Hecatoncheires: The Megafortress, YANG'S GREAT WALL. Carved into a moon, it is a water producer, farming colony, and armed with over 30 different anti Capital Ship weapons. Oh did we mention the ever-expanding Shipyard carved into it ( Tactical buffs to the Defence of the Republic. Shipbuilding Rolls lowered to DC 25.)
