So, Sagiri-no-Kami. That's a name of… well, one main antagonist in Persona 4. In short, it's a monster that possesses the serial killer who you're hunting for most of the game and wants to turn all of humanity into Shadows or something along those lines. We shouldn't have to go out of our way to come into conflict with it.
We should try and get as many points of contact with the Investigation Team members as possible, since actively working with them will make things go much faster and assuming we're going to be using Abnormalities to fight in the TV World, we might come across a bit… ominous if we haven't already made a good impression. Plus, Persona draws from a lot of different religions and myths and we might want an avenue to obtain and disseminate information about them.
Indeed
Also..... we need to beware of rainy days and the gas station
There lies things we are ill equipped to deal with
I wonder if we would count as the protagonists Apostle social link like hasegawa for strikers
So taking a job at the school will be the best choice of action here because we will be interacting with the main cast daily unless it is weekends.
And we get to keep wearing our cool drip and don't need to change into the department store uniform, that is wonderful.
I don't really know anything about the hospital option because I haven't really played that much persona 4, I only played his cooler brother persona 5, But I presume if we choose that we will become the medicine dealer of the game and don't get to interact that much else beyond that.
Aside from that...Where will we will be staying...I honestly don't know what to choose because I don't know anything about the options, so can someone please explain to me which one will be the best?
Choosing the inn will mean we will be running into with a member of the main cast that much I know... but im open to other options.
edit: Okay, after some thinking with fanon wiki opened.
The apartment option means we'll be right next to a entrance into the metaverse which also means if we are lucky we might witness the main protagonist going into the televisions and join the investigation early and not just as a spectator.
The edge of town option means we might be nearing protags home and his main place of activity, the street in front of it...And we get to have peace and quiet without someone shouting advertisements near our window. [X] Professor of Religious Studies at Yasogami High

Although I want to have a entire house for ourselves for some suspicious activity and we might cook up someday, this will be the best one because it'll be the one that is most involved with the main team, And we can act like Takuto Maruki but older and cooler.
One sin likely will be summoned at the first sign of whitenights disobedience or his stick acting up.
Or he will show up if thing truly gone to shit and fix everything.
Technically Skelebro isn't listed among the abnormalities of the floor of religion. You don't own him, he just comes to bail your ass out during the Realization because he's a bro.
For the people who are not super familiar with P4, you can roughly think of the options on each category from top to bottom as a sliding scale of 'proximity to main plot/characters' vs 'discretion and independence'. Getting closer means having more chances to cooperate with them, but also makes it harder to act without them knowing, which may or may not be a bad thing depending on your choice of methods.
Technically, Hokma is also a fairly talented scientist. And of course, considering that was by the City's standards, he could probably single-handedly revolutionize several fields. Remember, Benjamin was Ayin's right-hand man and collaborated with him on many projects, including Angela.
Speaking of Angela, the two of them had an interesting relationship. Benjamin was, of course, an apologist for Ayin and always tried to excuse his neglect to Angela. At the same time, he very clearly cared about her and hoped that Ayin would eventually acknowledge her. He is fully capable of being parental if necessary.
Oh hey, I brought up the idea for a Persona/Library of Ruina Quest in one of the other LoR Quests! Granted, that was for Gebura in P5, which... would've ended badly upon thinking about it.
I'd have liked to go for Malkuth or Hod since their Enlightenments seems better suited for Persona bullshit. Then again, I might just be biased against Hokma since I hated his first two Abnormality Battles and I don't know how to build his Floor other than 'just plop down Decks from the other Floors and hope for the best.'
I do concede that Hokma's the resident expert on Religion in the Library, so he is the most appropriate for dealing with Kami and such.
Speaking of...

There's no War for Hokma to start all the way out here in the boonies, so lets give him maximum protag exposure.
I don't mind Hokma being a teacher. It gives him an in with the main cast and let's him keep tabs on them, although it might attract more attention to him from third parties.
I disagree with Amagi Inn. We have WhiteNight in our luggage and I do not want anyone near that thing.

Also the kids need a better secret base then a food court. I know it's a small town, but really?

His floor DID get One Sin's EGO, so I thought it would make sense if he started with it, but this is fine too.
What does come as a surprise is the fifth book, buried beneath the rest. It is completely blank, save for the title on the cover: "Book of Sagiri-no-Kami".
It seems likely to you that this is the purpose of your presence here. The logic appears sound: after losing most of its books and being exiled from the City, the Library must obtain new powerful books before it can hope to challenge the Head once again. This means that despite its unassuming appearance, this town must surely hide something greater behind the scenes, and you doubt it will be easy to find.
Ah, the age old tradition of stealing ideas. A classic. It seems we are slowly building the PMoon Cinematic Universe without ever acknowledging if everything is actually related
It's a good clean setup. And hey, between this and turbing time, it's nice to see more runia fiction- I cannot get enough. Besides, I think I'll appreciate this one a bit- P4 has a much lighter tone than some of the other fics, so that will probably carry over.
If we become a teacher, and we become a part of the main team or at least we are in the know.
How high of a chance do you guys think that the main protagonist and his buddies will ask us to stop giving them such complicated homework because they still need to investigate and they don't have time to write 50 pages for a subject that they barely pay any attention to.
A voice startles you from your introspection. You look up to see a tall young man with grey hair, wearing a black uniform with a checkered collar. He is looking at you with a worried expression, a hand half outstretched as if to shake your shoulder. A quick glance around reveals you two are the only passengers on this section.
You're dressed in the same attire you remember wearing everyday in the Library: white shirt, gray vest, suit pants, and tie, with your spotless white coat resting comfortably over your shoulders.

Ok, so, amongst all these choice, the high school is where the protag and co are, they tends to get their plans and reach the tv world from the department store, and I think the Pub is where you get some things but it isn't as important to them, the hospital has more to do with the antag than the protags from what little I remember, but I am probably wrong on that one.
The most important part is that the first two are the best choices to interact easily with the main plot, and we don't have all the time in the world, the entire adventure is timed.
One of the team is an important figure at the inn, the shoping district is about the department store, which I already talked about, the last address is almost certainly close to where Sensei lives.
Ok, knowing all this, here's my vote:

[x] A lease agreement for an apartment near the shopping district
Probably one of the highest chance of interaction in the early plot from there, the school is where we'll meet the protags, and the department store is where they enter the tv world, meaning being close will help in learning about it.
Considering how easy it is in P5 for Makoto to find out the phantom thieves...and they are teenagers... Although I don't know how well do P4 gang hide it, I suspect it won't be that hard for hokma to find out their little secret once he got a clue, like their behavior in class.
