This is not dead! Updates coming back possibly this weekend, and by next Friday for sure - and this is where things begin to get good~!

    Hang out. Wrenching your thoughts from the rafters, you consider the notion. 'Hanging out' is not quite foreign to you, but it's not something you do. You've never been very good at it, to be perfectly honest, as much as it pains you to admit it - but that was then! This is now. And now, you are going to hang out; hang out so hard, you'll stretch and grow!

    "Of course." You nod. "I'd love to see the city." Some part of you notes that you should probably tell your cousin where you are going. She mightn't like it if you're away for too long. Then you remember that drive to the apartment, and it promptly shuts up.

    "Oh, splendid! We can show you around to the mills?" Kozue smiles. "And then - then maybe later, we could go up the mountain! Skiing is lovely here, I went once as a child."

    "It was nice," Akio adds helpfully.

    "That sounds... great, really. But before we go - up there." You point. "Do you know what that is? I can't figure out what the little sigil is supposed to be."

    You rack your brain for anywhere that you might have seen such an image, but you can't place it. The thought bothers you more than it should, and you frown. Perhaps there is a chance that one of the Ikyos may know?

    "Hum?" Kozue looks up. "It looks like... it looks like an eye? I don't recognize it."

    "Neither do I. That's why I asked." You sigh.

    "It looks like it's winking. Or crying, maybe," Akio says. He shrugs. "It looks kind of silly."

    What an odd thing to put on the roof. Oh, well; you mentally file it away for Things To Figure Out Later. "Now then! Let us hang out!" You march forward, donning your coat, and exit onto the snowy streets.

    ... only to turn right around and march back to the doorway.

    "Uh." A blush creeps across your face. "Um. Yes. Where are we going, exactly?"

    Kozue tilts her head to the side, studying you, and you feel your face grow hotter. Then she laughs, raising a hand to cover her mouth.

    "Well, our apartment is sparse, but it's warm, and we have a Nintendo? It's a bit of a ways, though, and if we want to avoid... bad parts of town-" Her nose wrinkles "-then we should take the long way."
