Whelp, gonna see if Akatosh favors you. The vote is pretty much split even right now between physical and magical. But remember, Ancalagon was never defeated by pure brute force. He was defeated with magic, bear this in mind. Rolling d100.

    [X] Speak to Paarthurnax about mastering your shouts: Decrease the time between shouts depending on the highest roll.

    [X] Learn magic at the mages college in Winterhold:     Aquire magical techniques and spells known in skyrim.

    [X]: Write in.

    [X] Find magical ley-lines to draw raw arcane power from the depths of Tamriel: Free Magicka reserve increase and arcane knowledge from all over Tamriel. (Side effect: makes it harder for mortals to use magic, resulting in decreased reputation with all mages.) (Can be done up to 20 times before the Magicka reserves of Tamriel need to recharge.)

    Uh, should probably mention that the ley lines will give you forgotten magic that you will not be able to learn anymore. If that wasn't obvious, going to the college will only let you learn some of skyrims currently known magic.

    Will we be able to consume leylines later on if we don't now?
     
    The twenty use limit that recharges would suggest so.

    @RaneARE Maybe you should put it as the ley line recovering over time? With the current description, it looks like it can only recharge after the twenty uses are up.
