Alright, to further sell this idea.
We of course can't settle this contest with something as simple as a fashion show where people vote on the winner! No, people are going to be wearing these things every day for the rest of their time at school. There are two ways I can think of to do this.
- Every one is allowed to enter as many uniform ideas as they can think of, in any form they wish. We will have a weekly vote to eliminate the least favorite uniforms until we get down to choosing our summer uniform... at the end of summer. We then repeat the process in winter. The Devil's Council will, of course, encourage people to enter as many ideas as possible and the disciplinary committee is, of course, fully encouraged to learn the possibly hundreds of variations that will be entered in the contest and attempt to enforce them.
- Uniforms must be practical! Therefore we should have a series of contests throughout the week where people are allowed to make any uniform they wish at the start of the week, that they then must have pass through the various contests. They will not be allowed to make any repairs to the uniform throughout the week and we will imply that there can only be one winner, thus encouraging people to sabotage each other's uniforms so that theirs will come out on top. In the end, the uniforms that have survived mostly in tact throughout the week will be allowed to be the new uniforms! We repeat this next week under winter conditions such as a sudden massive blizzard and being attacked by yetis.
