What do you mean by Timelock? It could mean a few different things.
Close, but not close enough. I will say that, depending on your point of view, this is correct, but not really.
I'm going to laugh for a moment, but won't explain why.
Close enough. Sacrifice does not transfer damage, it shares it. So, should you lose an arm, Sacrifice would allow you to remove someone else's arm. However, damage can only be shared once, and damage shared like that can only be healed naturally.

Yes, Ride of the Valkyries can use fallen souls.
To be exact, the Stand can take the souls of those who fall in combat and use them in combat. These souls can be destroyed, but respawn every sunrise. It's basically Valhalla. However, Nora must be there when they die, they must die in combat, and they must be willing. Nora currently has two souls at her disposal.
Ride of the Valkyries manifests as a pair of wings, rather then a humanoid figure, and grants Nora the power of flight, as well as being able to shoot feathers as projectiles, much like a Nevermore.

As tempting as Ride of the Valkyries is, I find this thematically more appropriate as the match to my pick for Ren.
Edit: Thinking about it, I May Fall sounds a lot like Battle Continuation to my ears. When I listened to that song just now, I couldn't help but picture CuChu taking on an army by himself, and then him pretty much cut in half, yet not stopping until the very end.
Edit3: ...Or, if we go by the line I would totally pick myself as the crux of the song in a JoJo context, One Final Stand. A 'second wind' type ability or a super mode that activates at a time of great peril.

Ding Ding Ding,
I May Fall is, indeed, Battle Continuation. You could tear Nora in two, and she wouldn't even notice until the fight was over.
Additionally, if Nora does somehow die in battle, which would take disintegration or something like that, her Stand will keep fighting without her, though it only lasts for that one fight.
Close, but not close enough. Die does empower both sides, but not equally, and not everyone on a battlefield will be empowered.
They are until I get a Vote Count, and I reply with something like 'Vote Locked.'

Alright, I've called for a Vote Count twice now. Considering that my policy is 'Quests which do not get vote counts get dropped so that time can be spent on other Quests,' this is going to be the last time I request one before I throw the quest out to make room for something else. Probably a Worm quest. Those tend to go well-ish.

Before the update come, I'll reveal what the Stands do.
This Will Be The Day: This Stand can activate a super mode, which is more powerful depending on how much Ren has been looked down on since it was last used.
Time To Say Goodbye: If both Ren and the Stand are touching the target, Ren can accelerate time on them, leading to things wasting/rotting away within seconds.
Die: Ren can force one-on-one combat, in which both combatants slowly grow more powerful, and neither can leave until one dies. The power boost remains for a while afterwards, and Ren can boost it higher by forcing another one-on-one fight.
Sacrifice: Already been revealed.
Boop: Nora's Stand is capable of removing someone's ability to communicate. Any attempts at speech, telepathy, sign language or writing will just yield the word 'Boop' over and over again. Both Nora and Ren are, nonetheless, able to understand what people under these effects are trying to communicate. Not the most useful power in combat situations, but it makes up for it by having the highest base stats.
Can't Touch This: When Nora's life is at risk, this stand grants hypercompetence for five seconds. As in, being able to deflect a thousand projectiles from many different directions hypercompetence.
Ride of the Valkyries: Already been revealed.
I May Fall: Already been revealed.

Finally, since I seem to have underestimated how difficult it would be to guess Stand abilities, I'm changing the policy. Guessing one Stand grants you a boon. So, Leingod, Wolfy and Ferian all get a boon.

The Chief, Carolina Church, was waiting for them at her desk. Her Stand, a figure in light-blue armour, stood behind her.
"Ren, Lie." She began. "Sixteen years old. Finished training a month ago. Passed combat examination with slight above average marks. Partner of Valkyrie, Nora. Noted for remaining calm and professional under pressure. Stand name Time To Say Goodbye. Please confirm."
Ren nodded, and the Chief moved on.
"Valkyrie, Nora." She said. "Sixteen years old. Finished training a month ago. Passed combat examination with impressive results. Partner of Ren, Lie. Noted to be occasionally immature and easily distracted. Stand name Boop. Please confirm."
"That's me!" Nora declared, almost standing up before Ren pulled her back down.
Carolina opened a folder on her desk, and pulled out a picture.
"This." She began, putting the picture on the desk in front of the pair. "Is Apple Peak. Heard of it?"
"It began as a trade outpost, to keep supplies with the miners who cleared out the caverns beneath Mountain Glenn." Ren replied. "And when Mountain Glenn fell, it was vital to evacuating the survivors."
"Correct." Replied Carolina. "In recent times, however, it's served other purposes. The Schnee Dust Company bought it a while back, and the chairman, Eirwin Schnee, built a holiday home in the area. As such, he's been rather protective of the town."
Carolina pulled another photo out of the folder, and threw it on her desk. Nora let out a delighted gasp at the sight of it.
"This was taken two hours ago." Carolina said. "A force of Grimm, of unknown numbers, swarming towards Apple Peak. The Schnee Dust Company is unable to provide sufficient protection to the town, due to conflict with the White Fang terrorist movement, and the local security are more focused on the town then the holiday home of a man whose only around once a year. So old man Schnee is offering a reward to the group that takes out the Grimm before they reach Apple Peak."
"So many things to smash..." Nora whispered, a grin on her face.
"You two were chosen for this job to get your feet wet. There's a lot of them, but you don't need to kill many. Kill enough, and the rest of the horde scatters. Some will still head towards Apple Peak, but in reduced numbers."
"How much are we being paid?" Nora asked.
"You get three hundred credit in advance." The Chief responded. "To pay for any supplies or aid you want. You get another seven hundred on completion."
While Nora was busy calculating how much pancakes that would buy, Ren asked "Are there any Stand Users of note in Apple Peak?"
"Only one that we know of." Carolina replied. "The local head of security, Billy Armstrong, and his Stand, Good Riddance. His Stand power is ineffective against Grimm, so he would prefer to remain the Apple Peak and prepare, rather then confront the Grimm."
Ren nodded, while Nora began counting the Grimm in the given picture.
"You said we were being paid in advance?"
Carolina threw the rest of the folder at him. "You pay's in here, with instructions, in case you need a reminder."
Ren nodded again, then stood up. "We'll leave you then, Miss Church."
The Chief grunted. "Get going. You're flight leaves in an hour, you have until then to hire any help you want."
