Rearranging the order a bit for my vote. It looks like there's a strong desire to play a more social-style character, so that means Fiend or Malefactor. I went with the Ebon Dragon, partly because I haven't seen very many Fiends not portrayed as jackasses, but also because outside of her wish-granting suite Cecelyne's Charms are kind of weak. Especially her social influence stuff, which leaves you hideously open when dealing with anyone of higher Essence.
There needs to be a combat backup, and Adorjan is probably more fitting with what people want than Malfeas is. Especially since Adorjan does allow the use of ranged weapons, they just have to be in melee range. So you can dip in and apply some of the nasty Ebon Dragon ranged enhancers on top of Adorjan Charms. I do not want her giving an Urge because Adorjani Urges are inherently destructive and kind of crazy. They lend themselves to playing characters who are unbalanced. I would prefer to use destruction in the purpose of building something new, rather than just tearing everything down because "lol attachments are bad death is freedom."
The Cecelyne Urge tends to be in the vein of "gather resources and build infrastructure," which is a lot easier to fold into a constructive Motivation. So that's why I selected that. And again, her Charms, especially combat Charms, are very very weak. And the Ebon Dragon doesn't really have a full combat Charm suite either. So doubling up on them is going to create a character whose ability to contribute to combat is rather limited to enhanced arrow attacks because if Dawn McHero gets in melee range he's going to splatter said character all over the place.
