They don't neccessarily fit the best for major big bads with your particular pitch, but certainly fill a good slot for tetriary antagonists, at least for the type of game yer wantin' to pull off, but somtimes games like that need good secondary baddies to help fill out rosters.
This is more of a general writeup for the Braggart Clan as a whole, as I delve into the intricacies of their history and one particular subbranch of their family in my own pitch, where they take a far more active threat status...
This is more related to their original iteration where the larger organization was originally written up to join the roster of Chaotix-focused bad guys, representing corrupt business hiding behind veneer of legality to continue doing underhanded or outright cruel things that would often leave more official channels unable to really apprehend them either due to collaboration or simlpy looking the other way to focus on more immediate threats than questionably legal business practices and monetary fraud.
---
The infamous industrialist Braggart Family has long since made a name for itself in a far larger variety of business ventures after moving to Empire City's early founding years from southern territories of the United Federation, The Braggart Business Conglomerate often serves as a much more legal, if amoral, business venture with a reputation for harsh quotas, and hard work for little pay. Through it's history, the Braggart Family has been called everything from ruthless robber barons, malevolent monopolists mobsters, snake oil salesmen, with some ancestors even earning a reputation as pirates or outlaws amongst Mobius's more "uncivilized" eras...
Almost all of their main business branches are overseen by blood-related members of the Braggart Clan, with the family itself divided into various sub-branches specialized in a wide variety of businesses, From industrial Mining and Lumber that in it's early years proved to aid in erecting the very foundations of the future metropolis albeit operated abroad, Constructions, to numreous transportation projects and more. However, with the turn of the centuries, and as civilzation marched on, the practices that once left the Braggart Conglomerate a undisputed pillar of hte city have long since come under scrutiny or even outright criminalized, it was only the constant destruction wrought by the Eggman Empire that's been keeping the industrialist brood from being brought to heel for their immoral practices. After all, many are willing to look the other way instead of question how the sausage gets made when there are far larger threats hanging over people's heads than mistreated workers.
And those that won't, can either be dealt plenty of old money in return for their silence, or dealt a far more assertive hand to ensure their cooperation.
It seems the votes are in, so let's get rolling. Order is Mechanics (+30 * 2.5 = +75), Story (+25 * 2.5 = +62.5, round up to +63), then Visuals (+21 * 2.0 = +42). And then a roll to give a bit of flavor to how the research trip went, which I'll say has a bonus of +20 thanks to the Budget allocated. So everything should do all right, though people on Sonic Team could still lose some money at the casinos.
Okay, I wasn't expecting the research trip to go that well. I'll say you get an extra +10 to Visuals since the artists had such a good time at Vegas, which brings the final result for Visuals to 93. So things are looking pretty good.
You know…given Sonic is probably one of the biggest video game icons, I do wonder if SEGA would get offers to sponsor stuff using the Blue Blur and his expansive cast?

You think Sonic and gang would sponsor pachinko parlors and alcohol?
What drink would lanolin reccomend? A thing of Jack Daniels?

What happens in Vegas…
Vegas was loud.
Not loud in the way the music, the sound of slot machines and the crowds, but in his eyes
Neon was lit everywhere, every wall hosting something that his team would take a picture of, and talk quickly and in terms he couldn't understand.
Seno Kgeshi was only here because he'd been here once, back when he was dragged everywhere due to Sonic High School, and the closest thing they had to an expert on Vegas.
Either that or he got kicked out of the office so he can finally figure out what to do with High School 2.
"Kgeshi-San?" One of the members interrupted his staring into a large slot machine. It's one based on some American game show about spinning a wheel.
"Do you know how one of these slot machines work."
"Oh, right! I played a few times a decade ago. Lemme-"
He quickly launched into a short spiel on how it works. Insert money, (goodbye 5000- 50 bucks. May you hopefully be compensated by Sega.) crank lever on the side, and hope you get a good pattern for a massive win.
As the slots spin, he wonders if this is how people get addicted, watching the bright colors spin rapidly.
3 Logos of the machine stop in the middle. A loud sound screams in his ear, as the machine goes crazy, screeching some theme song into the area.
He hears someone start cheering, and staff members running over with clipboard and fake smiles.
"Hey, you won the jackpot! 1.6 million yen is pretty good, right Kgeshi-San?"
"…dollars, it's dollars." He says.
He wonders if it's too late to stay in the hotel room.
You know…given Sonic is probably one of the biggest video game icons, I do wonder if SEGA would get offers to sponsor stuff using the Blue Blur and his expansive cast?
just maybe, we might finally get the opportunity to bring about the olympic party games... But to do that we would need to extend a flag of truce to nintendo...

