Regrettably, Japan is really dickish and won't let us buy their product.
The funny part is the Rohan stuff that Araki makes is actually more often for sale in English than other parts were, up until recently.
You can buy the magazine just fine, or the volumes if you're into that. Seriously though, if you'd be dropping cash on it in English you could always buy it in Japanese and then read the scanlations, warm in the knowledge that you're financially supporting an author you like.
