And thus this is why I said getting to the Event whilst buying Techniques is iffy. I guess we're looking at the long term here and just get the Techniques now for present protection and just continue grinding otherwise.

I'd like someone of possible to check for Qi usage, since for every excess we don't have, we are forced to either use another Qi type or use up a CC which will add up. :X

Will think about our options as a Wrath Ghost as we're unlikely to continue Silent Hunting and might go Screams of Death for. Our descendants Combat (Low) Task...

Currently we spent 16 qi, also we spent 2 more water qi then we had, so we need to gather more.
-pure 11.-5 meridian. :6 left

-Yin 6. : 1 gathered.
-fire 3 (pills).:3 fire -guang uses 1 this turn.: 0 left

For qi ghosts please gather water qi were at a minus right now.

There is little that needs to be done, given that the nearest turning point is out of our reach without excruciating effort. As such, it's important to open options that will lead more efficient cultivation.

So it sounds like QI ghosts should get started on body refinement though we can probably get away with going over techniques.

Did you know that we can choose to fail dc actions without rolling so there's no chance of us accidentally succeeding?

Yeah, I just found out about it this update, and it seems so useful. I'm actually a qi ghost so it's a huge relief that we don't actually need to bother other types of ghosts to use their lower dice on meridian actions.
 
[X] The life line- with some work and adaptation the wrath ghost can crave a path into Guang Li lifeline making drawing the power of blood for his body far easier, by necessity they would go slow as to not hurt him [71/300]. Reduce the needed progress for the cut away life by 5.

yeah, It usually wouldnt be a thing, but with how unlocking meridians work using the more expensive qi only once your pretty sure you can get it unlocked makes sense.
Lore wise/in universe I see intentionally failing unlocking a meridian as prepping for it.