Research Trip: 92 + 20 = 112 Very Critical Success
The artists you sent to Las Vegas had a productive and enjoyable trip, to say the least. One of them, it turned out, had prepared for the trip by studying the mathematics of gambling to make sure that no one had to return to Japan without their life savings. This led to many members of the team being able to make significant amounts of money, though the artists are attributing it to the Sonic plushie they brought as a good luck charm, because of course they are. In between getting kicked out of every reputable casino in the city, the team also spent some time at a large fighting game tournament that was being held in the city at the same time the artists were there. No one from Sonic Team actually participated in any matches, but they did add to the prize pool for the Sonic Showdown tournament by making drawings of the characters used by the first and second place players for each one to keep. A shame Ayasato Umeyo didn't win that tournament, it would have been an amusing coincidence. That said, it might be a good idea for Sega to start running regular tournaments for the fighting games it makes/publishes, it could work to get eyes on the games. You'll have to see what the people in Marketing think.
Result: The art team has a good time in Las Vegas! One of them made sure to study how to not lose too much money while gambling, and between that and a ridiculous streak of good luck, Sonic Team is no longer welcome in any Las Vegas casino worth going to. The team also spent some time at EVO, the biggest fighting game event of the year, watching the Sonic Showdown tournament and making an impromptu contribution to the first and second place prizes. Visuals gets +10 to its final result due to the artists returning to work especially refreshed. Iizuka wonders if Sega could advertise its fighting games better by hosting regular tournaments for them.
And with an omen like that, you aren't surprised that development of Neon Nights goes as well as it does. The art, naturally, is top-notch, creating a city that feels like a monument to wealth and ambition, while the gameplay is already looking to not just be great but to set a new standard for the genre. The script is similarly excellent, with more of the friendly banter between the Chaotix that defined the writing of Chaotix Inc, while introducing yet more fun characters... that probably won't appear in future games. It's a good thing the fans are used to that by now, though you wish they didn't need to get used to it. You can't force the team to have ideas, though, and there's always a chance that some of these new characters could appear again. With how this game is shaping up to be, you won't have to worry about management saying you can't use them, at least.
Result:Neon Nights is coming together well! The visuals capture the vibes of Las Vegas well, the gameplay is a new high-water mark for open-world design, and the story is going to cause a whole flood of video essays on how Sonic Team should use the game's characters more because they have so much potential. The next open-world game made by Sonic Team will have a +10 bonus to Mechanics due to the designers on this team taking notes on what they did. Due to the extremely high quality of some important things, profit and reception for Neon Nights cannot go below 65.
And turning from a game management is excited about to one they very much aren't, you need to see how things are going with Endless Possibilities.

GM Note: Because Phoebe's game is a Sonic game that doesn't really have the characters people know and love, marketing is going to be less effective because they're fighting an uphill battle to get people interested. The bit about EVO is because IRL that happens each year in Vegas sometime around June or July, and the timing of the artists' research trip just worked out, so I couldn't help myself. Also, feel free to consider that mention of Sega fighting game tournaments an invitation to write something about the subject if you get inspired. And as always, please vote by plan.
EDIT: I've rechecked how many bonuses you've already given to Endless Possibilities, and you were already at +28 for that game. @Bored Bird Would you still like me to give +2 to Endless Possibilities, or would you prefer to give the +10 to a different game?

