Sadly everything related to it is rather...flexible in its existence. I can't say anything without the risk of contradicting myself later.

However I can say without fear that being Dio's son gave Zenkichi certain quirks. And that in the Brando family's line he is close to Giorno.

Yes but since I am writing from Zenkichi's point of view I am considering the legal descendence and not the biological one. But yes Zenkichi is also a Joestar.

Yes, but considering neither Giorno (beside his hair becoming blond) or the other Sons of Dio showed traits of vampirism I decided the Jojo's version of vampire doesn't carry much through. One could also argue Dio was yet to be accustomed with Jonathan's body. Zenkichi has a slight boost but nothing much.

Uhm, indeed we never saw more of the Stone Masks beyond the conflicts with Dio and the Pillar Men. And I am sure the Nazis collected a lot of them from Santana's grave. While for the Ripple Clan we know there is a group in Tibet but nothing behind it.

How much knowledge of both verses will be required to properly participate in this?
I know of both only through osmosis (and I have a lot of stuff to catch up on already, so I'm not sure if this will change any time soon) and much less about Medaka Box than JJBA.

Very little. I predict this so I will provide necessary info when needed. Most of the choices don't require much knowledge anyway, almost none at all.

This isn't canon after all :cool:
 
You have to remember that Vampires in Jojo Bizzarre Adventure are actually discount bin Pillar Man.

Except more evil and megalomaniacal.
