- Wait, no, the right eye was white, and the left was- Her eye color changed every time she blinked, making the task of describing her appearance difficult.
"Yes, miss?" Ren asked, while Nora muttered something about ice cream.
The girl made a few hand gestures that Ren couldn't grasp the meaning behind.
"...I'm sorry, miss, I don't understand what you are trying to say."
Looking frustrated, the girl repeated the hand gestures.
"Hold on." Cut in Nora. "Let me try something..."
Her Stand, Boop, manifested for a moment. The girl repeated the gestures, and all of a sudden, understanding her was so much easier.
"You want to take the job?" Ren asked, to confirm. The girl nodded, and Yang looked confused.
"How did you under- Wait, no, never mind, I'll put it down to Stand bullshit."
"Probably for the best." Ren replied. "Anyway, miss, do you have the qualifications for the job?"
The girl responded by pulling out a business card and handing it to Ren.
Neopolitan- Certified Huntress, Minor Arcana
Ren raised an eyebrow. "That certainly counts as qualified." Ren noted. "Though I have to ask, why would someone ranked as Minor Arcana want to help us?"
Neopolitan shrugged. Nora's Stand continued to provide an explanation.
'Cause I can.
Yang looked torn between surprise that someone as small as Neopolitan had achieved the rank of Minor Arcana, and confusion over what she was perceiving the pint-sized Huntress's gestures as.
"Alright then." Ren continued. "Our flight leaves soon. We can discuss payment on the way there."

On the trip to Apple Peak, the group are divided into groups of two for the flight. Select group configuration:

Conversations shall be had on the flight. Which conversations happen depend on the vote option selected.
