We have the immediate problems of raiders, an coalition against Northern Ireland which the loss would be a major political blow to our weak democracy, and a holy war headed our way in a year or two. We have the military but we also need the time.
In the longer term, we need to remove the feudal lords and the autocrats eventually but we need them and cannot afford a rebellion now. I think directly attacking them with our actions is too risky and unlikely to be successful. I think we should borrow a page from India to deal with them. We strengthen and extend the central bureaucracy, make the feudal vassal states completely dependent on the central government for defense, finance, and infrastructure before pensioning off the feudal lords with a privy purse and crushing the few who refuse.
