    "Ah…um," What do you say? What can you say?"

    "You know…I'm only twenty two." You stammer "I'm not really that much of an adult but…What I'm trying to say is.." You really should have thought this over. "I mean, if it's you that has any problems just message me, alright. It doesn't matter if it's fighting, or social problems or whatever. Hell, if you just want to hang out, go fishing and talk about girls I'll be there and I'm sure the rest of my friends will help out too."

    One minute passes, maybe two. Nothing.

    "Heh."

    Huh? Was he, was he laughing?

    "Hehehe~" He continued.

    "Oi, oi. I'm being serious here." You deject.

    "I know, it's just, pfheh, no, no, it's nothing." He answers. Well at least he's happy. You on the other hand are feeling rather foolish. "Yeah Klein, I'll be sure to do that. Thanks."

    "No problem. It's the least I can do." So it turned out alright. That's good. "Well, see you on the battlefield soon."

    "Yeah, see you soon." He replies as you turn, now you just need to-"Hey Klein, one more thing."

    Eh? Something else? "Yeah?"

    "When you get the chance try to get in contact with another Beta Tester named Argo." He answers. "She's more of an info broker than a fighter but she'll be able to help you and your friends find some of the best hunting spots and group quests. She still owes me a huge favor, alright?"

    Huh? A girl. "Sure. There you go, making me owe you again."

    "Consider it free of charge. Just remember to say for her to put it on my tab." A small chuckle in his throat. "See you soon Klein."

    "Yeah." You turn. "We'll meet again for sure."

    You need to hurry. Tonight's going to be a long night.

    "No…way. You're lying."

    It had taken about three hours but all of Fuurinkazan had gotten back together. Which of course meant-

    "Hell no! Why would I lie about something like this!?"

    -that no one believes your luck on meeting a Beta Tester so early in the game.


    It had started simple enough, you had wanted to help get the guys settled into the game by explaining what Kirito had taught you but Hatsuden, no Dynamn, had to call it as a bluff. So here you were, six twenty something year old guys hanging out in one of the Town of Beginnings' inn two bed rooms arguing whether a guy actually existed or not instead out leveling up, or better yet getting drunk.

    Can you even get drunk in this game? You better, this is going to be a long night.

    "Yeah but you did lie about that Seiyami girl. Remember who she turned out to be." Eishou, no Issin, remarked by bringing up a dark memory.

    "*Sigh* that was just to get you guys off my back that one time." You bluster. "Besides look, I have him on my friend's list and everything." You say as you pull up Kirito's info. Huh, level three already.

    "Huh? Okay so he's real. But doesn't mean he's a Beta Tester." Meichi, no Kunimittz repeals.

    Oh, can they not. Just once guys, not now.

    "Ah cut him some slack. I believe him." Harichi, no Harry One backs you up.

    "THANK YOU!" You shout, throwing your fists into the air.

    "Yeah," Daru, no Dale (Damn, it's going to take hours getting names back on track) interjects, "Klein may be a woman deprived, horribly scruff and socially awkward guy but he'd never lie at a time like this."

    "….You know what," You ginger "I was going to share all the info on sword skills and battle techniques Kirito taught me, but now, Fuck you." You finish by sticking out your tongue.

    "Pff. PFHA~HAHA!" You all try to hold it in but soon enough you're all laughing so hard you're sure everyone on floor one can hear you. The hilarity lasts ten, maybe twenty minutes before it finally dies enough to talk.

    "Okay, okay, we deserve that." Issin starts, laughter still clinging to his words. "But you got to admit, it is hard to believe."

    "Yeah I know, I know." You return. "Still seems like a pure miracle even now."

    "So," Dale interjects, "What'd he show. I'm itching to know."

    "Alright," You answer, "But first…"

    I once read in a fanfic about this character where he use weak disposable spears as arrows and a strong bendable spear as the shaft and strong cloth as the string.

    I'd choose support, but knowing SV that'd probably backfire the first time one of our friends comes into danger. Better to develop our build in order to protect our friends and allies.

    Good at reading the atmosphere hopefully also means good at reading the battlefield, and we need someone hardy enough to take point.

    Precision and damage are the name of the game here. Dual swords are tricky, but this seems like the best candidate for this kind of fighting style.

    We need someone who can actually get around to provide the support we need when it's necessary. Some people might say thief, but I don't think we need one of every class.

    Business-minded means he's probably best as support; we need someone who can evaluate who needs what and when, and take action quickly.

    Dependable means he'll probably be a good tank. Besides, two tanks are probably best when we're in a permadeath environment: we want as much defensive coverage as possible. See also double support units.

    @Mykenae: Dual-wielding scimitars isn't a good idea, because he won't be able to use swordskills if this is anything like canon.

    Dual wielding is bad in this game unless you are Kirito, better to focus on just one weapon.

    Also, I mean, if you are going to give a character a one handed weapon you might as well give them a shield as well. The only reason to not give someone a shield is if they are using a two handed weapon.

    You know that a tank without a shield is a pretty crappy tank, right?

    But unfortunately there was no (???) to edit in there. Still, shieldless tank worked fine for me in Dark Souls 2 (only MMO I have experience with other than PSO, which didn't use shields); you just have to parry instead of block.

    Pretty much agreed.

    Just FYI.

    Lightning Flash Asuna uses a rapier one handed because a shield would slow her down. So there are other situations where you wouldn't want a shield.

    But there are only two guild orders and the votes are dead even on them.

    As I'll most likely have business holding me up in the morning voting should still be open for another fifteen to twenty hours or less depending.

    To help everyone along, here's a hint.
    As they are now one ordering will lead to more player interaction while the other will have more quests open to it. Both have their advantages and disadvantages not only if you reach the floor boss but the rest of the quest as well. However, if another order is chosen who knows what that will do.

    Choose wisely.
    I'm going to hate myself for this.​