Sonic team accused of attempted murder after sending team to Detroit.
"They almost took our sonic plush!" One member stated. "Thankfully the plushie smited the heathen there and then, but it could've been way worse. The plushie could've destroyed Detroit like Sodom."

When in Vegas, Baby!
In a Casino on the Vegas Strip
"Hmm. Hit me." Robert sat belatedly on his seat as the dealer flung the playing card at him. Looking at the card, he hid a small smirk. He now had two hands after a split; a 3, 7, and an ace, and a 3, 5, and an 8, with the dealer showing a 5. He waited for the two others at the table to make their moves, then announced, "Stand." He then watched in abject horror as the dealer flipped over a Queen, and drew a six off the top of the pile to make 21. "Dang, that's me cleaned out Bob." The man seated on his left huffed as he got up from his chair. "You just take care, alright? Wait by the entrance for me and you-know-who." His cohort nodded and did just that. "Hey I recognize him!... I'm going to go sit with my old friend and, if our luck keeps going like this, clean out the blackjack tables, ok?" Turning in his seat, Robert's face lit up as he recognized his old friend from japan. "Tobei! Hey! What the heck are you doing here?" Surprisingly, or perhaps not so surprisingly, his shout was mostly drowned out by shouting from a table nearby, where a clearly inebriated man was making a scene after getting taken to the cleaners.
Tobei, however, still heard him, and replied as he walked over, "Well Bob, since you ask, I'm following your advice and taking some vacation time. I heard the team artists were heading out here to do scouting, and I'd kinda always wanted to come to Vegas, so, I figured, what better time, right? ...Didn't expect to see you here. How've you been?" "You know how I've been, busy. Very busy." "Hah! Isn't that always the way? Dealer! Might I join?" A nod later, and Tobei took the seat Bob's coworker had been occupying. A moment later, a fresh round of cards were being dealt, Robert's eyes drifting over to his shrinking supply of chips, down to only about a $500 value or so, from a $5,000 starting point. As Tobei laid his chips on the table, he couldn't help but go bug-eyed as he watched Tobei lay down a few neat, heaping stacks of green chips, worth $25 each, followed by a small stack with a few black chips worth $100 each. It was very tidy, especially compared to Robert's haphazard pile, which had a lot more Red ($5) and even White ($1) chips, with just a few green ones mixed in. Just at a glance, he'd guess Tobei had just laid around $7,500 worth of chips on the table, all in neat stacks.
Around an hour later
"Well Tobei... I think you might be my personal good luck charm." "Don't thank me, thank the plushie." "...You can't be serious." Tobei just shot him a look. "...Ok then. I'll buy a plushie of my own." Tobei barked out a deep belly laugh in response to that. "Well, when you do, make sure you check with me first. I can make sure you get one of the good ones. On a... darker note, I think we, or at least I, might not be welcome in this casino anymore." The dealer was starting to throw them both odd, slightly hostile, looks every once in awhile. Which... Robert didn't exactly blame them for. Robert had offically broken even on this endeavor, having rebounded all the way from 500 or so back to his starting value of $5,000 exactly. Tobei however... Tobei had done even better, from a stronger starting point. The best part was... Bob had caught the man muttering probabilities under his breath. He thought it was weird, given that he, like most people he imagined, mostly went by 'feel', but he had long ago accepted that he himself was quite weird, and 'normal' is very subjective, so he's not going to judge.
"Well... you want to head out and catch a show after this?" "Sounds like a plan to me, Bob. After all... when in Vegas, right?" "When in Vegas, baby! ...Actually, I need to introduce you to someone." "Who?" "He goes by Mike, I guess you could say he's my boss."
