Grailverse Cu Stat Sheet
A/N: This was requested on SB, so I'm putting it here too.
___________________________________________________

Name: Cu Chulainn
Aliases: Hound of Ulster, Hound of Culann, Ireland's Child of Light, Irish Hercules, Setanta
Class: High Lancer (Grail Servant)
Alignment: Lawful Neutral

STR: B+
END: C+
AGI: A+
MAN: C+
LUK: A
NP: EX

The form of Cu Chulainn invoked as Grail's third Servant. Somewhat calmer of temper but no less lethal in battle, some might say his gentler nature is a result of the bonds forged on Earth-Bet. That is to say, he's settled down a little due to strengthened friendships and an unusual (yet warmly welcomed) partnership. However, he is more than willing to take the fight to any enemy that dares shows its face - and do so with a smile.

Skills:

Battle Continuation (A)

Protection from Arrows (A)

Rune Magic (A)

Divinity (B)

Disengage (B)

Territory Creation (B)

Druidcraft (C+)

Blessing of Wakefulness (A)

Magic Resistance (B)

High Servant (EX): Unlocks a variety of skills and Noble Phantasms from class restrictions, giving Cu Chulainn an immense boost in power and versatility.

Affection of the Grail(Heart of the First) (EX): The subconscious desire of Mattias Sanderson. 'No matter the battle, come back to me. I can't lose you.' Increases a number of Skills in rank, and gives a slight boost to all parameters except Luck and NP. NP is changed accordingly due to the effects of High Servant. Luck is increased vastly from its prior rank, as Cu Chulainn's poor personal luck is overwritten by his lover's subconscious over-protectiveness. 'I won't let even fate take you away', it seems to say. ...it's hard to say how he feels about it, but if he has complaints, he'll still tolerate them. After all, 'always come back' is a completely irrational request.

Noble Phantasms:

Gae Bolg: Barbed Spear that Pierces with Death (B)

Gae Bolg: Soaring Spear that Strikes with Death (B+)

Wicker Man (B)

Ochd Deug Odin (A)

Sickle Chariot: Attend, Loyal Friends (B): A vehicle-type Noble Phantasm. Anti-Army. Invokes the titular chariot, along with Liath Mach and Dub Sanglied to pull it, and Laeg to drive it. While used most times to enable aerial combat with greater ease, it also has a trampling function aided by the blades on its side.

Thunder Feat: Soaring Stone of Pulverization (C/A): Cu Chulainn's sling, which when used in conjunction with his Warp Spasm, can slay 500 in a single strike. Qualifies him for the Archer class.

Riastrad: The Warp Spasm (B): Cu Chulainn's battle madness. He would take on a monstrous form, and indiscriminately slaughter those who came near, save for Laeg. Unlike a normal Mad Enhancement, it must be invoked. However, with Mattias' intervention, it has been honed into more of a battle aura than a full transformation. The end effect is somewhat weaker, but the clarity maintained more than makes up for it.

Mota Dhun Dealgan: Beacon of the Shining One (A+)(Sealed): A rare fortress-type Noble Phantasm. On invocation, the castle of Cu Chulainn would appear, and grant protection to those within its walls. It could be unsealed if certain events were to take place.

Brionac: The Five Roaring Stars (A/EX): An anti-life weapon. The spear which Gae Bolg descends from, and a weapon of absolute carnage. Its flames are restrained in this form, but when released with the name 'Areadbhair', their heat increases to the point they rival the sun. Even with the Heart of the First, it is a dangerous weapon for Cu Chulainn to wield, even if he has a sort of 'false pass' to handle a divine instrument. Should he unleash its alternate name, it would be comparable with the spear known as Vasavi Shakti, and though it could be used continuously, the risk to Cu Chulainn's life would increase exponentially. Using Brionac is feasible if costly; using Areadbhair is a last resort.
