Ignition Wrestling

Seems a little wordy, but I have no counter-suggestions.
6 words is pretty short! I'm having trouble thinking of something besides...hm, "TIME TO CRASH!"?
As an aside, I have nothing against verbal taunts and if you want to include those you are more then welcome to, but I meant more, like, physical taunts. Like the DX crotch chop, the Randy Orton look at me pose, Cena's Can't See Me wave thing. What are you doing before and after matches, what kind of quick moves do you have if you want to gesture to the crowd really quick between moves?

Is there any sort of flair you want to add onto your finisher move? Shawn Michales tuning up the band for Sweet Chin Music and Randy Orton becoming a human snake right before the RKO are the first examples that spring to mind if you want to see what I mean.
....Oh. Um. I'm coming up blank....

Well, I'm not goign to start a vote on this yet, but honestly if I could just get soem sort of idea as to the characters personality I could do a lot with that.

So far I have vigilante ... and at the very least has serious moments, that's about it. Is he charming, cocky, does he have a sense of humor, or is he all buisness all the time? Does he genuinely love wrestling, does going out to the ring fill him with joy?

Are there any wrestlers in particular he enjoys watching or even looks up to?

Really, just having a basic sense of his personality would do a lot to help me write him and I'd probably end up givign him afew taunts without even noticing.

I'm thinking he's mostly a serious-type. Not as much so as, say, the Undertaker, but he's certainly no Shawn Michaels.

He's equally defined, as I see it, by two things: what he loves more than anything else, and what he hates more than anything else.

What he loves more than anything else, is wrestling as a sport. A competition. Two noble warriors beating the hell out of each other with pride on the line, and respect for a worthy opponent.

And what he hates, no, DESPISES more than anything else -- to the point that it's all but consumed him... is when The Bad Guys Win.

He's like that wide-eyed kid, full of dreams and hopes and promise and wearing every bit of merch his little piggy bank can get him, who watches and cheers in awe as [Babyface McAwesome] tussles with [Heel O'Fuckwit], hits the finisher, and gets the pin for the World Heavyweight Championship....

.....and then can do nothing but just... sit there, heartbroken, as [Babyface McAwesome] sells out to become an even filthier, more despicable villain than those he had previously fought against. "WHY, [Babyface]?!" he sobs out, choking on his tears. "WHHHHYYYYY?!"

And because Wrestling Is Real, he never gets over it. Ever. It consumes him, takes him over.

In Carter's own mind, I imagine that what he wants to do is "fix" wrestling, make it "better". Make it into a world where even if "the good guys" don't always win, and "the bad guys" will always, always lose.

He doesn't care so much about having any Championship titles himself, as that the titles are held by someone "worthy" (in his mind probably meaning "strong face characters").

He kind of wants to present himself as this edgelord antihero enemy of evil.... but every now and then (when his angst button isn't pressed), he kind of slips up now and then and shows hints that he's still that same little mark he was as a kid (like if he were in WWE, he'd be visibly trying his damnedest not to squee in excitement at being in the same room as The Undertaker/The Rock/Stone Cold Steve Austin/Mick Foley, or he'd start getting tsuntsun if Bayley/[other favorite/cute female wrestler] hugged/teased/approached him, etc.).

.........at least, that's what I imagined on the spot. I'unno what the rest of my co-players have in mind.

I like it.
Nay.
I love it!

I'll throw my votes and such behind this. It's a very solid character, has a lot of hooks, some real "meat" to it.

Editing my vote.

[X] Full Name: Calvin "Crash" Carter
-[X] Possible Logo:Option 4

[x] Give him your finisher and end this
-[x] What is your finisher?
--[x]The "System Crash" (also known as a Burning Hammer)

[X] Taunt: "Your party's over. And I'll crash the next one, too." <mic drop>

[X] Flee

No real purpose in remaining out here at present.

[X] Avoid attention and evade security whenever necessary while watching the rest of the show for another opportunity to get involved.

Being apprehended at this time is not conducive to our objectives.

Apologies that it's been so long since I stepped into the thread, I had to help a friend move so I spent a few days doing that, and afterwards I was just exhausted and took a break for a day or two. Calling the vote now, update should be up by either tonight or tomorrow morning.

[X] Make him tell everyone that his pants are Completely. Empty. Because he's a not a Man, just a little backstabbing Bitch.
